We couldn't be happier with Above All Tile & Stone. Their team was professional, friendly and detail-oriented. The tile setters are craftsmen who care about quality every step of the way. They answered all my questions along the way, helped with the design, and were very patient with my indecisive nature throughout! We were so pleased with the entire experience and the end result. My biggest concern was being comfortable with the workers who would be in my home, as I have a small child. I felt very comfortable with this team. They even saved their quietest work for my daughters nap time, without me asking! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

John was fantastic; he knew exactly what to do to fix a problem that we've been having for some time. The work looks beautiful. Plus, the communication and timetable were amazing: I asked for a quote late Wed night, made the appointment Thu morning, and the work was done in one three-hour block on Fri afternoon. Afterward, John explained everything to me clearly. This was one of the best experiences I've had with someone I've hired from Angie's List.

I recently hired Above All Tile & Stone to remodel my bathroom and I’m so glad I did! They weren’t the lowest bid I received, but I chose them based on their reviews, my positive interactions with John (owner) and the fact that they were able to do a complete remodel for me. Within a few days of contacting him, John came to my home to do an estimate. He listened closely to the work I wanted done and provided helpful information/suggestions for the job. As I was talking with John, it became clear that he is very experienced in tile installation and really wants to make sure the job is done right. He provided a detailed line item estimate for the job and the final invoice matched that estimate. John is professional, courteous and responsive. My remodel was done by Serge and Dimitry who were terrific! The quality of their work is top notch and they pay close attention to the details. Serge laid the tile – he is very skilled and took great care to ensure everything was lined up just right. They showed up on time, got right to work and worked hard all day. They were very courteous, communicated well and cleaned up nicely each day. For high-quality work performed by a great team, look no further than Above All. Thank you John, Serge and Dimitry!

John and his assistant Vasili did a fantastic job. The bathrooms look like new again. We needed the job done quickly and they were able to schedule us quickly, were prompt and professional, and did excellent work.

This was my first home remodel experience and overall everything went very well. The Above All team was very responsive to all requests and would help advise me through the process. This was a master bathroom shower remodel in tight quarters, but they made it work. The only set back was caused by the city inspector, but again the Above All team was able to adapt.

Very easy to work with John, they did excellent work. We are very pleased and would hire them again.

Fillip (and team) did an outstanding job with tiling our new shower. I was most impressed with his level of detail to ever piece of tile, nitch, dec trim...everything!, its incredible how incredible the shower looks! We surely will be referring them again and using the for future projects!

A great job! I hired John based off of reviews. I didn't realized we had a challenging backsplash to do. Our counter wasn't level (bad) and the walls were not straight due to prior homeowners self-improvements. These were challenges that a novice tiler would not be able to conceal. I was there when John did his work and he explained his techniques while he was working. His execution, detail, and care were impressive! You would have no idea of the former issues, which visibly vanished. So impressive. A real pro. A+ to Above All Tile & Stone. Thank you, John!

John and his crew exceeded all expectations. He took time to ensure he understood our wants and explained details on proper tile installation. Also saved us from installing a shower floor tile that would have been high maintenance going forward. They arrived on time, were courteous and worked long days to stay on schedule. Finished product is unbelievable! Their skill is obvious with perfect tile placement and design. If you want a professional tile job done right then Above All Tile is the right choice. The job went exceptional well as planned with timelines in place and very professional in all areas of the project. We though of the big box retailers to get the job done but were satisfied with the individual approach that John provided. Could not be happier with the outcome of the projects. John goes the extra mile in pleasing his clients.

Found an unsafe crack in the heat exchanger on one furnace, which required it to be red-tagged. Never want to replace a furnace, but great to know when it’s dangerous. Replacement firm confirmed diagnosis. Best $59 we ever spent.

They were excellent in all ways. The tile was laid perfectly. They kept us informed along the way, we’re punctual and completed the job ahead of time. They were diligent in helping us problem-solve a few issues (not of their doing!) along the way and the outcome was great. We would highly recommend them.

They were amazing. From the bid to the finished projects they were close to perfect.

This floor tile installation was done late May of 2016 for a small bathroom. I prefer to delay reviews to ensure no issues crop up. All went well from biding process to the completion of job. John the owner/installer was pleasant to work with. Great care was taken to keep mess at a minimum and pride in workmanship showed. John installed cement board over subfloor with screws, floor tile (we supplied all the tile and price shown does not reflect cost of tile), bullnose, and grout. The end result was beautiful. The price had also included a strip of bullnose that needed replacing in a different bathroom, along with a very small backsplash. John is one of the few contractors I've hired that I highly recommend..

I would give them an "A" in all categories. Two guys came, the owner John and his helper Serg. It's a family owned operation which I like. Family owned and local is important to us. They solved our problem even with design changes, which we prayed over. Serg was wonderful, and got everything done on time. He cleans up beautiful afterwards. We were happy with the final outcome. Considering the quality of work we got, I am very happy with the price. They got a leak now which could've been far worse and more expensive. I understand John has three teams working for him. His responsiveness was very good because a lot of the other tile companies we called never even called back. He came out, gave us a quote, explained the process, and gave us a very thorough written bid. He came right on the day he said he was going to. I would absolutely use them again.

We were very pleased with the project. We got some excellent recommendations which we really appreciated. They actually started the project a week earlier than originally stated and were here diligently until it was completed. The whole crew was very pleasant to work with and we would definitely recommend them and hire them for our next project.

I asked for a bid from this company because they were well rated on Angie's List, Licensed, Smoke-free. When John came out to discuss the work, I was impressed with his knowledge and discussion of high quality products he uses. This was not my lowest bid but I know quality is cost effective in the long run. In addition, we had a shower surround that was only 6 years old and in very good condition that we wanted to re-use. The tile on the wall was 25 years old. The new tile had a slight difference in thickness and instead of using a fiberglass pan for the shower floor, I wanted John and his crew to put in a tile floor and curb. This task alone required meticulous measurements and a high level of skill. When installing the vanity, they cut holes in the back that fit the pipes rather than cutting a large hole in the vanity. Because the vanity doors are taller, you can see more of the wood, so this was a high-end touch. Many details were attended to. Serg came out on the first day and demolished the entire bathroom and closet floor in one long day. It was scheduled over 2 days. He is professional, polite and very skilled in his tile work. Andre arrived at 8am each morning and ran materials up and down the stairs to make cuts etc. He was punctual and a very hard worker. The hours put in were very long. A couple of issues that came up were handled immediately and professionally. Impeccable customer service!

Excellent! Serg was on time, professional, cleaned up after each day, and the work was beautiful! The price was fair, and matched the original estimate we were given. We would definitely go to Above All again for future projects!

Great! Our bathrooms look new again. A few delays due to drying time. Gave a detailed quote on cost and time before the actual work started. No surprises. Punctual and professional.

I will echo other reviews, John provides GREAT SERVICE. He showed up early, stayed late and kept us in communication along the way.

John responded immediately to my call and he set up a meeting to look at the job 2 days later. He gave us a bid that same day and we was there within the week to do the job. He was very clear about what he thought needed to be done and how he would do it. He showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he outlined to us. The shower looks like new. John is responsive, does what he promises, and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to have him back to do more work.

Great! John was super responsive and informative with technical and material details to insure the longevity of the work. We changed the tile layout on him at the last minute and he was able to accommodate with no issue.

Let's face it, doing remodels and updates on your home is stressful but after meeting John I was confident he was the guy for the job. He is personable and passionate and he does beautiful work. I also really appreciated how he listened to me about the overall look and effect we were going for in our space and provided us with options to achieve it. Other providers wouldn't even consider talking about options other than what is traditionally done. Also, John gave us dates and a timeline and he stuck to it-all work was completed just as he said. We couldn't more highly recommend John and Above All Tile & Stone!

John and his team did a fantastic job and the work is professional and looks great. John communicated very clearly and regularly. They were on time, clean, and courteous. I had a few changes that John agreed to for a very reasonable cost. John is very knowledgeable, professional, and also provided some creative ideas and solutions when needed. I will be using John and Above All for any tiling projects I have in the future and will be recommending him to all of my friends and neighbors. We completed a large renovation with numerous contractors and the best experience we had out of all of the contractors was with John. Highly recommended for someone who wants high quality work done correctly, on time, and on budget.
