I CALLED TWICE TO RE-CONFIRM THE WORK TO BE DONE AND JOE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. 2 WEEKS AFTER THE DATE THE WORK WAS TO BE DONE, I CONTINUED TO CALL TO FIND OUT IF HE WAS GOING TO DO THE WORK AND STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL.
Description of Work: JOE DID AN ESTIMATE TO REMOVE OLD SOD, LEVEL, COMPACT AND GRADE, INSTALL NEW SOD AND REMOVE ALL DEBRIS. HIS QUOTE OF $750 WAS THE LOWEST I RECEIVED AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD DO THE WORK DURING THE 1ST WEEK OF MAY (IN 3-4 WEEKS).
