My garage door had been stopping while opening for a few weeks. I called and spoke to Justin who scheduled a time first thing the next morning to come out and look at it. It turned out the power board was failing. He replaced it with the part he has in his van and it worked like a charm. Justin was 100% professional and polite from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Justin does fantastic work. He replaced both our torsion springs and also tuned other components to make sure everything runs smoothly. What a treat! Fast, great price, super service! Our springs broke unexpectedly on Saturday, and the usual other place we called quoted $175 plus $100 weekend service charge - $275 total. I didn't want to pay that much since the whole system should be replaced likely sooner than later. I looked on AngiesList and found this fabulous deal for pretty much half the price of the other company, and with great reviews. $149 for the spring replacement and install. Bought on Saturday, got a response later on Saturday (!), called to confirm on Sunday. All set for Monday first thing. Spoke with Justin, and Ben was installer. Both were very friendly. Ben got right to work, completed the job quickly, was very polite and efficient. Garage door works - yay! One of the better service experiences we've had. Would definitely use in the future. Very nice and helpful when choosing what door we wanted to use. The doors had to be ordered, which took about two weeks to arrive. Everything went well with the job being done on time and looking GREAT. We even had him come back out to program our garage door openers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I called on a Saturday when the spring broke on our garage door. Even though they were very busy they managed to fit us in. They came out less than 3 hours from my call. They explained in advance when they would be coming and called first to let us know when to expect him. Our problem was fixed quickly and price was fair. Would definitely use again.

Justin called me in less than 20 minutes after I placed my order through Angie's List. He explained to me over the phone what I needed, and also told me they were busy that day. So he said he could make it between 12 and 4 PM, and would call me 20 minutes prior to arriving. Justin said he would replace the broken single spring with two springs. We also discussed how the cables were rusted at the connection portion. He did tell me they would last two more years, but after offering me a discount on replacing them I decided to have them replaced. Justin was extremely polite, professional, and friendly, even to my dog! He was done very fast too! I would highly recommend using Advanced Garage Door for any repairs you need.

I purchased the deal through Angie's List for replacing the torsion springs on our garage door. Justin called promptly after the deal was submitted to talk about availability, and I was happy that they could come out the next day to fix it. We also discussed the fact that the cables where broken and needed to be replaced (was an additional cost, but I was expecting that). He called about 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me he was on the way and was punctual and professional. I would definitely use again if the need arises. It was a great deal, and I don't have to worry about my garage for the coming winter.

I have used these guys twice, Once for new springs on my Old Garage Door, on a Angies List Deal, and at my new house had them put in a new garage door opener. Both times, they were on-time, Professional, explained what they were doing and reasonably priced.

The service turned out alright. He did a nice job. I have them on my speed dial.

It went very well. The guy was super friendly and fast. He didn't kill himself replacing the spring. They did it in short order and I was quite impressed. He did the job the same day I called. He was there in 30 minutes. There was some confusion on the price but I didn't check. They were very fast and efficient. I've had this job done in other cities and paid doubled. He had all new parts and corrected everything. I would absolutely use him again.

The work went fine. They were prompt, polite and got the work done quickly. I would not necessarily call it a complaint, but it was expensive. They charged $140 and worked for, maybe, 30-40 minutes. They did not replace expensive parts. Other than that I was happy with the work they did. It has held up.

The service went very well. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it on time and they cleaned up. They did a great job. There is a little knot in the door; something that is making a sharp thing so we need to call them back to look at it.
