A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

They were prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. The carpets look fabulous. They even cleaned our very dirty front door carpet on their way out after they had finished the house. Great service...we highly recommend.

Worked extra h****** problem areas. Was very careful to communicate with us on any issues, problems and continuing carpet care.

A-Plus was extremely responsive, professional, gave me a quick and accurate estimate by phone for two bedrooms and a hallway. I was extremely pleased with the results. My carpet looks like new again. I will use A-Plus again and refer them to friends and family!

After using them 18 months ago, I just called them up and asked if they could come again. The first time the price was reasonable and the service/quality was great so I didn't hesitate. Because I was a repeat customer we just made an appointment that worked with my schedule and they were prompt, professional and efficient.

Very responsive. Came on time and on short notice. Worked hard and did a great job on the upstairs portion. The carpet on the stairs going to the basement was extremenly dirty. They did what they could, but the carpet would not come clean. The carpet ended up having a bad smell after they finished. They came out on a Sunday and again on Monday to try to fix the problem. They weren't able to do so. I had the carpet replaced.

Our call was answered promptly and Paul gave me an approximate estimate based on my description. His partner, Jim, did the work competently and was very professional, friendly, and informative. He insisted we call them if any spots came back up. There was small area where this was the case, and Paul and Jim came back out and redid the area. Everything still looks great now. The final cost was even lower than the estimate!

I would definitely take this route again and work with A-plus carpet cleaning. I have not had a good experience with carpet cleaners before so I normally do this myself but ran out of time. These gentlemen got spots out I had written off as impossible! My carpet - white carpet - is white again and I won't have to replace it as soon as I had been thinking. Yes, I think it was expensive but Stanley and COIT did not match up at all to the service and quality I received.

I emailed Paul since he offered a discount if you did, and he responded promptly. Through a series of emails and phone calls, he gave me an estimate and we set up an appt. They arrived on time and he and Jim were friendly and professional, so I felt very comfortable leaving the house while they cleaned. When I returned, carpet looked great. Rec'd a call later that they had made a nickel-sized indent in a wall. It was small enough that had I not been told of it, I wouldn't have noticed so I think that shows how honest they are. Jim of course offered to get it repaired but again, it was so small that with a bit of touch up paint, it was not noticeable. I appreciated the candor, follow-up and integrity.

They are very friendly and conscientious of providing a quality service. They are accomodating of schedule and courteous while working in your home. They always mention before leaving that if any spots show up after the carpet has dried to call them back to have it redone. I've used them at least a half a dozen times and I've never had to call them back. I feel very comfortable having them in my home as it's the same two people who own the company and do the cleaning. I have left them in my home numerous times alone and have never had any concerns.

They did a really nice job on a really soiled carpet, plus he provided some good advice on a future carpet purchase. He also provided a good estimate over the phone and scheduled the cleaning very quickly.

Stunningly well. These guys pick up the phone when you call, figure out a way to get the work done when you need it, explain their pricing up front, show up on time, and have a sense of humor. I needed a quick turnaround on a rental house and they got it done. This is one of the best contractors I've worked with over the past eight years. Great professionalism and sense of pride in their work.

Paul was very responsive and helpful. He gave us good tips and information on how to get out pet stains in the future. The carpets looked great and he did a thorough job. He was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again.

I had water damage in the basement and was ready for the carpets to be cleaned. From the time I called for an appointment to when the guys came was 2 days. The team was polite, friendly, and professional. All services and fees were agreed upon up front with NO hidden or suprise charges. They asked me to evaluate the carpet in the morning and if I wasn't happy, they would return at no charge. That was certainly above and beyond what they needed to do. They also left me a bottle of cleaner for spills that may happen in the future.

We needed to clean an oversized sectional less than one year old. Dog oils/hair and a couple of black stains (possibly tar). They did a great job overall. One stain didn't completely come out, but that was to be expected and much better than we were told. Price seemed a bit on the high side, but maybe it's typical and I'm just not in touch with upholstry cleaning prices. I was very pleased with their service and the quick response time and would definitely use them again.

I have carpet in the basement of a rental property. After my previous tenants left there was a cat smell down there. The guys at A-plus were prompt and did their best to remove the smell and stains from the carpet, going over it several times. I may have to replace the carpet if the carpet cleaning didn't work because they were very thorough. Time will tell for my situation, but I would definitely use them in the future for other carpet cleaning. They got many stains out that I could not remove with a rental carpet cleaner.

Have used this company previously. They provided the same high quality carpet cleaning as in the past---eficiently, thorough, on time at a fair price. Very friendly and considerate of home furnishings Will use them again..

I called and was able to get an appointment within a week or so. Paul came on time, after calling to let me know he was on the way. They pretreated problem areas , then steam cleaned, sometimes multiple times and in multiple directions, each area. They applied a teflon stain resistant coat. They finished by raking the pile. I had moved the stuff I could, and the larger things they placed on foam blocks. The carpet dried within 24 hours and was soft and new looking again. He said if anything didn't look right once it dried to be sure and call so he could come make it right. I have used Paul several times, and wouldn't consider anyone else for my carpet. Bravo!

Paul and Jim were great. Paul explained how he and Jim would tackle the job and then mentioned that they would clean the carpet runner in the hallway on their way out as a freebie. The rug that the dogs lie on most really looks great and they applied some deodorizer to this rug too at no additional charge. I just wanted to freshen everything up and I certainly am pleased with the results. I had to leave for work before they were done but didn't worry at all about leaving them alone in my home. Great service, great job, and great value!

First, Paul stopped over almost as soon as I called him for an estimate. The estimate was lower than the prices shown in mail fliers for a few big name cleaning companies. Paul was very friendly to both me and my dog, and was very up front about what services he thought I should get. He also did not flinch when I told him that there were some areas that might have fecal residue from the dog. We scheduled the appointment for a couple weeks out. He was very prompt in arriving on the day of the cleaning and did a great job. He removed all the stains that I had pointed out, except for one or two that were there when I moved in and impossible to remove. He was very good about putting the furniture on risers and he everything was in order when he left. He also did a good job explaining the process and what to expect, and he recommended a good pet stain remover that I could use in between professional cleanings. The results on the furniture were also good. I will use A-Plus again, and, even though I am posting this review half a year after the services were performed, I have been recommending this company to friends in the meantime.

Paul and Jim are great! I've had them several times now, and each time they are wonderful. They are punctual, pleasant and keep notes from year to year so that you can feel very comfortable that they are being careful and efficient.

Paul and his crew were wonderful - showed up on time, charged exactly what he bid over the phone, and made the carpets in our new home look like new. I actually had lower expectations for some of the carpet spots - this was older carpet, and I just wanted to get it as clean as possible. But it ended up looking better than I had even planned. I plan to use them again and follow a regular cleaning schedule, based on how reasonably priced and well delivered their service was.

The cleaners arrived on-time at 830am as promised. The crew wasted no time in getting setup and started the job. They estimated about 2hrs for the entire cleaning and finished ahead of schedule. The carpeting looks brand new! Another fantastic job! Plus the cost came under the estimate, another nice surprise! I have used A-Plus in the past and I will highly recommend them to everyone. They really are A-PLUS!

The guys arrived on time and got right to work. They took care to move small pieces of furniture out of the way and put the larger pieces up on foam blocks. They did an excellent job on the carpets, focusing on stains and going over some areas twice where needed. I was very pleased with the results. Excellent work and very professional service; they did close to 1000 sq feet for the price, were very courteous and efficient. I'll use them again next time I need the carpet done.
