We recently had our roof replaced by Advanced Exterior and were extremely happy with the work performed. They were competitively priced, timely and thorough with their work and clean up was great. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to improve their homes exterior.

We were extremely happy with this company. It was late in the year and roofers are always busy then. We called because we had a valley that had leaked when an ice dam had formed (after several years of no problems). It did not leak during heavy rains but we were worried about what might happen during the winter. so wanted it fixed before winter set in. The company that had put on our roof several years ago did not even return our calls. Another company said they are only handling jobs over $5000 right now. Another company made an appointment, never showed, rescheduled after we called again, and then never showed for the 2nd appt. either. Advanced Exteriors had a very professional office staff. They scheduled an appointment quickly, asked if they could reschedule for the next day when they had other work in our area (was no inconvenience for us), arrived exactly on time. Went beyond the initial request by replacing a couple missing screws from the gutter for no extra charge. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Gave us advice about our roof and when it might need replacing. We feel we have found the company that we will use when it comes time to replace our roof (or if we need any other service on our roof).

I was super pleased with that. I got the windows ten years ago and they are still looking great. I dealt with Steve James. The only hurdle that I had to over come with was the coordination between Steve James- (he was a sales person) and the his contractor because they sub contract the work but once the work was going, everything was top notch and I liked it. We got several glass windows and they are gorgeous.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job with the siding. It was when the garage door was delivered we realized that it wasn't exactly what we had thought it would be. Steve the salesman who did an excellent job explaining the siding and the differences in the product didn't do the same for the garage door. He asked us what kind of garage door we wanted and we said similar to the solid wood garage door that was on the garage now. We wanted something similar and the company had been so highly recommended so we took his recommendation. In the contract he had written, "Garage Door - raised panel - 16'"' which we were fine with. It was delivered and it was unlined and unbacked with no insulation. We called Steve, the salesperson, who had said that this is what we had discussed. When we finally received the scanned contract from the owner we could tell that it had been modified as the contract now said "garage door - raised panel 16' (not line or backed)", which was not on the original copy which we had kept. During this time it was very hard to speak with the owner of the company. He would not believe us that our contract was altered after we signed.The change was done with out our knowledge. I would give Todd an A+ for siding because it was perfect. However, I'm leaving this grade for the owner---"F" Update: Marie and I felt that we paid Advanced Exteriors for an insulated, lined garage door and that is not what was installed. Also, we wanted an explanation as to why the original contract was modified without our knowledge. The owner was not returning our calls, so we enlisted the aid of the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to reach a compromise with Advanced Exteriors. After many months of trying to get Advanced Exteriors to answer our questions to resolve this situation, we were advised to take our case to the Better Business Bureau?s Arbitrator. We received the Arbitrator?s decision on March 12, 2015 which directed Advanced Exteriors to replace our non-insulated, unlined garage door with an insulated and lined garage door. We were directed to pay an additional $100.00 towards the replacement of the garage door because we had not succinctly listed our requirements for a garage door during our initial meetings with Advanced Exteriors. (Lesson Learned) We still give Advanced Exteriors an ?F? rating due to questionable business practices. Thank you, Marie and Gordy Aune

Advanced Exteriors is a very reputable company. They came and helped me figure out what I wanted, how I wanted it, and provided all of the options I had available. We had a little misunderstanding and the company came through to clear up the miscommunication. I would recommend Advanced Exteriors to anybody.

The price was reasonable. The door was good quality work but it was not timely. They were slow about getting it done. They had to redo part of the roof because I didn't like the way it was done. After that it was good.

The work done was ok, but I wasn't to pleased with there timeliness. I hired them to do it and they didn't come out until 3 months later in the winter. Many things were frozen so it caused problems in the work, and the gutter spouts were not done the way I wanted. They left debris all over the yard. I would never hire them again, I expected to be treated better for what I paid. I wouldn't recommend them.

I loved the work they did. From beginning to end, I got exactly what I'd hoped for. The project did take longer than they expected, but that was due to the severe rot in the windows and not the carpenter. We were not charged a dime extra for the extra work they had to do. They stood by their estimate, even though in the end, they lost money on labor.

I was very happy with the quality of work done. Both jobs, roof, siding looked good to me. They informed me on everything, including what they faxed to the insurance. They worked with the bid from the insurance company. Did a better job than expected. Don't be afraid to tell them what you want done; and they have good ideas too.

INITIALLY, THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD. NUMEROUS SCHEDULED DATES WERE NO SHOWS WITHOUT ANY CALL TO INFORM US OF WHAT THE DELAY WAS. FINALLY, THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE HOUSE. THUSLY, THERE WAS ANOTHER 10 DAY DELAY UNTIL FINALLY WE WERE INFORMED OF THEIR ARRIVAL AND WORK FINALLY BEGAN AND WAS COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS. RELIABILITY IS NOT THIS COMPANY'S STRONG SUIT IN ANY WAY NOR IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MY REP WAS BAD AT RETURNING CALLS. I WAS NOT GIVEN A GOOD DESCRIPTION OF THE WINDOWS THAT WERE BEING INSTALLED. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WRONG AND I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY COME IN AND REPLACE ALL OF THE SLIDER WINDOWS. I ORDERED FULL SCREENS AND ONLY GOT HALF SCREENS, (I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE FULL SCREENS). I HAD TO AGAIN GO THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET MY SCREENS. I HAD TO GO AND PICK THEM UP, (THEY DID NOT FIT INTO MY CAR), AND THUS I DID NOT HAVE ANYBODY TO INSTALL THEM WHICH IS DIFFICULT AND THUS ARE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. A NOTE ON THE PRICE: THEY WERE EXTREMELY CHEAP COMPARED TO MY OTHER BIDS, BUT DUE TO THE QUALITY, THE PRICE WAS NOT WARRANTED.
