+ -1 moreI had a purchase agreement on a home. During the inspection the flat roof section of this home was in disrepair. I contacted Craig Mielke with Allweather Roof to provide an estimate of the repairs to add to the purchase agreement. Craig responded quickly and was able to come out and inspect the roof for me. He was very nice and professional. He explained all that he saw on the roof and took pictures for me to see where the seams where coming apart and also how the edges were pulling aware from the edge. He quickly provided me with an estimate bid for the job. The roof needed replacing since it wasn't properly installed to begin with. Unfortunately the sellers did not want to replace the improperly installed membrane. I was planning on hiring Craig with Allweather Roof to replace the roof if the agreement continued and I purchased the home. He was very knowledgeable and I have every confidence his company would do an excellent job!
