Advanced Garage came out on Saturday afternoon to replace a broken spring on our garage door. I was not aware of the broken spring until I arrived home on Friday evening, so I was thinking I was going to have to wait until the following week to have it addressed unless I wanted to pay emergency rates for weekend service. I was extremely pleased that they offered Saturday service and were able to accommodate our needs. They arrived on time and addressed the issue in short order.

Very easy to work with. Called in the morning and repair complete in early afternoon. Great for me as it was at a rental property. Minimal time on my part. All transactions completed via phone day off repair with good price. phone quote matched final repair bill.

I woke up on the coldest day in ten years to a garage door that wouldn't close. While I did finally manage to close it, I noticed some smoke coming from the motor, which I promptly unplugged. Came in and logged into Angie's List in hopes of finding someone able to come to the rescue. After contacting three other companies and being told the earliest times were Wednesday or Thursday, I tried one more - Advanced Garage Door Solutions. What a relief when I explained the issue and was told I could expect someone here between 12 and 4. The technician (I did not get his name) called at 11:15 and was here by 11:45. He immediately saw that I also had a broken spring as well as a very old opener. He replaced everything within an hour and it works like a charm. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their garage door. I've already told several people how happy I am with their prompt service and good prices. Thank you for turning a bad start to my day into a good start to the new year!

Excellent experience. Bought a and quot;Garage Door tune upand quot; Big Deal and Justin called the same morning and said there was one of their service techs in our area today and would we like to have the service performed now? We had the service tech here in about 2 hours and he did a great job! Garage door is much more quiet opening and closing and the tech adjusted the vertical closure gap so the garage door no longer lets cold drafts in when it is windy. It was a very good experience. We purchased this service through an Angie's List and quot;deal.and quot; They asked us when it was convenient to come over and we made an appointment for 48 hours later. They called as promised 15 minutes before arriving, showed up on the dot, installed, took away the old one, and left no trace they'd been there other than leaving us once again with a functioning garage door opener. Nice company and people to work with. The great communication and responsiveness made this a particularly good experience.

The spring on our garage door broke and we couldn't lift the door to get out our 2 vehicles. I called two garage door businesses in the morning to see if they could come out today. Neither had openings today. I found the Advanced Garage Door Solutions listing on Angie's list with a quote that was lower than the two I had called earlier. I called them at 9:30 and they promised to be here between 12 and 4. Ben was here at 1:30. He recommended replacing both springs for $149 (5 year warranty) and completing an additional 24 point tune up for $30 so we wouldn't have additional problems down the road. Ben was very professional and completed the work in about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door needs.

Called the provider for scheduling and bought the angies list deal. I requested them to call ahead so I could be sure to be at home. They called as promised and got the springs replaced. Did a good job - the installer knew exactly what to do and he took care of it. Would use them again without hesitation.

Service was impeccable. I called ADVANCED GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS at 10:45am and spoke with Justin about replacing the torsion springs on our garage. He was very kind and courteous. He said one of his guys, Ben, was in the area and would be able to perform the repairs within an hour! I guess it was our lucky day. Sure enough, Ben arrived within an hour and replaced the torsion springs on our garage door. He also recommended we replace the garage door cables, due to rust. Ben was professional and efficient. I am very happy I called ADVANCED GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS and look forward to using their service again in the future.

My old garage opener stopped working over weekend where temps were below zero. Priced around and viewed reviews so decided to go with this provider's deal. Called Monday morning and was very surprised when they and quot;said soonest they could come up was Tuesdayand quot; - the next day! Was expecting to wait much longer. Ben was on time in the window provided and completed within 45 minutes. Both Ben and Justin over the phone were very professional. I should have read the Fine Print on the deal more carefully - fully explained additional charges. Overall, so worth hiring a coming so responsive.

Justin offered to talk us through the solution over the phone. I figured the problem was not major, but I'm disabled and my wife couldn't figure it out. So, I figured I'd just have to get someone out here and pay for it. A few minutes after I posted a description of the problem, Justin replied saying he could save us some money and walk us through it over the phone. My 16 yr. old son called him back and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes, free of charge!

Great experience. One of our torsion springs broke at 8AM on a Sat. I just assumed I would have to wait until Monday to get a hold of someone to replace it. I called Advanced and they had 2 new springs installed by 1:30 that afternoon. They were very professional and extremely easy to work with.
