WOW! From the time I called Advanced Garage Door Solutions Inc on the phone until the time he was completely done with the service was 80 minutes! I couldn't have asked for better service than I received. Period end of story.

I called on Friday. They were here first thing Monday morning. They were fast and professional. Highly recommended.

They called my within an hour of my buying the Angie's List coupon. I was able to set an appointment for the next day. The serviceman called before he arrived as they indicated he would. He did an efficient job, was pleasant and explained what was done. He told me all the services the company could provide and thanked me for choosing them. I was very pleased. No more squeaky door!

I had a great experience with Advanced Garage Door Solutions and would definitely use them again. The price was great but what set them apart was the customer service. I felt like they truly value their customers and that they went above and beyond in that respect. They diagnosed the issue provided a variety of solutions and helped me make the right decision for my garage door. It works like a charm now. I expect my other garage door to fail soon so I'm happy I have a great company to go to in the future.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and described some pricing options for different services. He made the repairs in about 30 minutes and the garage door works much better now. I will use this company again.

Garage door wouldn't go up and I needed to run a critical errand within 4 hours. Did a little research and Justin was not only able to come out just about right away to diagnose and fix the problem, but after doing some researching and guessing what the problem was (a broken spring) he also seemed to have the best price. It's usually hard to get something scheduled right away between Christmas and New Years so I was extra grateful.

It went great. Very professional and honest. Together we decided it would be best to replace the rollers and brackets in addition to the broken spring I had. He never tried to convince me that I needed additional work done. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I called at 7:50 am, he was here by 10:50 am same day. As with his last service call (opener replaced this summer), he discussed options, quoted me a price, and stuck with it.

I called to schedule the appointment a day I was off of work. They gave me a four hour window and promised to call approx a half hour before they were to arrive. The call came in and they were right on time. Work was done with in 20-30 minutes and no issues.

The project went great from start to finish. I called first thing in the morning after they opened and left a message to try to set up an appointment for that day since one of our springs had broken that morning. Justin returned my call that same morning and was able to add our spring replacement to the days schedule. He said it would be between 2 and 4 that afternoon and that they'd call when they were on their way. At 3:30 Justin called to say he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. Justin arrived on time and got right to work. He replaced both springs quickly and was finished in a short time. Justin was both personable and professional. He finished the job quickly and looked over the other mechanisms of the garage door and noted that other parts appeared in good shape and did not need to be replaced at this time. From first contact to job completion this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Advanced Garage Door Solutions to anyone and will definitely contact them first if I need any other garage door work done.
