A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

I have used them several times, and have been very happy with their services. They cleaned very well and they were in and out in a couple hours. They did a good job, and I was happy with their work. They work hard and they are very capable.

Paul was pleasant and accommodating on the phone, prompt to schedule an appointment, called ahead on the day of their visit, and showed up on time. Work was excellent and fairly priced. They put all the furniture back in place. Very personable and professional!

Everything went well. Paul arrived promptly and was considerate of my time schedule. Everything looks great and he cleaned my area rugs at no additional charge. I have used Paul for many years and am comfortable leaving him alone in my home if I need to run out while he is working.

Very well! I needed to get some spot cleaning solution out of my stairs before it had dried. They made time to come out that very afternoon. They were very professional and the family room carpet came out very well. They did just what I wanted done with the stairs - got the remaining spot cleaner out. The stairs are hard-used and were very dirty. A few areas that had not come completely clean when I pre-cleaned did not come any cleaner with the steaming but I really didn't expect them too. I am very pleased with the out come.

Overall, this company is very professional and knowledgeable. They take ownership in doing a good job. However, I was surprised that some of the pre-treated coffee and pet stains did not come out. I was truly expecting miracles and A-Plus didn't pull it off. I did not share my disappointment with them. If I had, my guess is they would have stood behind their service and came back. But I just got busy and accepted the work as is. I will still hire them again.

We are a staging company that rents furniture out to people selling their homes. Normally they are in vacant homes, but this one was in a home with a dog. The dog's hair was really embedded into the fibers of the sofa. I talked to Paul about it and he informed me about how difficult it is to get pet hair out once it is really embedded. However, he still said they would come out and give it a try. My expectations weren't high, so I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get out most of the hair and get the sofa really clean. Paul and Jim are the owners and did the work themselves, you can tell they take pride in what they do. I called them on a Sunday, they returned my call on Sunday and completed the job by Monday afternoon. Way to go!

Paul was able to come over and give me an estimate the day after I called. He was very courteous and professional. The carpets were cleaned on Monday of the following week and everything looked great afterwards. They cleaned the two area rugs for free and we also saved 20% with the Angie's List coupon.

Good communication! Paul called before the scheduled arrival to say he would be about 1/2 hour late. He then showed up when he said he would. Jim and Paul were pleasant. They did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet and completed the cleaning within the time indicated and within the price. Always nice to get what you pay for without additional hassle of trying to sell more.

Went great! I sent an e-mail request for an estimate on a Saturday night and got a call the next day. Job was done by Tuesday. Paul and Jim were prompt, courteous and very efficient. Our cleaning was actually less than the estimate. They left the place looking great. I would definitely use them again.

The owner and his nephew came out to do the job. They did a very good job and knew what they were doing. I think that it is the best carpet cleaning job we have had.

We had estimated the cost of the project based on a phone conversation during which we were told what the square footage cost and cost per step would be. We called back after taking measurements and asked for the work to be done. We were promptly scheduled and three men arrived with their equipment as scheduled. All three were very personable and experienced. Over 39 years and several different carpets, we have had this sort of work done by others but never as well as by this service. They cleaned areas of our carpet that others had not been able to do as well with. We are very pleased with the result.

They cared about the job they did and they wanted me to be satisfied.

They were there at the appointed time. The job was very well done. I was pleased that they did not try to sell a lot of "upgrades" that other carpet cleaning firms do. The work was done quickly and without a lot of smelly cleaning chemicals. I was pleased with the work and with how easy Paul was to work with.

This is the 4th time I have used this company and every time I have been happy with the service and quality of the cleaning. The crew is great. They respond quickly to your call, schedule when you want, arrive on time, do a great job and each time have done something a little extra that they saw and I didn't. They know their stuff and are so friendly and fun to work with.

It was easy to arrange a time; they were punctual; we understood that carpet in high traffic areas does not come back to "new". Accepted recommendation of Paul to use Teflon in lieu of the Angie's List discount. Will definitely have him back.

Paul came out as scheduled to give me a quote and was very professional and courteous during our visit. Since we had some buckling in our carpet, he gave me the name of someone who could fix this for us and suggested we do it before the cleaning. I decided in the interest of time not to seek other quotes, but they were in the range of the company that had cleaned our carpet the last time. We scheduled the cleaning and they did the work as requested, promptly and professionally. Since the cleaning, I've done more reading on toxic cleaning chemicals in the home - I wish I had asked more questions about the products used. But... Paul did suggest we forgo the stain repellent since we had little kids in the house, so I appreciated his advice on that.

I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was with A Plus. Even though it was very short notice, I called on Monday hoping to get the carpets cleaned on Tuesday. Paul was able to fit us in. He came exactly when he said he would. Gave me a written quote that matched the one he gave me over the phone. He took about 1 1/2 hrs. to complete the job. He was very professional, very polite, and easy to talk to. He did not try to sell me any fancy extras. Once he was done, he left everything better than he found out it. The very soiled couch looked brand new. The carpet looked great!

Excellent. We wanted our carpets cleaned. He is professional and prompt. Paul and Co. came bright and early at 7am before we went to work (Now that's service and dedication, and I appreciate that!). He was able to remove stains we didn't think would come off. Paul is very personable and called us with a status when they completed the job. I think only took them a couple hours. Couldn't have been any happier.

Responded and came to our house within a couple days. Did a great job! Took extra time to make sure everything was very clean. Not like some chain cleaners that get done in record time, and leave the carpet dirty.

Paul returned my initial inquiry message immediately and we set mutually agreeable date to do the job. On the appointed day he and his crew showed up right on time (2 minutes early to be exact) and got right to work. The whole job was done in about 90 minutes which was faster than I expected. They are very careful, thorough, and pleasant to have around. The carpets look great! I've used A-Plus several times before and will again.
