Mario and his team were great. He was on time, responsive and did a good job. He also followed up with the necessary paperwork afterwards.

It was a pretty straight forward job and they made the process very easy for us. They were very prompt and polite through the entire process and accommodated our schedule without complaint even though it wasn't convenient for them.

Mario did a great job! He was very friendly, took good notes about the potential job, and explained exactly what he'd do. The only reason we didn't go with him was because his pricing was on the high side.

Mario was great to work with! He adjust his weekend schedule to get the job done on a Friday while I was out of town. We were able to start our tile job on Monday as scheduled thanks to Mario and his team. Very trustworthy and honest. Did a great job cleaning up too. I am very comfortable recommending him to others. I feel he has had some unfair reviews from a couple other clients. I took the time to walk through the job site and had everything cleared out of his way at the time of his estimate before even hiring him so he could give me an accurate bid. I had no expected surprise that way and the job cost what he said it would.

Mario and 2 crew members showed up on time, did a thorough job of sealing off the area where they would be working with poly and tape - being careful that the tape would not ruin any wood or wall finishes. They removed the tile and subfloor and cleaned up after themselves well. They did such an efficient time removing the hallway tile, we asked if they would be interested in also removing some old ceramic tile from the adjacent front entry way. We negotiated a price for that work and they completed that on the spot as well. I was pleased with their responsiveness, their hardwork, and reasonable prices.

Mario showed up on time, assessed the situation and got right to work. He also provided me with before and after images of the work. I would definitely recommend him for additional jobs and will most likely hire him again if we remodel.

Crew arrived on time. They spent most of the morning sealing off the area to be worked on and setting up ventilation. In the afternoon they removed the tile and mastic. When they were finished the area was clean and all debris removed. The fan did a good job of pulling the odor out of the house. There was a lingering odor for about a week but that's to be expected. The workers were courteous and asked if the could play a radio and made sure it wasn't too loud.

Mario was great! Two days before Mario was supposed to come out for the asbestos, the weather was terrible and it had rained all day. As a result, Mario called and informed us immediately that he had to reschedule our appointment for a couple days later because other appointments had been rained out. When he came out to the house, Mario was down one worker; however, instead of rescheduling again, he completed the work on his own in the same amount of time. Mario was extremely professional, worked at a fast pace, and completed the job thoroughly. My wife and I highly recommend him without reservation. In fact, we just discovered some additional pipes that need wrapping and will be calling him again for the job.

I called to receive a quote after I received the results of an asbestos survey showing asbestos in the floor tile and wall sheathing. I had a tight time frame so the home could be demolished as scheduled. Mario stopped at the property to get an estimate the next day (a Saturday), and the abatement was completed by the following Tuesday. I was very satisfied with the speed of the entire process.

Mario did a very good job on the first project. We agreed on a price and when he got there saw it and said it was going to be 100 dollars more and would do it the next week. He did a great job and the price was fair but I had stayed home from work to meet him and it was frustrating that they couldn't do the work then, but the work quality was outstanding. A week later I asked him if he wanted to clean out my construction site I told him it was worth $350 for me, and he agreed to do it. When he got there my tools were in the room and he wanted an additionalfor moving my tools. When I refused he told me we were done and hung up the phone. I won't be using Mario again, but for someone who gets a price in writing he will do a good job .

He gave me information on how to test the tile before he did the job. And then he bid the job and ultimately did it with everything we agreed upon. He was helpful throughout. I appreciate him and his crew.

Mario and his employee did a fantastic job. They were very up front about where there might be remaining damage, and problems they might run into. In the end I thought it looked great. They were prompt, the price was very fair, and their work was nice quality. There's no way I could have done this work on my own.

The owner (Mario) personally came to assess the floor and give me an estimate. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and we arranged for an estimate. He gave me a very reasonable and affordable quote, explaining what had to be done. His crew was on time and friendly. They went right to work and they were professional and kept me informed of their progress. It took them longer than estimated to complete because the glue was extremely difficult to remove. They did not charge me extra for the extra time. The old tiles were removed and they cleaned up the basement. Affordable Abatement did a great job and I recommend them. The owner, Mario, was great at getting back to me promptly to schedule an estimate- came out the day after I called. Also answered all questions in detail. He noticed things when he was doing the estimate that a competitor missed- he was very thorough. Also very professional and skilled in the actual removal of our kitchen and hallway flooring. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time both days and he took time to explain to me what they were doing along the way. I would hire him again and recommend his company to anyone looking to have asbestos removed. Only one suggestion- maybe invest in a Dremmel saw to take out flooring up against island kitchen cabinets.

I would highly recommend them. They were excellent. They were prompt. I was surprised at how hard they worked and how prompt they were. They did everything they said they were going to do. The pricing was fair. I didn't really see anybody lower. He came and did the work on Labor Day.

Mario was prompt, hardworking, comprehensive in removing the old boiler and pipes in my basement while preparing for a new heating system. He accommodated my schedule and took care of all the permitting and inspection requirements. The place was completely clean when he left. His rates matched the company name, affordable, and I am very satisfied with the work.

They were efficient, and clean. They were initially hard to contact, but once they were contacted, they did the job. I had to chase them for the air supply sample report, but they eventually faxed it over to me.

Mario was very prompt and hardworking. He quoted me a price, but the job took way longer than he expected. He worked with integrity and never expected to be paid more than what he quoted even though he spent several hours longer than he thought it would take. The cement floor underneath the tile was heavily laden with adhesive and he removed all of it! I will hire Mario again if I ever need more asbestos tile removed.

We hired Mario and his team to remove the wrap. He was extremely responsive, coming out the same day to give us an estimate and doing the work the following week. He did a professional job and worked past 6 pm to get everything done in one day. I enjoyed working with him.
