+ -1 moreThey use a telephone sales marketing company to generate sales leads. The firm that calls you says they are from Alpine glass but they are not. They are a third party vendor professional sales lead generating company that then sells you name to Alpine to try to get business. The telemarketers use autodialers (illegal in most cases) and spoofed phone numbers to make it appear that its a local call. They also do not abide by the do not call list.

Description of Work: This business did not even do the job. After soliciting my business on the phone we scheduled a day to fix my windshield and they never showed up. They did not even call to reschedule the job or apologize for missing the original appointment. They finally called back nearly three weeks later. And then Ed the person I was dealing with was rude to me on the phone. If you solicit my business you wait for me not the other way around. I am so glad that we did not use this vendor because I would have hated to deal with them if they had done anything to my windshield. I would NEVER recommend this company.
