Everything went very well. Justin was responsive, courteous and willing to accommodate my schedule. He arrived on schedule and fixed the garage door quickly. Very customer service oriented. I was impressed.

Garage door spring broke on 2/8. Ordered service on Angie's List at 6 PM. Provider called at 8 AM the next morning to schedule service and was done before 11. Very nice man and great prompt service.

I received communication within a few minutes of posting the question on Angies List. They were very courteous and professional on the phone. The next day I talked with the company and they had someone on site the very next morning. I wasn't in a hurry to get the door fixed but it could have been completed earlier if I needed. The employee that came out for the repair was extremely courteous. The work was done very quickly without any issues. The price was extremely reasonable. I also asked them to give me a quote for new doors at the same time they were out. I had the quote and numbers before they left with a brochure. I was extremely satisfied with the the company and will have them replace our garage doors in the spring. Excellent Service Provider.

The service person not only was on time, he arrived early. He was very courteous and friendly. It took him approximately 20 minutes, and I'm now set for another 15 years. My garage door is also a lot quieter than it's been in a very long time.

We read the reviews on Angie's List and these guys were highly rated. We called and told them we had a broken torsion spring and asked if they recommended repairing one or replacing both. They recommended replacing both as they are rated for the number of times the garage door is raised and lowered and there is a good likelihood the other spring was nearing the end of it's life. They said they would be out same day between noon and 4pm. They arrived just after noon. The repairman was very nice and had the springs replaced in about 20 minutes. Payment was $159 even with tax included. Very satisfied with the experience and would utilize them again.

I can't speak highly enough about Justin and his responsiveness and unheard-of level of service! It worked just like we always think it should, yet almost nothing works like this these days. My garage door broke this morning as I was putting it down. It was 7 degrees below zero at the time, so I had a sense of urgency about getting it fixed today. I called and reached Justin in person before 8 am. He said he could get to me between 10 and 12 (nice tight window) and would call before he arrived. At about 10:45 he called to say he was 15 minutes out, and he got here a couple minutes before 11. First he asked me to talk him through what happened; then he inspected my door and gave me his advice on what to fix; I asked him to inspect the other door on the garage in case it was about to go also. Justin gave me his proposed solutions on what to do, but offered that the other door might have some time in it yet, so if I wanted to save money there wasn't a huge, pressing need to do that today. I appreciated that he gave that option. I chose to have him do both doors, just because I don't want to be back in this boat within a year (the max time he thought the other door would last). He worked fast, was a very clear communicator, had everything he needed with him on the truck, and was done in less than an hour on both doors. With a break that happened before 8 am, I was back in business before noon. Amazing! I would recommend Advanced Garage Door to anyone needing any kind of garage door service.

We had a spring break a few weeks ago, and I didn't have a new spring handy or even the rods to replace it myself. I got tired of taxing my poor opener / lifting the door manually and called last week. To my surprise they could arrive within two hours. The technician knew what he was doing and had a new set installed quickly. I also had him install new cables because the old ones were fraying. I thought the price was quite fair. I should add I was worried about finding a good company. It seems that there are 3 or 4 outfits in every coupon book we get in the weekly junk mail, and I was surprised at the number of choices on Angie's List. My only recent experience was watching the neighbors across the street have something on their door fixed last summer. I don't recall the company, but I saw lots of goofing around by the techs, dropped tools, foul language, etc. I suspected that might be par for the course in the garage door business - I think it does take a certain type of crazy to want to wind high torsion springs every day! So, Advanced Garage Door was a pleasant surprise. Very skilled and professional, great price, and I highly recommend them.

He called ahead, waited for a few minutes while I wrapped up a call and then went to work on the garage door. He explained to me exactly what was happening with my garage door and options I could pursue if I wanted to prevent any future issues. However, this was not an up sell - he actually gave a very honest assessment: I really didn't need to do anything immediately and explained what he would recommend or do, if it was his money. No pressure and quality, thorough work that fixed my issue and left me more informed than I was before. He acted just as I would if I were in his shoes - with honesty, integrity, and leaving me a bit smarter about garage doors than I was before the service. Thanks!

Purchased an Angie's List coupon. Was contacted promptly and scheduled quickly. Justin was professional and courteous; replaced the torsion spring and reinstalled drums that had been installed backwards at no extra charge. Excellent experience.

I was very surprised at how fast I was able to schedule to service. The window of service was kind of big (8-12), but he called ahead to let me know when to expect him. The service only took about 30 minutes, but I can tell a difference. He made the doors a lot quieter and gave me some great advice on replacing the openers and doors if I want them to be even quieter. Very friendly and very efficient.

One of our garage springs snapped leaving the door inoperable. We found the listing on Angie's List and contacted them immediately. Within a short time, Justin responded back and they were able to schedule us for the repair the following day. When they arrived, Justin discovered that our springs were upgraded and those parts would need to be ordered. Justin was able to temporarily repair the broken spring so we could use the door and he came back a few days later to replace the broken springs once the parts arrived. Justin was very professional and friendly. Excellent service!

Justin knows his trade and he knows it very well. Took the time to explain any concerns I had about what needed to be repaired. Also, explained what repairs "could wait" based on when I was planning on replacing my garage doors and with his tune up service my garage doors have never operated better. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, well spoken, and listened and addressed all my concerns. Ordered my service on a Saturday, called Monday to set up appointment and service was complete in 40 min Monday afternoon. Will call again, no questions asked!

Service went great. I inadvertently sent them the address to the townhouse next door and could not access the garage, but they were kind after I corrected my mistake even though it cost them 20 minutes of their day. I will definitely use them again.
