This is exactly why Angieslist is great. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I did not get to AngiesList until the evening and purchased the coupon from Advanced. Within an hour I got a call to schedule the repair. I was offered a 7:00 AM appointment Monday. That worked out great, They came on time, took less than a half an hour and I even made it to work on time. I'm very pleased with the service.

Punctual, fast service. Very reasonable pricing and fixed what we needed without doing more than necessary. Would definitely recommend and consider for more jobs in the future.

Called them Tuesday and set up an appointment for them to come out on Wednesday between 1-4 (they called at 3:15 and said they'd be there at 4) and arrived, installed the new springs quickly and even took the old broken springs with. Other than coming at the very last minute they did a great job at a very reasonable price.

We called the company after seeing their ad in the Angie's List Magazine. They were slightly cheaper than other quotes we got from other companies. They also said they could install it that afternoon. A few minutes later Justin called and said he was on his way to do the install. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. We were very impressed! We would definitely recommend this company to others!

EXCELLENT---we called at 7:30AM today and by 9AM, we had someone show up. "Ben" was friendly and very professional. The work was completed faster than we expected. He noted an item that should be fixed and did so before leaving. We definitely would contact this company for future work and would recommend Advanced Garage Door Solutions to anyone.

I purchased the big deal special for spring replacement. I was contacted within minutes to schedule the service. He came out the next day as scheduled and had the job done in less than an hour. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Ben was professional, courteous and willing to work in 10 degree weather. He did the whole repair in less than 30 minutes.

We had extension springs and cable system for our garage door opener. The spring on one side snapped and so did the cable. I called Monday morning and they were able to come out the same day - within a half an hour since they were already in the area!. Justin explained the current system we had and the pros and cons and then also explained the benefits of installing a torsion system. For only $100 more than fixing both the tension springs we had (we could see the other one was compromised as well) we decided to have him install the torsion system. It works smooth and will be cheaper to fix in the future than the tension springs. It was high cycle torsion system too and it comes with a 5 year warranty. Justin was awesome. He was no pressure, very friendly and professional. He got our system installed on a very snowy day. I'd definitely recommend this company and Justin in particular.

They were very accomodating. I was out of town during the repair for Thanksgiving, but they came over to my rental to repair the coil above the garage door. My tenant was very happy with the service. My garage door broke (cable popped off one spring with a loud bang). I called a couple places and ADVANCED GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS, INC. had a deal running for spring replacement. However, we had an integrated (i.e. cheap) shaft and spring set up that cost more to replace than just the springs. However, the tech was out and had the entire job done within an hour and a half of the door breaking. I was very impressed with the whole encounter and I absolutely recommend the company.

The spring in our garage door snapped and we couldn't open it. I looked on Angies List and found this company. My husband called and they were out there in 1/2 hour - from far western suburbs! Nice guy, fantastic amazingly orompt and efficient service. From the time my husband called to the time they left was about an hour!!! And they were less expensive than anyone else!

Our garage door spring broke and our garage door came off of its track as a result. We asked Advanced Garage Door to come fix our spring. A representative called me quickly after I requested service. They were willing to come out the earliest day that we requested, and when they fixed the door, they went above and beyond by making sure that the door rollers were correctly fitted back into their track and would not come out again. They were very courteous, calling to let us know they were on the way and arriving on time. The repairman who came put my wife at ease--she said he was very nice and polite. The door springs came with a five year warranty. And this was all for the best price I could find based on four different calls and online research. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Advanced Garage Door to other clients.

Did everything they promised

Our garage door broke and I couldn't even open it with the emergency latch. They had someone out in a few hours and figured out the problem and installed a new opener, what a relief. They even installed a keypad, which was nice. The gentleman was very efficient and personable, I would be happy to recommend this company. The fact that they were able to get someone out as quickly as that was very unexpected. Great business.
