A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

Arrived on time. In fact a little early, which was great. I was asked if it was okay to start early and I said yes. Jim put a tarp down to cover the floor and went about cleaning the couch, etc. He was professional and friendly and did a very nice job.

We called them and accepted the estimate and agreed on a cleaning date and the job was professionally done.

Great experience. Came early and price was great. Would always use them.

We have Jim and his crew out at least 2 times each year and our carpets look like new. We highly recommend A-Plus Carpet Cleaning and could not be more satisfied.

Paul arrived on time and walk us through what was going to be done. He was able to remove the spots and cleaned the rooms. The job was completed on time. He took only one hour to complete the job. Very happy with his work.

Excellent job..very efficient and thorough. They made no attempt to sell extraneous products or services but focused on doing the work with extra attention to problem areas. The owners are the workers and both exhibit a congeniality and professionalism one seldom finds in service businesses. I would recommend them without reservations.

Fantastic. They take the quality of their work seriously. And while it may have cost a bit more than others, the extra care they took with the stairs and on spot treating was worth it!

I contacted A-Plus and was able to speak to Paul right away. I wanted some furniture cleaned before it was donated and they were able to quickly fit me in. In addition, we were in the process of painting a bedroom and wanted the carpet cleaned too. We moved all the furniture into the garage so we could easily load it up after it was cleaned. They worked quickly and efficiently even though it ended up being one of those hot and humid days! The furniture and carpet came out beautifully. We were so impressed we had an estimate done to clean the rest of the carpeting in the house and they are due out in a couple of weeks to complete the work. They are very easy to work with and accomodate your schedule. I would highly recommend this company!

They are very prompt and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and went over certain trouble areas multiple times to attempt the best service possible. This was exemplified by them going upstairs to look at an area that they had previously cleaned 1 month back. They were satisfied but told me that they were going to go over it one more time just to make sure. Who does that? A+ Carpet Cleanings, that's who! It was very kind of them and I did not expect them to in any capacity. They did a great job last time, but wanted to go above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated!

The process was very easy. I called for an appointment, and they came 2 days later. They were extremely flexible and willing to work with my work schedule. They came at 8am, and were done within the time they stated!

Paul was a pleasure to speak with on the phone to schedule my appointment. He gave me a rough estimate based on my descriptions, and fit me in for the exact day and time I needed. When my day arrived, Paul and his tag-team partner Jim arrived exactly on time. They even called 20 min before arrival. What a pleasure they were!! Both were great guys. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job. Upon arrival, they measured everything I needed done and gave me an estimate, which was actually a bit lower than the 'guesstimate' I received over the phone. Once we agreed on everything, they got right to work. They protected all my wall corners from being damaged by their hoses, spot treated, and cleaned. Their truck mounted system was powerful and did a great job cleaning. They ran over everything a couple of times and even more so on my heavier areas. They also moved all my furniture and provided protection after moving them back so to not ruin the bottom of the furniture, or the carpeting. Oh, and they also deodorized with some sexy citrus smelling thing after everything was complete. I will definitely use A+ again. Their company name is truly deserving. I quickly got a hold of A Plus through the cell phone listed on Angies Listing. I got am immediate 20% for a referral through Angies List. A Plus uses a truck mounted Cleaning system with its own truck mounted electrical generator system. I have learned that the most powerful carpet cleaning systems are the truck mounted ones with their own truck mounted electric power systems. Jim from A-Plus did the work. He moved all the furniture and placed temporary paper supports for furniture till the carpet dried. The process was completed in about four hours. We did not get the scotch guard for the carpeting.The cleaning went very well. It is only through the use of Angies List recommendaitons that I am beginning to discover all the excellent local service providers. Prior to my use of Angie's List recommendations, I would only use nationally known service providers rather then what I now find are the many excellent local service providers!

Paul was easily reached on his cell phone and we quickly found a date that worked with both our calendars about 2 weeks out. He was able to give me a rough estimate based on the dimensions I had from MLS. He was transparent in his pricing and figured out what 'offer' would be best for what I needed cleaned. On the day of service, he was a little late - because I asked him to start later than he usually does and he encountered more traffic at that time. He called en route to let me know he was delayed. Once here, he was able to quickly measure the dimensions and give me the price. He took a look at a couple of the problem spots and he was able to lighten one considerably. Because I needed to go to work, I paid, left, and they (Paul and his partner) locked the door on their way out. I was pleased with the service and product. I would use them again.

From the get go, Paul was very responsive and professional. He arrived on the job right on the dot with his business partner and immediately got busy. His work was excellant and his prices were very reasonable for the amount of work he completed.He is very personable and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.He was very honest and did'nt try to upsell any other kind of product like some companies do the minute they step into your home.I was pleased with how hard working and efficient they were. I will definately use them again!!

Paul (as always) arrived on time and completed the job as promised. He works at finding cost savings ways to complete our work and even returns at a later date if a spot "reblooms" that he treated. I'll continue to use Paul and company.

We used A-Plus two years ago to clean our entire living room rug, and we were satisfied with the results, their quality, price, and professionalism. So when we needed that traffic area cleaned, we immediately thought of A-Plus. Again, we were pleased -- and we would not hesitate to use them again. At our recommendation two years ago, my sister, who is not an Angie's List member, used A-Plus on our recommendation. She was as pleased with their work as we were.They seem to know that future business comes from satisfied customers, and they try hard to please. A real pleasure to do business with this group.

A-Plus did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and furniture. I have used a variety of franchise carpet cleaners in the past, but am now sold on A-Plus and will never use anyone else again. They were very professional, prompt and thorough. They worked extra hard at cleaning the dark traffic areas in our carpets, especially where our dogs love to lay. Our carpets look like new. They are not the cheapest carpet cleaners out there, but definitely worth every cent they charge. I will never use anyone else again.

Overall they were terrific! I am very pleased and I will use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Was impressed with how efficient they were. They came with fresh water to clean and showed me the water after cleaning so I know they did a great job. So it went excellently~!!! Would recommend to others.

A-Plus cleaned the basement carpet. They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. They were honest about what they could and could not do. The carpet looks great.

The carpet cleaning went very well. The carpet cleaners were very professional, on time, and respectful of my furniture and home. There was a large food stain in the basement carpeting which was removed completely. They moved the furniture and were careful to avoid damaging new paint on the walls and baseboard. I had planned to have my living room sofa cleaned. I was told that the sofa did not appear to be dirty enough to warrant the full cleaning. They cleaned my sofa cushions at no charge. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again. Every aspect of this service received an A.

The job went well from beginning to end.
