I called Justin at 930 am and he was here by 1245 pm. Saw the broken spring and said it was an easy fix. Took under 30 minutes. Gave me the AngiesList discount for the replacement of the 2 springs and was able to adjust the rail so it wasn't sliding against the door too. Great guy to work with. Definitely recommend.

This is why I subscribe to Angie's List. I had the spring break on my garage door on a very cold day. I had experienced this previously so I knew what the deal is and I looked for an offer on Angie's. I found this company, with excellent reviews and bought the deal. I talked to the owner on a Thursday evening, hoping he might be able to come on Friday given how cold it was out and that I didn't want to leave the cars out the following night if possible. He was very friendly and accommodating and said that Friday a.m. would be no problem. He came and did the work and the garage worked great after. The springs he uses even come with a 5 year warranty. Advanced Garage Door is the kind of company I'd do business with any day - Great value, great service, great interaction!

Springs on door broke at 11:00 at night and put request in for repair that night. They were here next morning by 8:30 am and done in 15 min. Great response time (and right when we were starting garage sale so very pleased).

This was my first contact with an Angie's List vendor. I bought the service at 9am this morning and by 1pm this afternoon my springs were replaced. Very impressive. Great respectful service and responsiveness. I highly recommend this business and Justin!!

I had used him before and had great service, so called him again when I needed another repair. He came out right away, and as he approached the garage door he told me that he already thought he might know what the problem was. He went up and took the cover off of the light on the door opener, made a few adjustments, and got everything working perfectly again. He didn't even charge me since it was such an easy and quick fix.

A cable snapped on one of our garage doors. It was mid-afternoon on a Saturday but Justin was able to stop by about an hour after contacting him. He immediately knew what was wrong, suggested replacing a few parts to prevent future issues and charged exactly what he said he'd charge. In less than an hour he had our door working perfectly. There was a fee to have him come out on such short notice but waiting until Monday wasn't an option so the added cost was well worth it. Justin was fast, professional, efficient and knew his stuff. We highly recommend his services and company. An A+ provider.

Perfect - Josh was awesome and professional. I purchased a deal from here on Angie's List for 2 tension springs for 159.00. Turns out I didn't have this type of springs. I had extension springs. Josh was more than happy to use the deal I bought and allowed me to pay the difference of only 26 dollars. I bought the deal today and Josh came out today and replaced the springs and got my garage door working again. thanks!!!

The workers were fantastic and they came on the middle of a snow storm. They went out of their way for customer service and they went above and beyond. They had a busy day that day and they came out. It was just great.

They were very polite and professional and the work was done perfectly. I would definitely work with them again.

Justin was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. He was willing to come very early for a quote due to my work schedule and install when I requested.
