A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

Need was time dependent and they were able to accommodate our schedule with little advance notice. Arrived on time and finished in record time. There was a place in one room with a stain that had always been there. They stated that it was a discoloration in the material and so they might not be able to do anything about it. But the end result was the stain was so faint that it is hardly noticeable. The carpets looked great upon completion

Jim and Paul did an excellent job. They were very efficient and didn't use any harsh chemicals, which was very important since my wife is pregnant and was concerned about fumes.

It was a great experience. They showed up on time, worked fast and made the carpet look and smell new.

My husband and I bought a house that was built in 1988. The 20 year old carpet was incredibly dirty and had quite a few pet stains. We didn't have the money to replace it but at least wanted it clean till we could afford to get new carpet. Paul said there was a chance that some stains wouldn't come out but assured us he'd do his best. Paul spent extra time on the stains and cleaned the carpet in several different directions (he explained that's the best way to get it thoroughly clean). The results are way over and above my expectations! The living room, except for some wear patterns, looks almost new. And the nasty stain in the middle of the master bedroom is out. I'm convinced that if the previous owners had spent the $300 to get the carpets cleaned before listing the house, they would have gotten their original asking price!

They did an excellent job and were very polite and courteous. This is the best carpet cleaning job we've ever had. I have already recommended them to others and I will continue to use them as well. I can't recall how much we paid for the service but it was reasonable.

This was a rush job we needed to move really quickly. Paul was great. Answered the phone even though it was 5pm, arranged to come over and do the carpets to meet our schedule, measured the room and gave us an estimate before they started working, did a great job. Easy folks to work with.

The service was amazing! They did a thorough, quality job in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were clean and polite. They fit me into their schedule on short notice and were made helpful suggestions to maximize cleaning success. They even cleaned my area rug in the foyer without extra charge! I've never hired carpet cleaners before (though I should have, since I have light-cream carpeting that was installed 6 years ago), so I wasn't sure what to look for. I'm so pleased I chose A-Plus; now I'll never have to search again, I'll just go back to the pros!

A-Plus was a pleasure to work with -- my initial phone call was quickly returned. The appointment was confirmed the day before and they called to let me know they were on their way the morning of the appointment. They arrived at 8:50 for a 9 am appointment which was just fine with me! They were efficient, thorough and professional

Paul returned my call and scheduled me right away. They arrived as planned and there were no surprises on the bill although they performed unexpected task that they called "courtesies". My 12yr old mushroom-colored carpet looks brand new. I have been staring at it all evening. They superseded my high expectations. Paul asked me about my occupation over the phone and during their visit it came up again.Of course, I was suspicious. A contractor with an old fashion business philosophy. They were simply starting to develop a business relationship with the client. I noticed Paul/Jim 1. Charged a fair market price 2. Followed though on the agreement 3. Constantly looked to satisfy me (the customer) 4. Understood a referral speaks volumes. I was not only happy with the work, I was also happy to have met them. What a novelty. A contractor that is able to develop a good interaction right away and leave you with a good experience. That's worth money!

From the moment Paul picked up the phone for the initial quote to the time they left the house it was a very pleasant experience. These guys are professional both in what they do as well as customer service. The promptness of communication, explanation of work to be performed, scheduling flexibility, punctuality - all were indeed A+.

It was a good experience. Efficient and thorough. Our carpet is about 13 years old, so I didn't expect miracles. When complete, the carpet was significantly improved.

Paul was very responsive. He returned my call quickly and set up an appointment two weeks later. He estimated the cost by phone and included the Angie's List discount. He and his partner arrived when he said they would and quickly set up. They were very accommodating (even delayed work by a few minutes so we could corral the cat!). They did thorough work. All furniture was moved but in some places he suggested only cleaning the traffic areas. Our carpet needed cleaning badly. They removed many pet stains and explained why a couple could not be removed. They were very persistent in going over stains multiple times to remove all possible. Paul even saw some old upholstered dining room chairs in our basement rec room that he cleaned and removed stains from as well. Only slight issue was a small tear that he noticed in a high traffic area of our berber carpet. I'm sure it wasn't there before. Paul trimmed it up to fix and it is not noticeable. I'm glad he pointed it out.

Two people came to do the cleaning. They were on time and very efficient with their time. They did a really good job of cleaning. The price was reasonable and they were both very accommodating and pleasant.

My dog threw up on the couch on Thursday evening. By Friday morning, I could tell my cleanup was not adequate. I called Paul and he worked me into the schedule that day. Paul and his assistant Jason arrived early and were neat, efficient and friendly. I only intended to have them do the couch but they suggested doing the chair to get full value for the minimum price per visit. The couch and chair look great. Couch still smells, as Paul warned me it might, but he left me with several suggestions to continue treating it.

The work they perform is always fantastic. They are obsessive-compulsive about getting out stains, and doing an extremely thorough job. They are professional, and really really care about doing the best job one can do. I would recommend hiring these people in a heartbeat, and not waste your time considering anyone else. They are probably a little bit more expensive than their competition, but lets face it, this is carpet that you walk on every day and look at every day, so if you pay 10% more for work that you are going to be 100% more satisfied with, then it's obviously worth it. If you hire the wrong company, and they do a crap job for 10% less, then you are back to square one with a dirty carpet and just have to do it over again.
