The troops arrived and whisked them off to recycling. By the way, there is a $25 recycling fee per TV.

They were great - carried some very heavy things up from the basement and they took even more away than I thought they would. Definately would hire again.

Called within 24 hours of my purchasing the service on Angie's List. Arrived in the window of time that they said that they would and called in advance. Clean cut, polite and professional associates completed the pick up.

The haulers arrived on time and within 20 minutes of their call. Everything was completed very professionally and efficiently in a reasonable timeframe. No added costs as my load was within the required cubic yards. Definitely would call on All Day Haul Away again if needed.

Well no issues except only one guy showed up and my junk required two people to remove it from my basement. I had to help, which was no problem just not expecting it.

never responded to my on line scheduling. I had to call them and they came out and said they could only take the equivalent of a washing machine and dryer size. They then took a washing machine after I disconnected it and one other smaller xray processor. I asked if anything else could be put in either of the machines to maximize usage. Only took washer and machine.

The price was good. Professional as they can be. If I needed to I would use them. I have found less expensive ways to do this myself. I would hire them again, if I was in that position.

They gave us notice of their arrival time and were prompt and diligent. No issues at all and thankful to have the trash hauled away so quickly.

I was under the mistaken impression that they would haul away the equivalent of two washing machines for the 'Angie's List' deal. It turned out that I was wrong. It cost me $99 to haul away the same amount that I could put in my weekly garbage can. My weekly garbage service is not even close to $99 so this was an extremely high priced "Angie's List Bargain" They ended up taking some of the carpet pad and I was still stuck with getting rid of the carpet. My mistake, but I would never use again.

Punctual, friendly cleaned up after hauling, and price was fair.

I had requested a quote for junk removal service via their website. The owner Mitch contacted me and asked me to send pictures and a description of what I needed removed. I send a detailed list of the items, as well as several pictures. The owner told me it would between $500-$579. There was no mention of other fees, etc. This was slightly lower than another company I got a quote from, so I went ahead and scheduled with All Day. They called and told me they were on their way, and arrived within the scheduled time. When they arrived they didn't introduce themselves or were not very friendly. The one gentleman just sort of looked at me and my stuff. Then he asked if I had gotten a quote and I said "yes". He started telling it was going to be a lot more then that and that I would need to pay extra fees for several of the items. I was very confused since none of the fees were communicated to me by the owner. So I told the gentelmen that were onsite that I needed to call the office to understand the discrepancy. When I called the person said there were infact extra fees. I said I was upset because none of this was communicated with the original quote I was provided, even though I outlined the items in the list and in the pictures I provided. I said I would share my negative experience and frustration on Angies list. The person on the phone said to me "you are holding a gun to my head and we don't want to do business with you." I hung up and promptly closed my garage and sent them away. I immediately called another company. They reviewed my items in detail and said only my larger TV would require an additional fee. They arrived at my house within 30 mns. of sending All Day away. They were professional, friendly and worked hard to fit everything in, in 1 truck load. The other company ended up being cheaper and their service far surpassed the experience with All DAY. The advice I would give All Day: -Be upfront and clear about extra fees, so the customer doesn't feel like they get a different story bait and switch) when they arrive to do the job. -Make sure the team is professional and friendly with customers. -If customers are disatified with your service, listen to what they have say, be empathetic and apologize.

they did not come for the original date we had scheduled-had taken the time off work and had to move the junk back inside. They apologized and we set up another time. Did get up charged, but they worked with me on a few things. We did not get the garage swept or cleaned, which I thought was part of the deal

The team was very efficient and professional. They charged extra for a lot of things, and it became a bit pricey. In addition to the Angie's list deal of $159, paid an extra $100 to not even have half of a garage hauled away. Needless to say, they took care of gathering up junk scattered throughout the house and in the garage. We only need to point them in the right direction. They were also very friendly and transparent about price and process, which we really appreciated.
