All Day Haul Away

Great, responsive and timely. DIdn't have to pay extra

Arrived on time. Got right to work. TV and futon mattress went first. They had to bust up the futon to get it up the stairs. Left no mess behind. In and out in less than 20 minutes - probably took them longer to drive to my house. Had to pay extra recycling fee for the TV but I expected that.

When the junk haulers arrived they immediately requested additional money stating that the amount of junk costs more. The amount they took did not even fill the truck half way full. This $99 dollar deal turned out to be almost $400!

They took everything I had piled up and cleaned/swept up the garage before they left - A+++ service!

Fine; they were prompt and needed no supervision.

Called ahead to let us know they were on their way.

Mixed. Main problem was communication: after several exchanges via email, most of which asked me to accommodate their schedule, we set a time and date. Big surprise when they showed up to do the work at a time/date which was different from the final scheduled one. Work got done but overall experience less than desirable.

The two gentlemen who came out were polite and professional.

Great - arrived during scheduled time, loaded the truck quickly.

I felt the website may have been misleading. They did leave with a agreed cost so I was happy in the end but felt uncomfortable with the situation.

I purchased the $200 of haul away for $100 on Angie's List. They emailed and called me within 24 hours and set up a pick up time 2 days later. They arrived right on schedule, loaded everything up and where gone in 15 minutes. Great job!!

Originally they told me that I could fill up the truck with space enough for two washing machines. However, once the desk was broken up and the four concrete blocks were added it seemed to me that they could have taken more. When I asked if I could add more to fill the space they said it would cost more money so I let them go.

Came when promised and cleaned up everything.

Very well! The 2 men were very helpful, efficient and pleasant. It took less than 30 min. to clean up and haul away the materials.

I just had a new shed installed and that work crew was able to dismantle and remove the old shed but not the contents. I was left with a large pile of junk in the middle of my yard. I called Mitch and was able to schedule a pickup for the next day. The men arrived early (which was good for me) and worked quickly to remove the junk. The men I worked with were courteous, professional, and thorough. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs fast service at a reasonable cost.

Contacted them on Tuesday and they came Wednesday and took everything without question. It was really good to see that stuff go away. I highly recommend them. Did an excellent job.

It was awful, they were 4 hours late. I kept calling them and they kept saying they could not find it or were on their way. I would not use them again. It ended up fine but I wasted half the day because they were suppose to come at one time and did not show up until much later. It was annoying.

Since their site had no description on what a 1/8 truck load entails, I wrongly assumed a 1/8 truck load would be half of a 1/4 truck load they have pictured on their website (a stove, two drawer file cabinet - which I had, a sink, nightstand, twin bed and mattress, etc.) and had expected to be able to have all things hauled away. Instead, I was told a 1/8 load is about the size of a washing machine and was quoted $45 for each item listed, so nothing was even covered by the $115 offer making this haul away nearly $500. Customer Service agreed that my expectations for the offer were correct and promptly issued a refund. One other note, it did take nearly a month to contact them since their voice mail box seemed to be full a lot.

Overall, completely dissatisfied with the service based on the following - completely misleading on cost grossly over-margin of what they should've charged based on the alternatives available to individuals like myself The cost they quoted me was under $100 initially. I was present, and after they loaded everything up I asked for the price. The young man said $240. I said that was unacceptable, I wasn't paying that because it was supposed to be less than $100 initially and I wasn't told in advance that it would skyrocket the way it did. After internal discussion between the fellow and his mate, they asked what price I would offer. In retrospect, I should've said $100, but I offered $150 and they accepted. Consider the following: I could have rented a rental truck for <$50 and done this myself. For another project, we rented an enormous dumpster for $350. This is a service that I would strongly recommend not using unless you have no other options, otherwise your paying for two minimum wage workers, driving a paid off 1985 pickup and a beat up trailer so they can have a 300% margin. As a financially driven consumer, that's ridiculous given alternatives in the market.

On time, took everything, no surprises

They were fantastic! They came right away, they were polite to talk to, and they got the job done efficiently. Very professional!

We scheduled pick ups multiple times and they either never showed or called to cancel. Wasted our time.

These guys showed up and hauled everything away with no hassle. Super nice, friendly. Would definitely use them again.

This was not the company that was suppose to do the work as I informed Angies List but I still keep getting this request for a review so I need to leave something so hopefully this stops. The company I did hire has the same name but is located in AZ not IN. When I tried to reach the company I hired and prepaid to do the work via a DEAL, the number did not work any longer. I did contact this company by mistake and believe or not they new the guy that set up business here in AZ and used to work for them. They were very helpful with information that lead to my pursuing a refund from Angies List which I did eventually receive.

Provider subcontracted job to another junk removal business, which I have no problem with.. They were supposed to arrive at 9-11; they arrived shortly after 9 am and removed everything I wanted in a few minutes. I asked the guys if they were from All Day, because I noticed a different branding On their trunk. They explained that they pick up/trade jobs with each other from time to time. Nice guys; friendly and efficient.
