I had gotten previous estimates to repair the whole in my garage roof and all of the other contractors wanted to replace the whole roof or even worse half the roof. Charles came out and was very nice and was straight with me and said you only need to get the whole fixed. He could have easily went along with the other contractors but Charles WAS A GOOD HONEST MAN! Everything was done properly clean when they left and was completed on time. I couldn't be happier and will be calling on All Around for my future re-models I am planning.

The crew did a great job. The prep work was extensive -doors an windows covered, fixtures removed and probably more that I didn't see-since the windows and and doors were covered. But judging by all the items in the yard, it was extensive. When complete, we did a circuit tour of the house and garage. Both buildings look great. The painted areas just "glowed", probably the semi-gloss. We are impressed by the professionalism shown by All Around - the estimate process to the finished work. They have been awesome. We contacted them about the work we wanted done and even sent them a picture. They responded to us right away and wanted to set up an estimate to have them come out to evaluate all the work that would need to be done. They have been extremely responsive and great with communicating to us. We are just waiting on our home owners association to send them the deposit check so that the actual work can begin.

They started and finished the job very fast and with minimal hassle. They handle multiple projects which makes it nice since you're not trying to coordinate all the differing contractors. I had a couple of issues which they immediately addressed and handled even after they had been paid and the job was complete--they care about the customer after the job, unlike other contractors I've dealt with in the past.

We started working with All Around about month or so ago. They have been very courteous and professional. They have been instrumental in getting the work covered by Insurance. The only Hold up has been the back and forth paperwork from the insurance company and the mortgage company. Corey Crushshon had done a fantastic job of overseeing the process and keeping us informed. I will write a followup review once the work is completed.

I used All Around to obtain a house painter. All Around was very responsive to my request and easy to work with. Their painter was prompt in coming to the house to give us a bid. After accepting the bid, All Around remained available for contact with any questions and stayed involved in getting the paint date scheduled. Once scheduled, the painting company arrived on time and were done in a couple of days. We were very pleased with their work and had a good experience overall.

This is the second time I have used All Around. A month or so ago they sanded and refinished the wood floors in a rental townhouse that I was selling. It had sustained some water damage from a leaky dishwasher so they had to do some heavy sanding to remove the waves in the wood. It came out perfect and looks fantastic. So, I decided to give them a shot at my house too. They recently refinished the hardwoods in my office and put down a commercial sealant for protections. It also looks great. This prompted my wife to schedule them to do the rest of the hardwood floors in our house next week. So, needless to say, we think these guys do awesome work. Nick and Corey were both a pleasure to deal with and I could not recommend their company more highly.

Nick from All Around was responsive from the very first contact. He got us an estimate in about one day and it was $3000 less than the other we had gotten. He kept in touch regularly, in person and by email throughout the project. The roofing crew was cheerful and efficient. Bad weather delayed completion, but this was no problem and Nick kept us informed. We needed to make one change to the downspout work before completion and that was done very quickly. Of course only time will tell how durable the work turns out to be (check back in, say, twenty years!) but it seems to me that everything went well and with no cost overruns. We are happy with everything.

SURPASSED OUR EXPECATIONS -- BEST DECISON WE COULD HAVE MADE!! We were among the many residents whose homes were damaged by a severe summer hail and wind storm. Overnight our neighborhood sprouted blue tarps over roofs, buzzed with the sound of chain saws taking down trees, and saw overwhelmed homeowners wondering who they could call to make things right again. We called All Around. Charles Thayer and his colleague, Fred Deen, responded immediately to our call and made a prompt appointment to meet with us ? on our schedule. While we knew our shingles (house and attached 3-car garage) had suffered damage, they thoroughly inspected every aspect of our home, asking questions, listening carefully, and verifying information. Then they walked us through their findings, providing clarification when asked, and clearly detailing the process we could expect from insurance claim to project completion. They undertook including and coordinating specialty contractors (such as Gutter Helmet). From the initial phone conversation, to check-ins during the project, to the final walk-through, All Around personnel were knowledgeable, congenial, confident, calm, and supremely competent. All Around asked to be advised of the insurance adjustor?s appointment, and were present throughout the inspection to respond to questions and support our claim. What could have been an adversarial conversation was clearly professional and collegial. Our claim for shingle replacement (and several other replacements such as damaged gutters and flashing) was approved. In organized fashion, the construction dumpster, the new shingles and other necessary materials arrived ahead of the All Around construction team. That team arrived bright and early ? and worked tirelessly. Removing shingles is, by nature, a hard and messy job. Yet, all the old shingles were deliberately carried to the end of the house and thrown directly into the dumpster ? NOT on the lawn or driveway or in the gardens or onto our neighbors? yards. With the old shingles removed, the team lead identified a portion of roof that required replacement. He photographed the suspect piece for insurance documentation, then removed and replaced it. All Around had included one such ?just in case? repair in their estimate, which meant no additional cost to us. The team?s next task was to re-shingle the roof. This was a fluid performance, guided by a seasoned lead, every individual correctly completing each task in turn while moving across the roof, with no break in the rhythm. Their proficiency was remarkable. Our roof fantastic! At day?s end, all miscellaneous items ? vents, stacks, satellite dish, etc.?were back in their proper places. Once the team finished the actual construction tasks, they literally scoured the yard for any bits and pieces that may have dropped off the roof. As roofing nails often dislodge when removing old shingles, an individual with a large magnet (on a pole) may walk the grounds to gather nails. Several team members walked the sidewalk, the driveway and the lawn ? going around several times. In fact, we saw a team member kneeling on the ground, reaching into our garden, carefully lifting leaves to assure that no debris had fallen among the plants! Throughout the entire project, All Around was accessible and attentive -- promptly responding to phone calls and email, and proactive in contacting us to arrange scheduling, as well as physically checking in during the project. They promised us quality work and materials on a timely schedule within an insurance-approved estimate. All Around did what they said they would do ? and they did it with old school professionalism. We enthusiastically recommend All Around.

Heard the ad on KTalk radio. Called and they came right out, gave us a bid, started the job when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Great job, great service, great follow up. Even sent me an email before sending the final bill to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy with this company. They got it done and they did it right.

I originally went in and spoke with Nick Zeman. He had a ballpark quote for me within 5 minutes. He handed the project over to Jake Iskierka. Jake coordinated it, and they had Nick Early out to fix the trim within a week. When I first went in, I had pictures of the trim and they were able to perfectly match the work to our 20 year old home. To me what was most significant is that they treated my small job just like they would have treated a $100,000 job. I felt like I was in the best hands with them. Everyone who I dealt with was an absolute professional in their field. They had knowledge of building codes and knew how to do the work properly. All Around Roofing and Renovations totally exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic communication....very timely and clear. I had a long and varied list of odds and ends that needed fixing around the house and they were able to take care of everything. From deck repair to removing wallpaper to hauling away rubbish to deep cleaning the house, All Around got it all done quickly and for a very reasonable fee.

Very well. He figured out that I had to much electricity going to two breakers. He redirected a few zones and added an extra circuit. He was very kind and professional. Had the job done quick and at a great price!!!

We really shopped around and they were really the best price and didn't ever come to us needing more funds or money so their estimate was spot on. Whenever I needed something or had questions Jake and Todd were quick to respond to me. We had an issue with one of our patio supports tilting a little and they sent Todd out to fix it free of charge. We really appreciated this. We need some roof work and ceiling work done and we will be using them for sure!

Let me be straight and to the point. There is nothing better then a "one stop" shop to get work on your house accomplished in a timely and cost effective way. People would be foolish not to call this company and have them come out to do all of their updates, remodels or repairs. Being a senior citizen (and picky as well) it was refreshing to deal with a friendly and honest group of people. Highly recommend this company.

We were in the process of redoing our deck located at 112085 Stone Creek Dr. Chaska. After getting other bids we decided to go with All Around. Work done by their sub-contractor Ben, did a fine job with the exception of parts delivered being damaged. After this problem was solved, the workmanship and the follow-up by their people was satisfactory. The decision to paint the deck support posts was well received and further improved the look of the deck. It made the job more professional. All Around's people have continued to follow-up on all phases of this job being well done. Bob & Pinky

I am busy person and am fortunate enough to know of a company that handles everything for home repairs. I called them and they were very prompt in executing the deliver and install of the glass.

Do NOT let this company anywhere near your property. They scraped up our custom gutters. They kept leaving the roofing project to complete other jobs. It took them two weeks to complete the roofing. A downspout for our gutters came up missing. They came back out to replace the downspout and tried to remove the one from our garage and put it on the house as a cover up. When they did replace the downspout it was not a match and painted it in the rain so the paint ran all over our yard. There was nails left all over our property. They smashed our bushes. We had the outside water turned off and they forced the water spigot on and broke it. They did do extra painting on the house to make up for the mistakes. However, in the end, I finally had to order them off our property never to return.
