They came out on time and did a great job. Sectional came out great.

They do an excellent job, are professional, polite. Last time they cleaned every piece of carpet except for 1 bedroom.

He did a very good job. He was quick and friendly. All the stains did not come out, I was hoping that he was able to do it, but he said he did the best that anybody could have done. I would hire him again.

They are pricey but they do a good job. I will continue to use him in the future. He takes the spots away and is very thorough. They move the items that I am not able to move and are very good.

Jim and Joe arrived and immediately went to work, first moving several furniture items, then pre-treating problem areas and giving the entire living room, hallway, master bedroom and stairs a thorough cleaning, hitting some areas more than once. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and were congenial people to work with.

The company did a great job of cleaning an old carpet, for the second time (we're trying to get one more year out of it)...I would recommend them highly to anyone. No sales pitch, just good quality work.

My mother broke her hip and was out of the house for several months. I called A Plus Carpet Cleaning just before she returned, because I have used them for years (before they belonged to Angie's List) and have been VERY happy with them. They didn't have to give me an estimate because they had done the house about 2 years earlier and I was expecting a similar price. It was. This time Mom had several nasty stains that needed to come out. I would have been satisfied with much less of an effort (the carpet is 30 years old), but they were able to get the majority of the stains out. I love them because they do put in that effort. They are very professional, personable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have in my mother's home.

It was Great! I use A-Plus carpet cleaning every year and have been for more than 5 years now. They are everything you want in a service, prompt, professional, reasonable and high quality. I have presented them with some carpet cleaning challenges over the years and they have exceeded my expectations and great at finding solutions to problems!

Paul does a very good job with rug and upholstery cleaning. Whenever I call to make an appointment, he either can try to schedule it right over the phone or else will call me back as soon as he is available (because he is in the middle of a job or driving). He came a little early, which was fine - because he called and asked if he could come early. Paul is very friendly and I think he charges a reasonable rate. For our sofa, chair, and 8 x 10 rug he charges us about $210.

Paul responded almost immediately to my e-mail. They arrived in a timely manner and cleaned the carpets better than ever I imagined possible. Water damaged carpets seem good as new, odor is gone, stains are gone. The other areas are shockingly clean. Paul and Mark were friendly and knowledgeable. They were significantly lower in price than another quote I received and they were even lower than their own estimate. Price included Angie's List discount. Whhile leaving, they noticed a spot on my stairs and cleaned it as a courtesy. I would highly recommend their services.

I was most impressed wtih the quick call back and followup in setting up the appointment. They arrived a little early, but even called to give me a heads up. They were very friendly and very fast and the rugs look great!

It always goes perfectly. They come in, evaluate your needs, and concerns and give a recommendation. I have never felt pressured to do more than I've thought necessary- they have always given the appropriate estimate.

This is the company I would recommend for anyone who was looking for an exceptional cleaning job to be performed on their carpet. From start to finish, Jim displayed the utmost important trait in service, professionalism. We had numerous stains from owning 2 large dogs that came out nice. Our carpet looks like it did when we first got it. In addition, Jim and Mark were incredibly concerned and interested in how satisfied we were with the work he had done. I am very pleased we hired this company and will be using them in the future!

Paul is always punctual, professional and a expert in what he does. My carpets always look brand new when he is done and what he quotes me is what I pay. His work is impeccable and I would never use anyone else to do my carpets since I found A-Plus. I also recommended him to 3 of my good friends who also have pets. I have used A-Plus several times. They always remember me, are professional, prompt and appropriately priced. The quality of the work is excellent - they get every spot, clean around and under everything they can, and get nearly all the water out of the carpet. I had a spot in a room I didn't ask them to clean, but then they came in and asked if I wanted the entry/doorway to that room done, so I said yes! I pointed to the spot and asked if they could do anything, and they not only got the spot but they essentially did the rest of the room. They always do more than I expect, better than I expect! They completed all the rooms in 90 minutes. They are very nice people and I will continue to use their services as long as they are around.

Paul, one of the owners, returned my call even though it was a Sunday. He gave me a phone estimate that was very close to the final estimate. We scheduled for about a week out. He called the morning of the cleaning to let me know they would be about an hour late, which was fine since he called well in advance to give me the heads up. There was a two-man crew and this included Paul. Paul told me that he or his partner are always present at the job because they want to ensure that the cleaning is done right. I really think this is a great philosophy because the owner is going to care more than the hired help. Paul also said that since the carpets were in pretty decent shape, I should take the 20% off instead of the teflon treatment. Again, I appreciated the honesty when he could have made more money by telling me to go with the teflon treatment. They also moved the furniture and put foam pads underneath to protect the carpet. They did a fantastic job and the carpets look amazing. They also left a bottle of stain remover to use in the future. They were more expensive than other companies, but they did a fantastic job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

no real story - I called a few days ago, Paul returned my call promptly, offered me a choice of dates/time within a couple of days of my call, followed up with me when he thought he might run a little behind, arrived within 5 minutes of his original estimate, completed the job without incident, expressed sincere concern and regard for my satisfaction, removed his equipment without damage to my property, conducted himself with the utmost of professionalism and respect, and went on his way. His service and quality of work is excellent! AND he offers Angie's List members a 20% discount or free teflon treatment. I thought he was great.

I was having some painting done and wanted the bedroom rugs cleaned separately from the rest of the house. This meant the crew had to come twice. This involved some scheduling difficulties for them but they figured it out and accommodated us. I have used them before and have always been satisfied. They also recommended a follow-up product for spots that we have loved using. I am sure it will extend the time between carpet cleanings.

We are lining up work to get our house ready for sale. Paul was able to quickly fit us into his schedule. He and his apprentice arrived on time, were very friendly and did a nice job cleaning my area rugs. They even cleaned a runner (without me asking) as I believe the job was below their minimum.

A-Plus Carpet Cleaners responded promptly and courteously to my first inquiry. They set a time and date to do the cleaning and called with a confirmation near the date scheduled. On the scheduled date they called before arriving, letting me know their expected time of arrival. They were on time and worked quickly to complete the job. They moved furniture as necessary and put protective material under the items after the carpet cleaning. They let me know that spots from liquids previously spilled might return. In that case they would return to treat them. They responded promptly to my second call. They were friendly and helpful during their visit and the carpeting looks great! I will use their services again and recommend them to others.
