Description of Work: Requested bid for asbestos abatement and boiler removal. Although this company tied for the lowest bid, I went with the other company as they had much more extensive experience. Also contributing to my decision was a remark Mario made when he spoke over me and misunderstood information I was giving him over the phone: "You females talk so fast." That attitude doesn't win you any points in my book, and actually saying something that stereotypical and borderline offensive to a prospective client is both poor customer service and poor judgment. Once Mario came out to give the bid he seemed both very nice and very knowledgeable - but again, his company had less extensive experience and he'd already shown poor judgment when I first contacted him by phone.
