Description of Work: Two visits; one to transfer data from my defunct computer to my new laptop (and answer a million little questions), and one to set up my wireless router and printer.

+ -1 moreExcellent service. Fast, cheap, and they know what they're doing, unlike the larger chains. There's something to be said about mom and pop shops and I'd recommend giving these folks a try. I get the feeling they're a smaller outfit, but I'm a real happy camper now. I can't believe they saved my data! Windows wasn't even running before I called them. A+ for Accessible :)
Description of Work: Had some pop ups and my computer kept freezing on me to the point I couldn't do anything. Accessible's ad was small, but I found some coupons on their webpage and tried them out of desperation. Guy comes to the door and has me look over their policy and starts working. Friendly guy, and he works fast. In 53 minutes, my computer is working, with my data still there. The guy explains what happened, puts some spyware removal stuff on, and shows me how to use it. Then hooks up my printer on his way out. All for 1 hour of labor.
