I had forgotten to sweep up some broken glass in the area he had to work in so he actually swept it up for me, which I appreciated. The door is still working fine, one month later. I would hire them again if needed.

Our garage door spring broke on 9/14/2014. Went onto Angie's list and found Advanced Garage Door Solutions had a $149 deal to replace both torsion springs. We purchased the deal. Received a call at 7:00 am Monday morning from Justin letting us know that they would be out that morning to replace the springs. Sure enough around 8:15 am the tech arrived. During the spring replacement the tech pointed out that both cables were frayed and should also be replaced. We had him replace the cables along with the springs. He had the job completed within 30 minutes! Excellent work!!

Called Justin just a few minutes after buying the Angie's List Deal around 10:30. He was able to come by between 1:00-3:00pm that day. Door had a broken torsion spring and he replaced both within 30 minutes. He pointed out some rust starting on the cables and suggested I keep on eye on them over the next couple of years, since they'll be the next parts to fail. Very professional and quick. Will definitely use them in the future for my home and rental properties.

The repair person fit me in on a Saturday and even arrived 15 minutes earler than expected. Only took him 20 minutes to do the repair. I would definately use them again.

One of my garage door torsion springs broke this weekend. I purchased the torsion spring replacement deal from Advanced Garage Door on Monday and set the appointment for Wednesday PM. I received a call from Justin on Tues AM to verify the date and time. He gave me a 2 hour 2-4 PM window. The repairman (Ben) was here at 2:00 pm on the button. The work was completed quickly and the door works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Advanced Garage again.

Ben was very prompt for the estimate appointment and right on time the day scheduled to install the new door and opener. He was very professional and did a very nice job. My garage now looks very nice. He also took the time to show me a couple new things that are different from my old opener when he presented me with my manual. I will definitely recommend them to all who ask and call on them again if I ever need this type of work again in the future.

I originally contacted Advance Garage for a second opinion since their competitor disabled my garage door without my permission from usage claiming that it was not safe and recommended me to replace the garage door entirely for $800-$1000. Justin was very professional and came out quickly to evaluate. He charged a 40 dollar trip charge and I was willing to pay that. Justin advised that the garage door is fixable and no need to replace it. He changed the cables and replace all the rollers which cost me $160 including the $40 trip charge. He is honest and fair pricing. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for garage repair services.

Friendly, courteous, clean and very professional guy! Unfortunately, a spring broke on my garage door. Fortunately, it happened just as I pushed the button, so no twisted door. I searched repair shops in my area and decided on Advanced and purchased a Buy Now deal (very convenient via the mobile app). I received a call from Justin not long after to schedule. Luckily he was able to get me in a time that worked out with my work schedule. Justin called early, said he was ahead of schedule and would be there first thing for the appointment window. Showed up right on time, quickly surveyed the situation and got right to work. I told him I was concerned about how the lift arm was attached to the top of the door, something I had yet to fix myself and he asked if I wanted him to do it, wouldn't be a problem, so I said yes (now one less thing to fix). Had all the parts and brackets with him (very clean and organized van). He also inspected the cables, had some concern with one side but after getting the door working said they were fine. Did some adjustments on the opener and finished. Door works perfect now, actually better than it did before and quieter. He then wrote up an invoice for the parts and labor for the extra work I had him do, he politely asked if $50 was fine which it was. Very happy with Justin's service, nice guy and will definitely call him the next time.

We were satisfied customers. Not knowing if we should replace the bottom panel of the garage door (due to age, rust, and a dent from previous owners) We asked Advanced Garage Door what the best method would be. After performing the requested service to replace the cables and springs they were also able to re-enforce the bottom panel by reattaching/adjusting the bottom most portion of the door frame when they replaced the bottom seal. Door work smother too!

The service went extremely well. I gave Advanced Garage Door solutions a call at around 7:30pm. An employee answered (I forgot his name) and worked into his schedule the following day installing 2 springs. He was very nice and polite, like someone you would want to be friends with. As a first home owner, this attitude and friendliness puts me at ease. The next day came and he arrived as promised. He also spotted the steel cables were rusted and offered to repair it as well. I agreed because the cost of a competitor to replace one spring plus labor was the total cost of 2 springs and two new cables with labor included. I highly recommend them.

Representative was running early, so arrived to my property early which was great for me. They called first before coming which I very much appreciated. The representative got right to work and was very efficient in getting the springs install quickly. He was not very talkative, but I guess he was not there to talk. He clean up afterward and my garage was once again working properly. I feel the price was good for new springs, but only took approx. 20 minutes to install. I would recommend Advanced Garage to others for springs....can not speak to other work.

I requested a quote on the website. Justin got back to me with the quote, which was higher than what I wanted to spend. I emailed him back and he called and said there were other options in what I wanted. He came out and was very professional and not pushy at all and after explaining the options, he gave me a great, all inclusive, deal for the new door, with the windows I wanted and fixed all the other problems I had with garage door openers and remotes and replacing the rusty bottom plates on my Clopay garage door. Justin and his helper were working for almost four hours removing and installing the door and fixing all the other problems I had.

Very prompt service he was at my house in about 20 minutes. Reattached hinges on the door and tuned it up so it would slide up and down easily. Returned after the weekend to install the new larger opener (they don't carry that size on the truck), and install new keyless entry. Door is much quieter and operates more smoothly than before. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I called several Angie's List A rated companies for a quote to replace a broken Torsion spring on my garage door. The technician arrived an hour into the two hour arrival window and promptly replaced both torsion springs. The repair went smoothly and the garage door is in working order.
