A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

I have used them before too, and they have been great. I think it is like a two-man company, and both gentlemen are very congenial. They call me ahead of time and are on time too. They do a very good job of cleaning. If there is something they can?t get out, they will try two or three different methods before telling me that they can?t. They also leave me with a little bottle of stuff to put on the carpets if my grandkids were to drop something. They are willing to answer questions over the phone if I call them. They are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I've used them several times in the past and they've always arrived promptly and done an excellent job on the carpets.

It went much better than I expected. I scheduled the first available date with Paul, and he had another job that morning; so, Jim arrived a little late for the appointment. He called ahead to let me know; so, I was perfectly fine with that. Jim walked me through the whole process and gave me the estimate. He assure me that he would do his best on the stains and work with me if I had issues after completion of his work. He got more of the pet stains out than I thought was possible. I told him that I thought I damaged areas with my rough cleaning technique (before I learned how to do it properly). I was amazed at the quality of work. An excellent job overall. I will use them again.

Team is prompt, professional and communicate very well regarding the work they are performing and the potential problem areas. This is my third use of A-Plus Carpet and they are great!

I called Paul only this morning, explaining our situation: We' had a quick turnaround on our townhome. Our old tenants had moved out only three days ago - and our new tenants just informed us that they wanted to move in the next day! We had to get the carpets and entryway stairs cleaned ASAP! Paul was friendly and professional. He quoted me the rates right over the phone. And even though he was completing another job across town, he and his business partner were able to adjust their work schedule. They came out to our place - right when they said they'd be there. They completed the work and the carpets look great!! Can't believe how quickly they were able to do this job for us. Friendly service and absolutely no hassles! A+ for A-Plus Carpet Cleaning!!!

They called back within a day to set up an appointment. They called when they said they would. They were on time and explained what they would do. They were helpful in explaining things and were not pushy at all. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They explained the spots they couldn't get out.

It went very well. Pleasant guys to work with. They mentioned that pet owners were their "bread & butter"! I don't doubt it! I have a sick 15 yr old cat who throws up frequently, so my carpets take a beating. My Bissel carpet cleaner can't clean the way the these guys can!

Excellent. We have two Golden Retrievers, so we have A-Plus, usually Jim, clean our carpets twice a year to keep them fresh. They are always prompt, punctual and do terrific work. We will continue to use A-Plus and highly recommend them to others.

A-Plus Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond what was expected for cleaning our carpets. Our carpets were cleaned for our move out of the house and I only wish I would have known about A-Plus sooner. Paul was considerate, communicative, hard-working, caring, and thorough. I would definitely hire this company again.

Overall, the experience went well. We had an appointment and I completely forgot, but they were willing to reschedule. They did an estimate beforehand, and they were right on. The price was reasonable; I called two other companies and they provided me with estimates over the phone, but didn't come out. I was impressed that this company actually came out to provide the estimates to actually see how big the sofa was. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work promptly. I'm satisfied with their services and I would recommend them.

The crew arrived 30 minutes early (while I was in the shower), but were gladly willing to wait in the truck until I was ready for them to come in. They worked quickly and did a thorough job cleaning the carpet.

They called before they came, were very friendly and professional. It only took about an hour, all said and done. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul called and told me that they were on their way. They were very efficient and also informative on how to deal with pet accidents. Cleaned and deodorized the carpets upstairs and downstairs. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use this company.

I have had A-Plus out previously this fall to clean carpets. They did such a great job I had them come back to do some additional rooms. While hear they worked some more on one of the carpets they had cleaned before. It is a high traffic area and the carpet is quite worn there. I did not ask them to do more but they offered to at no extra charge. The three bedroom carpets all looked better than I expected when they were finished. Paul is very professional and conscientious. He is the first company that put up guards on my woodwork so the hose would not rub against it when they went around corners.

The entire experience was smooth and easy. The crew arrived on time (and phoned me ahead that they were on their way). Not only was the carpeting cleaned beautifully and dried quickly but the pleasant personalities of both Jim and Paul made the day brighter!! This company has cleaned our carpeting for years and we love their professionalism, expertise in their industry, pride in a job well done and their wonderful personalities.

I had a leaking toilet upstairs and didn't know til it was too late. Water came through the ceiling and onto the indoor outdoor carpet in the basement. My brother-in-law took down the ceiling to find the leak and then fixed the toilet when we figured out what was going on. When he put up new plaster board the dust got into the wet carpet. I called A-plus carpet cleaners to see if they could get it out. They made an appointment and showed up on time. Jim explained what they were going to do and they were very proffessional. They were done in about 45 minutes and did a great job. I would definately hire them again and recommend them to friends.

It went very well. We had a "bait and switch" company clean our carpets about 18 months ago. Not only did they do a terrible job, they used high pressure sales tactics to try and sell us different "add-ons" to the advertised cleaning they offered. I initially communicated with Paul who was upfront about price and expectation. He mentioned that A-plus may be a bit higher priced but you get the quality you pay for. He was correct. Jim came and cleaned our carpets. He was at our house for 2 hours and the carpet looks great. His work eclipses anything the "bait and switch" campanies will and can do. Another quality I respect about these guys is that they offer upfront and forthwright communication. The "bait and switch" campany didn't respect my home, Jim did. The "bait and switch" company took 60 minutes to clean my carpet, jim took a diligent 2 hours. I would call these guys back and recommend them to anyone. well done A-Plus carpet Cleaning

Wonderful! They are the best! I highly recommend them. They got out stains that I didn't think would ever come out. They went above and beyond. Paul was wonderful and professional. My carpets looked brand new. They delivered more than they promised.

I have used A Plus carept cleaning services before and I am always pleased with the job that they do. They are professional, courteous and do a thorough job of cleaning. The work they do is quality work and it is done in a reasonalbe amount of time. I will hire them again.

This is the third time we have had A-1 and it continues to be as amazing an experience as carpet cleaning can be. Paul's attention to detail and concern for the customer is outstanding. I had specific time parameters as far as dry time and after initially setting up a time, he called back and suggested a 'first thing in the morning' appointment to maximize drying time for me. Perfect. I asked to have the stairs done and just the top of the landing. He went beyond that and a little bit into the hallway - more than I asked. His partner, Jim, came about an hour after Paul arrived...they both thoroughly went over all the carpet. I asked for information on spot cleaning - they gave me advice on what and what not to use; some products remove color. I have whitish areas (thankfully not bleached) from using commercial spot cleaners. Paul gave me a bottle of his product with suggestions on how to use it and to thoroughly rinse the area with vinegar/water. I know this isn't part of the actually service, but it is just a joy to have him here. He is so upbeat, thoroughly cares about and enjoys his business and is a lot of fun to talk to! I would recommend Paul and Jim and their company to anyone who cares about their carpet.

The owners showed up ahead of schedule. They are very nice to work with. Honest and hard working and they did a great job! I recommend them!!!
