A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

This is the company you want to hire to do work for you. I hired them to clean my mother's townhouse. As he was cleaning the carpet, he contacted me and indicated the carpet had gone too long and was not "salvageable". We decide to stop the cleaning; they packed up and left...without a charge!! This is the type of company I will always do business with and will always highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and did a great job. I would definately hire them again.

Paul was thorough and efficient in cleaning my carpets, and was friendly and professional. Although the cost was higher than I usually spend, I would recommend his company due to the quality of his work. Excellent service.

Jim and Paul did an incredible job of cleaning the carpets throughout my house. Additionally , they cleaned seven area rugs at no extra charge. Their throuough cleaning made my berber carpeting look alive and fresh! My furniture was placed on foam blaocks where needed, and they worked diligently to thoroughly clean my carpeting. I also had asked them to steam clean my stone flooring that is in the foyer and kitchen area. Switching peices of equipment, the steam and large brush effectively cleaned the surface of the stone flooring and I was pleased with the results of this work also. This team of owners, Jim and Paul, really care about thier work and the people who they serve. They arrive at the scheduled time, willing to wok until the job is finished. They leave behind a small container of the carpet cleaner for emergency cleaning and the promise to return if I was unhappy about the cleaning. I will definetly call upon them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs and highly recommend this provider to other Angie List members.

I was very pleased with the work and customer service. Paul returned my call immediately and we set up a time that worked with my schedule. He arrived on time and began work right away. He quickly gave me a reasonable quote and explained all of the services. He took the time to ask about problem areas and we discussed the kid and pet issues. The work was completed quickly and the carpets look fantastic. I'll definitely be using A-Plus again next year.

They serviced our home six years ago when we moved in and we have not used them since. They did a great job. They were great. They came and cleaned it and we didn’t have any issues with them. There were three guys that came in and actually they were funny. The price must have just been fine and I can’t remember what it was. We paid it and we were happy with it.

they were an hour late but did call to say they were going to be late they were friendly and personable when they arrived they said up front they couldn't do really bad dirty spots and the carpet was really clean except for the dirty areas in high traffic spots I really wished they had said in their ads and telephone appointment call they could not clean really dirty spots

I was thinking about buying to carpet, but thought I should look at other options. I send an email to A+ on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back within minutes. We scheduled a date and time, and the rest is history. I was quoted a price and the bill was to the penny accurate. I was very happy and saved a ton of money.

We used Paul and Jim before for upholstery cleaning and were happy to have them back. They do a great job, don't charge extra for stains, and are friendly and respectful of your home. We did not ask them to clean the area rugs, they just did it because they had the equipment out and the rugs were there. Same with the stairs and hallway - to get to the large room in the lower level they cleaned their way down the stairs and through the hall - nice! The carpets look great as we do have 3 kids and a dog. We will continue to use A-plus for our carpet/upholstery needs.

He came out within 24 hours of my call and did a great job. We have used him in the past and will use him again.

Great experience start to finish. I called and Paul answered right away. He came over and gave me an estimate really quickly. He did tell me upfront the cost and that some stains might not come out. They call before they come over which I really like. They did a great job on my old couch and they were very professional.

One of the owners called me within an hour of submitting the quote request. This was on a weekend, while he was out skiing (I believe) with his kids. He was able to fit us in that Monday. Paul and Jim are, I believe, the owners. They showed up when they said they would, explained the process, did a first-rate job on the carpet, and did not try to upsell any additional services. They are more expensive than the advertised rates of the "$69 per room" companies but my experience is that those other companies almost never leave for less than double their advertised rate, after "extreme wear" surcharges and ScotchGuard / Teflon upsells. Paul told me exactly what they would charge when they arrived and that's what I paid.

We were absolutely delighted with the work. Not only was the work done really well, the guys are just great to have around the house--very professional, attentive to the smallest detail, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. They left us with a bottle of carpet cleaner for small stains--it was really helpful to have that at hand over the holidays. I can't say enough good things about this company!

The cleaning went well, one sofa and love seat has been in the family for quite some time and has had its fill of kids and animals so there was a lot of old stains and dirt to get rid of, the rugs and the other sofa were in better shape. The rugs and sofa came out great and the two pieces of older furniture are clean but some of the old stains remain which is to be expected as even the best of the best cannot remove everything without damaging the furniture.

Excellent experience. Paul called back after my email inquiry. We set up the date and time. Since the time was mid-day, Paul kept me up to date as to how their day was progressing and when they'd be there. Upon arrival they reviewed and discussed the job and any problem areas. After the job, they gave me a good idea of what to expect and how they'd be happy to follow up if there were any lingering areas. We had an area where some added dirt seemed to wick up through the carpet. I called them up, in two days they were back, hit that area again. The carpet looks great. Use these guys! Jim and Paul are the owners, they do the work, answer your questions, and follow up as needed. No mystery who's doing the work.

I have used A-Plus in the past both in my own home and at other job sites. Jim and Paul are always the ones that show-up, so you know what to expect. They take their time, do a thorough cleaning job and never push the "extras" that seem to pop up with other companies. I have tried other companies for business locations, but find myself going back to Jim and Paul. They are not the cheapest, but "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I highly recommend these guys!
