A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

A-Plus did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They were prompt, courteous and did great work. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, it was a great experience. Paul and I had some problems with scheduling- they were very busy and then my own schedule got in the way. But when we locked down a date and time. I called Paul on the weekend to confirm the day before my appt, and he answered the phone while he was with his family!!! I felt terrible, but he said "no worries"- we confirmed the next day appt that I had and he was cheerful and kind the entire time! The following day- They called about 20 minutes before arriving, giving me enough time to leave work and get home. They were prompt, punctual and very nice. They cleaned both rooms in about 45 minutes or so and went over both rooms several times to do the best that they could. Paul and his partner (forgot his name) were cracking jokes and making me laugh while I waited. I would highly recommend their services.

Great. The work was very, vert good, The gentlemen were very nice and all in all, we were well satisfied and will use them again definitely.

Arrived on time, thorough and fast, great set up and clean up. Protected all of our corners from damage by the hoses, etc. Very professional!

Everything went just fine. There were a couple of spots they couldn't remove, but there are limits to how clean you get an old carpet. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work.

Very well! Paul Sievert answered his phone on the first call and asked the right questions to be able to give me a close estimate over the phone. We made an appointment for his first available date which was about one week out, made contact arrangements and, and he called that morning to say he would be there a little earlier than he had anticipated. We were not able to meet him at the property at that time, and felt confident giving him entry instructions without our being there. He let us know when the job was completed . We checked the job that evening and were very pleased with his work and his reliability. He did everything he said he would do. Good work, very professional and very courteous. We'll use him again when we need carpets cleaned. Thanks, Paul!

I called Paul and he was extremely responsive. They showed up when planned, walked through the job, and began immediately. Paul explained every step taken and why they were done. Not only that, but Paul and his brother were quite entertaining to talk too!! Overall, they did an excellent job cleaning a VERY dirty carpet. When my wife got home, she couldn't believe how good it looked. We have had other firms do this, but the dirt always seemed to come back in a couple of weeks. It's been a month since A-Plus was out, and the carpet still looks great. GOOD JOB!!!!!

Two people arrived on time and completed cleaning 2 bedroom,a hall , large living area and stairs for the quoted price in about 3 hours. All but 1 spot was able to be removed from a carpet abused over the last 18 years by 2 boys and a dog. They cleaned all the traffic areas and moved the couch and TV in the living area. Non traffic areas were not cleaned, nor was I expecting them to be cleaned. I was pleased with the outcome.

Paul arrived on time and described the work that was going to be done. After taking room measurements (we received a ballpark estimate based on the room dimensions prior to the actual visit), he proceeded to clean the carpets and furniture (Jim arrived later to assist). The work was completed in a timely manner complete with instructions of when to remove the blocks placed underneath the sofa and love seat.

They were prompt and professional and also friendly. There were no pressure tactics for other services. If they noticed a problem area, they were pointed out and explained. My carpets are older with some fading so cleaning could only do so much. It took about two hours total and my rugs were dry by the following afternoon. ( they were probably dry before this, but that is when I checked )I also enjoyed a nice discount thanks to Angie's List!!!I would definitely hire them again!!!

Paul showed up on time and quickly finished cleaning the carpets of the home we recently bought. The previous owners had pets and after cleaning, the carpets smelled clean and looked nearly brand new! I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Great. They were very responsive. When I first called my call was returned quickly. Scheduling was key from my point of view. They were doing the work at my Dad's place. He has dementia and doesn't always respond positively to change. We arranged a day when Dad had a hearing aid appointment and lunch with a friend. The guys finished another job in the area earlier than expected, called me to see if we were ready. When we weren't, they took a break at a local restaurant, and arrived just as Dad was going out. The work was done thoroughly and it was finished before Dad returned.

Paul returned my original call right away and provided an estimate for carpet and upholstery cleaning. The cost for 5 large area rugs, 1 runner, the stairway and 2 microfiber couches was estimated at $530. Paul said they would arrive between 12 and 1, so I dropped the baby off with a sitter just before 12. At 1, Paul called to say they were on their way, and they arrived about ten minutes later. Paul and his partner were friendly, professional and efficient. They pretreated problem areas on the carpets and couches and completed all the work before 3. Our carpets weren't showing much wear, but it's wonderful to know they're clean. The couches, on the other hand, were showing their age with the wear and tear of two aging cats and general dirt buildup on the edges of the armrests. After the cleaning, the couches looked so much better. Not brand new, but close, which is good enough for me given the daily human use--not to mention the cat drool, hairballls, etc. Best of all, Paul had estimated high, and the final cost for all of the work was $457. Highly recommended.

Paul arrived when he said he would. Called me 45 minutes prior to showing up. Very professional and my carpet looks like new. I would recommend him to anyone.

Overall it was a great experience! They arrived on time, were knowledgable and friendly, and the carpet looks great. They cleaned a couple of rugs for free as well. Will definitely use A-Plus Carpet Cleaning again.

Jim came on time, introduced himself and appeared to be a nice, friendly individual. Jim provided a brief introduction of his company, then Ishow him the areas that I wanted done and he provided me a quote. I agreed with the quote and he went to work right away. Jim took the time and care to clean the carpets. He focused on spots on the carpets and either made them much lighter or disappear. I am very happy with the work Jim did along with his light, friendly attitude. I will call again for the next cleaning. Liz W.

First let my say I didnt think they could get the mess out of the carpet. Paul and his crew were GREAT !!! .We had a racooncome down the chimney and gave birth to 6 pups in the fire place. She tried to move them outside but could not get out so shedestroyed the house trying. Soot all over the cream colored carpet and walls. Animal control and the police removed them (the racoons not Paul). Looked up carpet cleaners on Angies list (what a great service) and read the reviews on A-Plus carpet, they sounded good so I called them.They showed up on friday 5/4/2012 looked at the carpet and said they could clean it. I didnt think they could get al the soot and racoon mess out. Was I wrong, the carpet looked almost new. Great job guys you are life savers.Thanks again for a really great job. Dan

The price is reasonable and they did a good job.

We've used this vendor several times and have always come away satisfied with the job they do. Generally they can come within a week of my contact with them, and they do a superb job. I can't imagine using anyone else to clean my carpet. The carpet comes out spotless and if there is any problem, they come back to fix it. (Since we have three cats this presents special problems and my carpet looks new even though it is 11 years old,) The men who do the work (the owners) pre-spot any bad spots and are generally here no longer than 1.5 hours to do a complete job. I called them five days before they came and they did their usual outstanding job. I can highly recommend them.

It was a very enjoyable experience from the moment I called until they finished the job. They drove all the way out here from the cities to clean my carpets. Paul and Jim were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
