Acme Awning

Description of Work: Had awnings put on bedroom windows. Responded promptly to my call and work completed in under two weeks.

Description of Work: I called last week to see if my awning would be installed in the near future so I could plan my schedule. I was told that I was on the list for installation that week but the snow had set them back a bit. Then I was told that my awning would be installed the first part of this week and that I did not need to be there since it would be all outside work. It got installed this afternoon and looks great.

Description of Work: Matt was great and went out of the way to make sure the needs of my father were met. He modified an awning model to make sure my father was able to extend and retract the awning.

Description of Work: Replacement awning fabrics for existing awning hardware. The rep sent me an email with fabric samples and then sent me swatches I was interested in. I'm pleased with their work and the new look.

Description of Work: Our old awning was torn up by a storm and they replaced it quickly with a better awning.

Description of Work: I did not realize this was a company I had tried to contact some time ago. After reading the reports, I did not realize that he had responded to my previous report. I wish I had known that he had responded so that we could have corrected the issue at the time. None the less, I have an awning that is leaking into a window sill. I called Acme Awning to see if they might come out and take a look at it. I spoke to Mr. Spear who opted to pass on the project. I appreciate that he spoke to me at all. The problem still exists. I cleaned out the gutters the other day and found the problem. I did speak to a roofer who concurred with my conclusion. The beading needs to be redone and a sheet of aluminum needs to be attached between the roof and the shingles. If he'd like to take a look at it he is still welcome.

Description of Work: I sent an e-mail with a couple questions and never received a response. Would I contact again? Probably not.
