A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

EXCELLENT! Paul and Jim came and did my carpets AGAIN! Split level stairs, living room, 2 bedrooms. They are both OUTSTANDING! Paul called me back right away. He remembered me from them coming in May of this same year. They remembered my profession, my kids, that I have 2 dogs... That says a lot right there. Both Paul and Jim are extremely personable. Efficient, effective, quality work, responsive and on time. They didn't charge me for junk and gave me a great price. They were in and out and did a fantastic job. As long as I live in the area, and they are in business, they will be the only ones that clean my carpets. HIGHLY recommended!

Owner/operators arrived on time and as scheduled and steam cleaned four rooms, a hallway and stairs, They carefully moved furniture as required and re-placed it on polyester foam pads when they were done. They cleaned a couple of extra items (a carpet runner and some dining room chair seats) at no extra cost and were pleasant and professional throughout the two hours that they worked in our home. We would be pleased to recommend them to others.

These individuals were outstanding. Easy to contact and establish a time for service. Did an excellent job explaining services to be provided and costs. Carpets look terrific. Extremely competent and courteous. Highly recommend without any reservations.

We got a new puppy in the last six months so there were many stains to get out. They did an excellent job with this and then gave me instructions on treating the stains when they happen. They were very professional. The owners of the business clean the carpets so they have a vested interest in customer satisfaction.

I sent my initial inquiry via email and heard back right away. We lined up a cleaning within days, which was important to me. They were on time, extremely friendly, efficient and offered good explanations of what they were doing. On stains they weren't able to get out they explained why. They also offered tips on how to clean in between professional cleanings.

They were great. I called and was able to get the cleaning scheduled right away. They came out right on time and did an excellent job. We will use them again.

Awesome. The guy you call is the guy who comes. These guys showed up right on time (actually called to see if early was ok, it was) and got right to work. For as fast and work-concentrated as they were, they were personal too- they interacted with me instead of working around me. Told me ahead of time about bad spots that might not work out- got 'em clean anyway. Support your local carpet cleaners- Cause they'll do it better! *I gave them 5 stars on everything but price. The price for their service was a 5.

Everything went very smoothly. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, the cleaners explained what they were doing, and explained how sometimes stains can re-surface (which I'd already known from previous carpet cleanings, but still, it was good to be prepared that this might be the case). It was a 2 man crew, and they were both really nice and professional. They cleaned the front hallway rugs on the way out even though that wasn't part of the quote, and they didn't charge me extra.

I was moving into a new house, and wanted the carpet - and a large area rug - in the new house cleaned before moving in. I closed on the house on a Friday afternoon and was having all my new furniture delivered at 7:30 the next morning, so I had a tight schedule and little time to work with. But Paul was super flexible, and was waiting at my new place when I got there to let him in after the closing. He finished all the carpets, and restored the thick shag area rug back to its original beauty (it had been in my ex-husband's apartment for a year, and seriously ... how does one person get one rug so gross after just a year? yuck!). This is the third time I've used A Plus and I don't think I'd consider calling anyone else to clean my carpets - A Plus is reliable, professional, and Paul has a great sense of humor, and I feel like I can always count on A Plus to do a great job.

I'd had A Plus clean the carpets in my entire house before putting it on the market in March. I had the house off the market for about a month, and had them come over again and clean some high traffic areas and areas that had been stained. Paul did the work quickly and thoroughly and was as professional and courteous as I'd remembered him to be. This company has all my carpet cleaning business for a long time to come!

I was very pressed for time as i was leaving in two days. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in within two days. They gave me a window for the afternoon, but kept me abreast of how their day was going several times, which allowed me to continue to do my last minute errands. They did a great job (and even cleaned my entry mat at no charge) and did it for the price they quoted. I had used Zerorex in the past and they quoted a price but it increased by 75% when they showed up. I understand this is common in the carpet cleaning business. I can't reccomend them highly enough. A great price, prompt service and excellent cleaning.

Paul did a great job! The 10+ year-old carpet was worn and stained in spots and he was very thorough, going over the carpet multiple times and using extra cleaning products on the worst stains. At the end of the job we had, in his words, "a clean, ten-year-old carpet." He couldn't make it look brand new, but it does look good, the stains are gone, and we are very happy with the work. With the Angie's List discount the price came to $189. Paul dropped the price to $150 when he learned my mother was in treatment for cancer and that I was unemployed. We have used A-Plus before, in this house and another house, and would use him again! We highly recommend him and never call anyone else.

A plus scheduled a cleaning date & the n tried to change it ( due to another job) they ended uo doing the work on 2 different days. the price was much higher than expected for the work done

I received an estimate over the phone and an appointment time that was convenient for my schedule. Paul and Jim each called on the way to my house to confirm their arrival, which was right on time. Both were very outgoing, professional, and personable. As long-standing co-owners of the business, they banter like the guys on Car Talk, which is pretty amusing! Paul explained exactly what would be done, as well as the pricing breakdown. They were able to remove all stains, including those from ground-in lipstick. They even left a bottle of stain remover for my new tenants who have dogs. I was impressed with their integrity and their pride in doing quality work at a fair price. Plus, they're just nice people. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Paul and Jim responded quickly to my phone call to set up an appointment for carpet cleaning. They were on time and worked efficiently as a team to clean all my carpets and rugs. They put carpet protectors under all my furniture before they left and made sure that everything was put back in it's place.

They did a terrific job, even squeezing me in because it was an emergency. They left here moments ago and I am very pleased with their work. I'd use them any time, especially in an emergency, but also for regular cleaning. The two men who come (Paul is always one) are pleasant and friendly too, which makes the experience even nicer.

Paul and Jim were able to come the day I requested, they had a job in the morning before mine but said they would call when they were on the way. They gave me a approximate time they would call, and they were spot on. They arrived, reviewed the areas to be cleaned, measured, and gave me an estimate. Both Paul and Jim are very personable and explained what they were going to do before they started. They had me smell the product they were going to use for the pet stains to make sure it wasn't objectionable. They then proceeded with the cleaning, and did an excellent job, all stains were removed, and they were out of here in an efficient buy effective fashion.

My carpets hadn't been cleaned in over five years. Both Paul and Jim were responsive and concerned that I was satisfied from the time I requested an estimate until the job was done. For a single woman living alone hiring any contractor who doesn't try to take advantage that also employs people who are considerate, respectful and professional is a rare thing these days. The carpets look great and I will hire this company again.

Paul and Kevin called me on the scheduled day and gave me the option of an earlier time, due to a shift in their schedule. This worked wonderfully for my schedule. They were personable and efficient. I appreciated that they brought a cleaning product without scent since I mentioned while scheduling the appointment that I was sensitive to strong scents. The carpet looks great!
