This was awesome service. I built a new house and at the final walk through I realized I didn't order any garage door openers. Oops! I contacted Justin who immediately (on the weekend) gave me a few quotes. I was very happy with the options and prices, and he even got me scheduled for the install on the same day I closed on the house. Kevin showed up on time, was very professional and friendly. He had the work done quickly and gave me an entire run-down on how everything worked. I've never had to hire someone to install a garage door opener, but I was very happy with the results. I would definitely re-hire. Thank you: Justin and Kevin.

UPDATED REVIEW: I received a phone call from Advanced the day my "F" review was posted. There were apparently circumstances that prevented me from receiving the quote I requested. Justin seemed very sincere in his apology, and assured me that if I ever needed their services they would do everything they could to make up for this situation. Advanced did not perform any services for us, as we have already placed an order for a garage door with another company, so I cannot offer an updated review on their product or service.

Advanced Garage Door Solutions was easy to schedule and very responsive to my phone calls. I purchased a "garage door spring replacement" deal on Angie's List for $159 (normally $169). The service person arrived on time and quickly performed the work. I am very satisfied with their work. I will employ them again.

Good. Got a quick call back after submitting my request. I was given a 2-4 pm time frame the same day with a promised call 20 minutes before arrival. I received a about 20 minute before 3:00 and the service tech arrived on time. Work was completed by 3:35.

They were great. They repaired an old door that others said had to be replaced. Nice guys, excellent work. Honest, reasonable, respectful. They are now my garage door guys.

The repair services have been consistently done very well, timed as promised, and the job was thoroughly and professionally completed - doing only what was needed and no more. Perfectly. Justin to the rescue, again! This was his fourth visit - first an install, then spring replacement, then a remote replacement, and today, to troubleshoot. I left a message at 7:45a (first time ever he didn't pick up immediately - he was already at another site), he returned it within the hour, and was onsite within the half hour. He is kind, trustworthy, their prices are more than fair, and he ALWAYS has the customer's best interests in mind. Look no further, these are your garage door guys!
