+ -1 moreGuy was the tech that came over, also the owner. He was on time and answered all of my questions. He was able to explain things/questions about HVAC very clearly. He was not pushy like some other companies that came out. He provided me with a number of different options to go with for a furnace but didn't try to push the most expensive options like many other companies did.
Description of Work: Provided quotes for the install of a new furnace.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was for $450 - $500. He could not bill us while present because he did not have his "sales book" with him. So, he mailed us an invoice, which was for $640, substantially over the original estimate. The air conditioner worked for approximately 1 week, and then stopped functioning. We could not reach Mr. Stengal regarding either the problem with the air conditioner, to have him come back again, nor to discuss the invoice. When he was reached, a couple of months later, he asked to be called later. When then contacted (two days to reach him) he said he would review our invoice over the weekend and get back to us. He did not. He then emailed us requesting information about our system, which we found interesting since he should have had that information in his files. It is now several months later - we have not received an updated invoice, nor have we received an answer to our problem. We are planning on sending him a check for the original estimate of $500 and do not wish to have further contact with him.
Description of Work: Contacted him about a problem with the air conditioner not cooling. He claimed to be familiar with the Goodman Comfort Net furnace and air conditioner and would be able to repair it. He checked the freon level which was low, so he added the freon. And, he suspected there was a leak, so added a sealer with the freon to seal a leak if there was one.

Description of Work: We had a air source heat pump installed in our home.
