From my fist call to this company to the company van leaving my driveway, A -Plus Carpet Cleaners provided an exceptional and thorough job of cleaning carpeting and stairs. Professionlism and extensive knowledge on cleaning even the tough spots ensure that I will return to this provider. Paul and Dave have outgoing personalities and the ability to place Service and Exceptional care into their work. Their pricing was fair and I strongly recommend this company for carpet cleaning services in the Twin Cities.

A-Plus Carpet Cleaners do an excellent job at keeping an older carpet looking good. This is the second time using them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I phoned and got the appt. exactly when I wanted..The 2 owners showed up themselves (I esp. liked that they didn't send a flunky kid) They did an excellent job on my cream colored carpet, which is far from new. Took care of the dog spots and even sprayed Teflon for me. And to top it off I got a 20% discount and a bottle of spot cleaner! Really professional and personable. This is the third time we've had Paul and come to clean the carpets for us. Every time they do a beautiful job and get out stains I think are there for life. I tend to forget to have the carpets cleaned regularly so they come about once every two years, and the carpets look great each visit. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, Paul was professional and excellent to work with. I had company coming the following week , and he scheduled at the earliest possible time. He and Dave were punctual, friendly and efficient. Paul goes beyond the expected service, even asking if there were any pet stains anywhere that I would like him to get (and there were a couple). He charges quite a lot, but then doesn't mind throwing in a little extra service to make sure they do an A+ job.

Couldn't have been any easier. Made an appointment. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly and informative, but most importantly did the best job anyone has done previously. They were detailed, checking for spots and communicating when they couldn't get some years of traffic wear completely clean. I explained that I didn't expect miracles, you can't make an 8 year old carpet look new again. He said if I have them come out to do additional bedrooms(as I had expressed that I was planning on) that he would work on it some more then. They have my repeat business from now on.

This company will now be our go-to carpet cleaning company. The two owners showed up on time. They are very easy and nice to talk to. These guys really take their work seriously. They are very knowlegable and offerred great advise for pet stains. The carpets looked really great when they were done. I thought the price was very good for the quality of work. They pay attention to detail and they did a couple extra things I did not expect but were really nice: a closet with carpet and the front entry rugs. They just offerred to do these things as a nice gesture. I was given a bottle of cleaning solution for free. It is obvious that their business is very important to them and they take a lot of pride in their work. These are good people.

The owners of the company did the work and they were very professional. They moved furniture, took time to work on trouble areas and they turned out great.

They are very good. I like the fact that they do it themselves. When you call it is the buisness owners. They set up the appointment and come out and clean your carpet. They are very nice guys. I have used them many times.

Mom was really satisfied. They cleaned and sanitized the carpet. The owners of the company personally did the work and they squeezed her in quickly so she did not end up with a mold issue. They charge a minimum job fee and because mom's job was below the minimum when the coupon was applied, they cleaned her carpeted steps for free. This was a fine gesture on their part and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend their service.

They come in and pre treat spots first and then shampoo carpets. They are very efficient and work fast.

I am submitting this report on behalf of my 71-year-old mother. I referred her to this company based on the ratings received. She was very pleased with their work and felt they did a very thorough job. Very friendly. She needed help moving some of the bigger furniture items and they were able to accomodate her. A bed, dresser and entertainment center were left in place. When done, the larger furniture items were placed on blocks so the carpet could dry. She paid less for the cleaning service (even though she had a larger area to clean) than I did using a highly advertised competitor (she was able to use the 20 percent discount offered by the company through Angie's List).

I called on a Friday and scheduled my appointment the next Tuesday. They arrived on-time and completed everything in under two hours as forecasted. They did a great job carefully moving furniture, and educated me very well on preventative care.

Paul and his co-worker arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They moved furniture when needed and replace furnitre when done. My carpets look and smell great (despite the fact that it has been 3 years since we did this last).

I was listing a home for sale and needed the carpets done ASAP but did not want to spend a fortune. Call and talked with the owner and he gave me a ballpark quote and could fit me in to his busy schedule. He then came out and figured the price by measurement and the price went down! Great job and very up beat guy.

I had used this company last year and called them again for a larger job. They were able to work in the appointment quickly. They showed up on time, explained the process and gave me a quote before starting. They are there to clean the carpets not sell a variety of "extra" services. I really appreciate that. Since this is the second time I have used them, I expected a professional job and they fulfilled my expectation. I would certainly used them again and suggested them to my neighbor

Awesome. A-Plus always does a fantastic job for us. We have a one-year-old and they came when he wasn't napping. Paul is super polite and efficient. They work hard to get out old stains that other companies ignore, move furniture onto foam blocks for drying, and are clean and friendly. The best ever!

We were ready to consider new carpet in our living room; there were several stained areas and a seam that was a dark line down the middle of the room. We decided to try a good cleaning first and are so glad we did! We'd had a different, cheaper carpet cleaner in the past who was unable to get the stains out and used our own water for the cleaning. A-Plus does excellent work and they were friendly, prompt--a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use them again.

Let me just start by saying that we had FILTHY couches. It was kind of embarrassing to have people over. We are meticulous about our house and we just couldn't keep the upholstered furniture clean. Our two large dogs had been rubbing up against the front of the couches and had turned two of them a dark brown in front. One of our dogs actually slept on a couch as she got older. The furniture had oil and dirt from the dogs' coats. Two of them had dog slobber stains. Others had some stains that were left by hand lotion. I called up A-Plus and talked with one of the owners, Paul. He answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. The rate was very good. As he said: "We give you the cost up front and we don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. He scheduled our house for the end of the week and gave me a one hour window of when he'd be there. Again, as informed by Paul: "If you're not the first job of the day, we can end up running over the time we scheduled at someone else's house." I can appreciate that. I don't want someone rushing through my house to get to their next appointment. My wife was home when they arrived and they came at the start of the window they specified. The two owners of the company actually did the work. My wife said they were very neat, polite and thorough. You think upholstery cleaning is easy? Think again! They were here for a solid 2 HOURS!! They were meticulous in how they cleaned the cushions -- opting to do them all downstairs as not to mess up the wood flooring up stairs. They laid out tarps. These guys take their work very seriously and they are very good at what they do . Afterwards, one of the owners asked my wife to let them know if there was anything we noticed later on that had not been done to our liking. The fact that they solicited our feedback was a very nice touch. We think they were great. They removed all the stains and soiling and made our furniture look brand new!!

I chose A-PLUS bacause they won the Angie?s List Super Service Award every year since 2001. That impressed me, and they didn?t let me down. Their willingness to meet our cramped schedule at the time, their promptness, the quality of their work, and their price all made me aware why they won the award. They told us in advance what to prepare, and they went to work very efficiently. A pleasant and satisfying experience!

Fantastic! The carpets were clean in a timely, professional manner. There was no odor remaining.
