+ 1 moreIt went extremely well. We worked with Charles and he worked with us and our insurance adjuster to make sure that everything was covered and that all repairs were made in a timely and professional manner. There were thousands of homes that we damaged and I feel we got great service and we were not left waiting around like many of our neighbors have been. They have been fast and great communicators, letting me know what is going on at every step of the way and providing me updates and also ways to save money. I will definitely call them again if I need repairs in the future.
Description of Work: A storm rolled through and did some major damage to our home. All Metro came out and estimated the damage along with our insurance adjuster. We needed a new roof, siding, gutters and deck work done.
