A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

I called Paul to make an appointment, and left a message on his voicemail. He responded that same day, and we set an appointment for cleaning on Thursday afternoon. He and his partner arrived at exactly the time they said they would, introduced themselves and promptly went to work. Within half an hour (after working really hard) they were finished, and the carpet looked like new! I was pleased with the outcome, and would definitely hire them for future work and recommend them to others.

Paul did a nice job. He was thorough and timely. He was honest in that we had some pet damage to our carpet and he admited upfront that he could not guarantee he could eliminate it. The damage is somewhat better, but he was right in that it's not completely gone. I would recommend him

Everything didnt turn out that great. I really didnt think that did a good job. After they were done cleaning the carpets didnt appear to be clean. It look as if they didnt even use soap.

A Plus Carpet is the best carpet cleaner we have used in the 19 years we have owned our house. Good, professional, courteous, on-time, knowledgeable, and careful; with attention to detail, reasonably priced, and who make every attempt to accommodate your schedule. This has been our experience with Paul and his partner at A Plus. We have a 4 level split-level 3200 sq. ft home with 15 year old white carpet, with dogs that have accidents, and a lot of foot traffic getting the carpet dirty. We have called A Plus more than a half dozen times, for the entire house and for small, focused/high-traffic clean-up problems, and our experience with A Plus was the same each time -- Great! We have had most of the cleaning companies in at one time or another and without reservation, these guys are the best we have seen. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have kids and needed to have our living room couch and recliner cleaned. I called on a weekend expecting a return call on Monday but the business owner got back to me within the hour. He said it would probably cost between $200-$220 to clean them both. They showed up as scheduled and got both pieces of furniture cleaner than I had any right to expect. They gave us an Angie's List discount and even threw in some spot cleaning on our living room area rug. The whole thing came to $160. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience.

Paul made an initial visit to give me an estimate. The price listed in this report includes the Angies List discount. He was very honest in advising us as to whether or not it was worth spending money to Scotchgard the carpets due to their age. We appreciated this because some cleaners would push every available option whether or not we would get full value from it. On the scheduled day, he and his assistant arrived right on time and got to work. On the basement rug he had a lot of dog stains to clean up, and the end result was really great. He even offered to come back to do some spot cleaning if some of the stain reappeared after the carpet dried, but this was not necessary. They moved as much furniture as possible and put everything back exactly where it should be. They finished the work in 5 hours or so. Both he and his assistant were very friendly and easy to deal with. We got what we expected and more. I would not hesitate a bit to use his service again!

He came with only a days notice to clean my carpets for a party I was having. My family had just left from the fourth of July week-end and I called him that night asking if he could do my carpets before Saturday July 9th. He showed up on Tuesday cleaned them in 20 minutes and they looked great. This has always been my experience with Paul and A-Plus Carpet cleaners.

Same excellent service I had 6 months ago. Thorough job. Very flexible in scheduling and bent over backwards to help me with an "emergency" cleaning prior to my open house.

Went great again. I called Paul to schedule a specific date and he made the arrangements. Called to confirm the date and time a couple days before. On the day, they arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. Gave an estimate at the start of the job and did the work to to the estimate. Very courteous and did a great job of getting deep dirt out of the carpets. Placed fans for me in the key places to speed the drying and called to let me know when they were done. I had A Plus do carpet cleaning last year and called them back again. Highly recommend A Plus.

I contacted Paul a few days prior to the cleaning and asked that he clean the carpets and some of our furniture. I always ask that he come in the afternoon, so he arrived at 2:30 and was here approximately 1.5 hours. As the owner-operator, he is very professional, but also friendly and obviously confident about his skills. We have used him several times and have never been disappointed. In fact, the previous time that he cleaned our carpet, there was a bad stain in one area, and he came to our home three times until we all agreed that the stain was gone ... it never returned. This time, he arrived at our home with a young man he is training to clean carpet, and while the assistant did much of the work, he was never out of Paul's sight, and I heard Paul tell him several times that he had missed a small area and needed to go back and redo that spot. We have three cats, who are litter box trained, but they still managed to leave cat hair and dirt throughout the house, so I would assume our home is more difficult to clean than some others. His price is very fair. He isn't cheap, but you always get more than you pay for. This time, as he has in the past, he did not charge us for cleaning our dining room chairs or the small area rug we have in our entry way. He always leaves us with tips about cleaning spots up between his visits and he provides us with a cleaner that we use during that period. Because we know that we can count on him to do such a superior job, we would never use anyone else for this type of cleaning.

Paul was very prompt in returning initial call and also right on schedule for the appointment. Even called ahead to let me know he was on his way! The finished job was excellent and they even cleaned an area at no charge. Even though prices are slightly higher I would definitely recommend this company--prompt, courteous, and professional. They also very carefully moved any furniture and replaced it right where it was supposed to go. They treated my house like it was their own.

A-Plus was prompt, cordial and professional. But most importantly...it worked! Rugs and furniture look great and no "not so good smells" anymore! I will definitely use then again!

I was stood up by a different carpet cleaning company twice. I called A-Plus because I needed the carpets cleaned for new tenants moving in in two days. I called at 10:15am and they met me at the house at 11:00 and the carpets were cleaned by 1:00pm. They had excellent response time and excellent customer service! I would definitely use them again. The carpet looked and smelled fantastic. They were very professional and trustworthy. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a reliable carpet cleaning service. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service.

I called as usual and Paul answered right away and remembered me and my house. He scheduled for the following week to fit into my schedule and his. He arrived on time and started measuring, then his partner arrived and they went to work. They paid special attention to problem areas and raked the carpet so that it was all standing up in the same direction. They were efficient and the carpets looked great. They were damp right away but completely dry within 24 hours.

They've cleaned our carpets. We have a naughty cat, and they've always worked very hard to clean the urine and get the smell out. They've always worked with me on the timing in urgent times. I feel safe with them.

They are fantastic and I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond and I will use them again in the future.

I called them 4/19 and they came next day to accomodate our time constraints. Paul and Jim were punctual, cheerful, and professional, and provided helpful maintenance recommendations. They appropriately declined to clean chairs that require dry cleaning solvent instead of water-based cleaner. Second time we've used them, and we'll do so again.

They're really nice and friendly and I know they do a really good job. They are willing to do whatever you need done.

Overall it went very well! Quick scheduling, Paul and Jim were on time and did a fast efficient and thorough cleaning job. This is the third or fourth time we've used A-Plus and we will use them again.
