They did a super job. They got the job done before we even knew they were at the house, which is cool, very cool. The guy came in -- his name was Justin -- and he was very nice. He did a super job and we were very pleased. They were very efficient and we were happy with them.

I called about a broken torsion spring on my garage door. I didn't say it was an emergency, but from the time of my call they were here and installed the new springs within 3.5 hours. Justin was very professional & courteous and the price was right. Would definitely recommend!

We got same day, in fact same hour response to our phone call to setup an appointment. Justin arrived barely half an hour after we talked and had the job done barely 15 minutes after he arrived. Garage door spring replacement is a pretty routine task, but it was very nice to have the issue resolved so promptly.

Justin was great - door broke late in the evening. Called him that evening and he got back to me first thing in the AM the next day (it was not an emergency so I asked he get back to me when he can). He was able to get to the house in the early afternoon. Highly professional - great, fast work.

Justin did an amazing job replacing our garage door.. We had contacted several vendors, and Justin from Advanced Garage door solutions was the most prompt, responsive and professional of all of them. He stopped by our house, examined the damaged garage door, talked through our options along with pros and cons, and provided an estimate based on our selection. He took time to clearly explain the procedure and timeline for the replacement. True to his word, he came in on the promised date, and replaced the door, the damaged wood and hooked up all the hardware. He was very efficient and was done in no time. Our new garage door was installed perfectly. It was quiet and moved smoothly. Should the need arise, we would undoubtedly work with Advanced Garage door solutions again.

After browsing companies on Angie's list, I contacted Advanced Garage Door by filling out the form on their website. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Ben, and he set up a time window for someone from the company to come over the next day to complete the job. Justin gave me a call before showing up and arrived during the original window of time. One of our garage doors would not close on our double stall garage. We were unsure of the root of this issue, so I told Justin what problems we were experiencing, and he inspected and performed several tests before suggesting a new garage door opener. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase a new opener. Justin was able to diagnose the problem and install a new garage door opener in just over an hour. He also installed a new keypad outside the garage. The company was running a special for a new Liftmaster 1/2 Horsepower Chain Drive Opener Installed with one Remote and Free Removal/Disposal of your Old Opener for $334, and the new keypad for $55. I was hoping to pay no more than $400, so I am glad that this was within my budget!

The estimate was exact. My insurance provider even commented that it was the most reasonable he had heard of for replacing a garage door. Justin came right at the time expected and did a fantastic job; he was extremely pleasant and professional. Would absolutely hire him again!

Excellent speedy service. I contacted Justin about a broken garage door spring and he replied within 20 minutes and replaced the springs a couple hours later. Justin was courteous and professional. It was also the lowest cost I saw on Angie's List. I highly recommend him.

Just like the other reviews said I got a return call with 15 minutes to schedule. He was able to come out the same day on a Saturday. Crazy fast we was completed done with everything in 30 minutes. Great customer service!

Justin, the tech for Advanced, called back within 15 minutes of my placing the Angie's list order. The online scheduling option didn't offer same day service, but he said he could be at my house within an hour. I've replaced garage door springs myself, but now that I'm 66 - I figure some things are best left to the professionals. Also, I knew the job would be done correctly. Two new springs with a 5 year guarantee were installed within 30 minutes of Justin's arrival. He made necessary adjustments to the opener and lubed the hinges so all the squeaks have gone away. I'm a rather fussy customer, but in the case of this vendor I can only think of positive things to say. From the time I placed the order to the time the job was done - 2 hours! I'm impressed. My price was slightly lower than Advanced's posted price as I had a $5 Angie's list coupon.

I called on Monday to take advantage of the current Angie's list special on annual safety and maintenance for $39. I requested an appointment for today and they were able to accommodate. Ben called 15 minutes before arrival and he was able to complete it in under 30 minutes. The door sounds and works so much better now! He recommended replacing the door over the summer (I bought the house in 2012 and knew that was coming up) and quoted a very reasonable price. I will absolutely schedule the replacement with Advanced Garage Door Solutions. In fact, I am so pleased with their service I am going to tell my neighbors about them on the Nextdoor app! 10/10, will hire again!

I had used this provider before to repair a broken spring. The repairman arrived on time and completed a detailed analysis. I asked a lot of questions about the door and how it was set up. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I live in NW suburbs and he came from a job in the SE suburbs and returned to the SE suburbs when he was done (on a snowy day). I thought this was remarkable that he would leave a project, drive all that distance, provide a quality service and then return to his work site for a $39.00 sale. I strongly believe other providers would have tried to reschedule me instead of making that drive. It tells me they value their reputation and commitment to service. I would definitely recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Went great, the time was set up and they arrived right on schedule. Replacement of the springs was done in about an hour and they even adjusted the third stall springs and lubed the rollers while they were here for no charge.
