It went very well they were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Paul S. was just a few minutes late in arriving. He came in and asked what rooms they were doing. I showed him and he wrote up a work order and gave me the cost right there (when setting up the appointment he was only able to give me an approximate estimate given what I thought the sq. footage to clean would be). I got a 20% discount for being an Angie's List customer. He started treating the stains and getting things ready. Two other men showed up about 30 min. later to help. All of them were extremely professional. Paul even left me some carpet cleaner solution to use if one of my dogs was to have an accident on the carpet. I was extremely happy with the job they did for the cost. My carpets have never looked better.

We needed to get my carpet cleaned. We looked on Angie's list and called the top two people and we got quotes from them both, and we picked the cheaper of the two.

My experience went very well. The owner told me everything that he was going to do. He showed me how the carpet was being cleaned. They got my approval when they finished in an area. I would recommend them and use them again.

My first experience with A-Plus Carpet Cleaners was excellent. Paul Sievert was on time and very pleasant to work with. He asked my concerns about the spots on our carpet and had me point them out before he got started. He also had me look at the carpet again before he put his equipment away. The carpet looks so much better. I will hire A-Plus Carpet again to clean our carpets.

They came on time and did a fantastic job, I didn't originally ask them to clean the small rugs they offered to do that when they came to our house, the also gave us advise on treating spots and pet stains. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jim promptly scheduled the cleaning appointment on the date I requested. He and a co-worker arrived on time. They were quite conscientious in protecting my home and provided "corner guards" to protect all wall edges their cleaning hose touched. I've had my carpets cleaned annually for years, however, Jim spent the most time cleaning of any previous company I have dealt with. Needless to say the results were spectacular. All areas were satisfactorily cleaned meeting all my expectations. In addition, my furniture was treated with care and placed on foam blocks or plastic paper tabs. The drying time was also shorter than previously experienced. Jim and his coworker were pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend A-Plus Carpet Cleaners.

The work was completed on-time, the carpet looks great, the customer service was above and beyond and the end price was lower than quoted! I called them and they came out within two weeks and they came out and did a really good job. I have really old carpets and they got it as clean as they could.

They are super, nice people. They were on time. They did careful work; they moved furniture as needed. They did a wonderful job on some tan wool carpeting I didn't think could ever be gotten clean.

Jim and Paul arrived on time and walked through the house to survey the work involved. We received a quote, agreed, and let them start. They set up two different cleaning areas, one in the basement and one on the main floor, which made sense given where the various items we wanted cleaned were located. They were careful, courteous, and professional. They tidied up after themselves. Everything was well cleaned, and they finished their work in the amount of time they estimated. They were both truly pleasant. A fine job.

Jim did an excellent job; carpet looks nearly new! This is the second time that I have used A-Plus and I will definitely use them again. True to their word and do great work.

They were great. Very personable, asked me to point out areas that may need special attention. Were very thorough in their cleaning. My carpet is quite old and after they left, it had some spring back to it and was very clean.

I received an estimate and appointment promptly; he fit into my schedule; the team cleaned the couch quickly and cleaned up after themselves (snowy day) and interacted nicely with my pets. A great job for a very reasonable price.

Paul gave me a estimate by phone. I had called three highly-rated carpet cleaners. A-Plus' estimate was the middle of the three, but it felt more solid. Paul asked more questions about the work before giving a quote. Paul and his partner showed up on time. They were upfront about the varying quality (and therefore life remaining) in the pieces I was having cleaned, and how that affected what work made sense. They did good quality work.

Two very friendly and courteous workers arrived and went through the house with me to find out exactly what I wanted done. They were thorough and conscientious. Although they were about an hour later than I expected, they did call to tell me they were on their way. This is about the 4th time I've used this company and will continue to use them.
