+ -1 moreReceived referral to Jason from a family friend. Offered to bid against three other established companies and was able to start immediately. We were told by the other companies not to run furnace and AC because of problems with the furnace blower motor. Other bids ran from $5500 for equipment offered that did not have good performance record, to a high of $7700 for high end equipment that was more than we needed. We felt that Jason's attention to detail, neatness and efficient installation was important to us. He started and finished according to his estimate, there were no surprises and we are very happy with the equipment and the installation.
Description of Work: Installed Carrier 90% efficient gas furnace, Carrier AC with Puron, Honeywell programmable thermostat, to replace original equipment in 40 year old rambler. Brought equipment, including existing water heater, to code requirements for the City of Edina
