bathtub refinishing, ceramic tile, home remodeling
+ 1 moreThey came out, protected the floors and furniture. Tom, the owner was very polite and professional. He gave me a time line and keep his word with no problems or hassles. The acrylic wall system they installed is very nice and I recommend it to anymore in the market for a bathtub surround. This was truly the best contractor experience we've had out of 4 major remodeling projects.
Description of Work: We had a tub/shower replacement done. They were courteous, clean and did the job very well. Actually they exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the work and the value. We get compliments all the time.

+ -1 moreWe have paid someone over $300 to do the electrical work that he never did. It has made us sad that we trusted this man and he did not follow through. He belittled my choices in tile and vanity. When I asked him where the $5000 went, he rewrote the contract, changing costs for items and services. We are senior citizens and we used him because he was a single parent who was a veteran. He was highly recommended to us by Dannette Meeks-Hull at Coon Rapids Lowes, a home improvement store. My husband and I would like $2000 back for work that was never completed.
Description of Work: We hired Tommy Callazo to do a bathroom remodel after the demo. He took out the bathtub and replaced it with a shower. He bought a toilet which was never installed. He was supposed to also do tile, sheet rock and do new electrical. The total job was supposed to be $8800 based on his estimate. We wrote him a check for $5000, and all he did was take out the bathtub, install the shower, and purchase a toilet.
