Excellent, the rug looks fantastic. The owner and his brother talk with us for awhile when we picked up the rug. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them to take excellent care of your prize rug. The rug was very large approximately 10 x 13 ft. While in storage, some of the dye leeched on the fringe, no problem for these guys. No traces of the dye. The rug is very special as my son sent it to me while he was stationed in Afghanistan.

We called American Rug Laundry (ARL) and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and sympathetic to our budget limitations. After providing us with an estimate that (again) was more than we were able to pay, she offered several suggestions to help us save money, i.e., drop off our rugs instead of using the pick-up service, watch for special promotions, etc.. As it turned out, two weeks later ARL held a weekend special so we dropped off the 2 of the largest area rugs. The price to clean them was within our budget and we were told the rugs would be ready in about 5-6 days. THREE days later, the rugs were done and could be picked up. ARL did great work and completed the job even faster than promised! The employees at ARL were very efficient, professional and courteous. We will definitely use American Rug Laundry in the future.

Having had the rug for over 30 years it was interesting to learn more about its history..interesting add on to the evaluation of our Karastan rug. So, yes, all went very well.

They always do good quality work in a timely way. They're pricing is competitive, it's not startling good or anything but I don't think they overcharge or anything and the quality of their work is good and it's timely. They're very convenient. They're punctual. It usually takes about a week to get the rugs back, but their are certain times of the year that they are more busy than others but I've never pushed them for a rush job cause I've never needed that so nothing sticks in my mind. I don't think it was particularly long but I know it wasn't next day service or anything. But I wasn't expecting that or needing that. The workers are totally professional and pleasant and knowledgeable.

The service was prompt and professional. THe cleaning man was knowledgable, careful about not harming surrounding furniture, and the price was reasonable. I have used this company for years to clean my carpet and always been satisfied. The carpet Cleaning division is now called Daisy Carpet Cleaning.

they cleaned it and when I picked it up it still had a wiff of basement mustiness. They immediately suggested they would give it a second washing --for free!! The second washing did the trick.

The cleaning was done beautifully. I dropped the rugs off and they were ready as promised. Very pleased with the service provided and will be dropping off additional rugs this week. I do recommend this provider for quality work.

The two men that came out and did an outstanding job. They understood wool rugs and oriental rugs the does and don'ts of taking care of them. I was very impressed with their service. We have a cat that got sick and chose the oriental rug and another rug to get sick on. American Rug once again came to the rescue. The company is so helpful and the delivery people are personable and fast.

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very nice people, too.

The experience at American Rug was as good as the first time. They are very knowledgeable and recognize high quality rugs when they see them. They did an excellent job on cleaning both and in a timely way. I would not hesitate to take a rug that you thought might need special treatment to them.

I came to the laundry for an advertised price. I was told upon arriving that the price did not include pet stain treatment. I was offered the extra service, but I declined. (What else do people get their rugs cleaned for?) I got the rug home, and from that day forward it left white powder all over my floor. Gradually, the backing rotted away.

Almost perfect, however the color was not quite the same.

It was uneventful - the rugs were picked up, cleaned and returned two weeks later.

They were professional and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They gave us a 1-2 week window and the rug was ready to pick up that next week. I wasn't able to get it during their normal business hours so when my girldriend went to get it they loaded it for her. (60" x 72")

I chose them for the work after finding them on Angie’s List. They picked up the rugs from our home and delivered them when they were finished. They work took a couple of weeks just as estimated. They provide us with a coupon discount. The experience was great!

They did a wonderful job. They were able to tell me what they could accomplish. Price was good. They were done when they said they were done.

Great service. Explained what may happen to my cheap Target rug versus a better quality rug once it's cleaned. We had to have it put through the soak process because our pet got sick on it. It actually turned out great. Looked brand new and had no weird smells. Fast too. It was awhile ago, so I don't remember how long it took but it was fast enough that I didn't miss the rug while it was gone.

I had a very large red wine stain on a pale colored rug. They were very patient with me and allowed me to come and look at the rug before it was redelivered. They were incredibly nice and patient with me and I would use them again.
