A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

Wonderful ! I have had them cleaning my carpets roughly every 6 months for the past 7-8 years. They do a wonderful job, steam cleaning with no harsh chemicals and spot treated as needed. They are very thorough, quick, professional and accommodating. The carpets dry quickly and I trust them to lock up when they leave. The two owners are the ones who actually clean your carpet, no subcontractors! They take pride in their work and are wonderful individuals to work with! Will definitely always be using them to clean my carpet! I have recommended them to all my family and friends:)

Simply, they couldn't be more professional or terrific. My white carpet looks great and I never had a doubt as to their service from e call to the moment I walked in the house to see the results. I've had a few bad wxperiences with Coit and i would Highly recommend APlus. These guys are first class.

The crew arrived on time and begin work immediately. They were attentive to my request and redid areas that were badly soled. their work with systematic and efficient and it was clear to me that they had done this many times before. The final results we're nothing short of miraculous and I was spared the cost of replacing my carpet. The work was completed on time and exceeded expectations.

Paul and Jim were great to work with. They were able to schedule me in at the last minute and come around my work schedule. They were on time, friendly, and really cared about the quality of work they did. We have two little girls and after 7 years in the house without getting the carpets cleaned, they really needed it. Paul and Jim worked to make sure they got all the stains and even gave me pointers on how to help keep it clean. I will be having them back again. I am very impressed with their company and their work. I will recommend them to everyone I know. You can't go wrong with this company.

Paul and Jim are great. They are friendly and honest and do a nice job with cleaning area rugs and sofas/chairs. Paul writes up a work order that describes what they are doing and a breakdown of the cost. I've used them several times to clean our furniture and he always cleans our bar stool seats and sometimes just takes care of a couple of small areas on our carpet or other 4 x 6 rugs that are around for free.

They did a fantastic job...again! This is the third time I've had them in and they will always be my go to for carpet cleaning. They are extremely nice and professional and do an outstanding job! My carpet is like new again...and I have three pets!

They arrived at our house about 11. Went over areas and my concerns. They cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently. Our carpets looked dirty and now they look great! We have 2 dogs and a toddler. Both of them are so friendly and great. On their way out they cleaned our rugs by the door too!

I called Paul less than a week before I needed the carpets cleaned because new furniture was going to be delivered. Called me back right away and scheduled me on a day that worked for him and me both. He called before he came and arrived when I expected despite snowy roads. He and Jim went right to work. They figured out how to clean and dry an area rug as well. The rug had been rolled up because we had to make way for all the furniture we moved. They were finished in just over an hour, personable, professional, and very helpful. This is the second time I have used them and I will definitely use them again.

I have had Paul and Jim in the past and have always found their work excellent. This time they were able to come within a week. They are prompt and pleasant to have in the home. When I had to leave the house before they finished, I was comfortable leaving them to lock up. They gave me a good suggestion about cleaning up dog urine.

Overall, this was a very good experience. The job took about 2 hours. Carpeting was pre-spotted before cleaning. They worked as a team and accomplished everything that I had asked for.

Firstly we had a great experience, A-Plus were efficient, effective, reasonably priced, neat and tidy. Gentlemen arrived on time, called first to confirm they were on their way. Paul requested we move small objects and breakables and they took care of larger furniture for us. The carpets were very dirty and stained with watermarks, and some type of oil which had remained on hinges of a door we installed. When the team had finished everything was virtually spotless, really a great service.

Great experience! We were closing on a house and wanted carpets cleaned ASAP! Paul was easy to work with and he pulled into the driveway right when we arrived after closing. The carpets in the entire house were cleaning with a couple of hours and we could walk on the mid-the following day. I would highly recommend A-Plus Carpet!

Paul and his buddy kindly accepted a job to clean such a small area (our house has only the living area carpeted) and provided high-quality service. Almost all stains are gone, and they honestly told us that one made by our kid with crayon/pen cannot be removed. The carpet looks like brand-new; we should have had their service much earlier! Very professional and friendly, we will definitely call them next time, too!

They did a great job. They were professional and very helpful in giving advice how to clean some soiled upholstery. We highly recommend them.

Paul is a very friendly professional guy. He is the man who actually cleans the carpet (not some other person he hired) - so you know you know who will doing the work for you. The carpets came out much better than I expected. Overall a very good experience.

The gentlemen did a great job. They cleaned some area rugs for us at no charge. Our carpet was plush, there was no chemical odor.Looks very nice. Would have them back again.

Jim and Paul were great. They provided all the information on what they would do, and how the whole process would work. I had a couple large stains on one portion of carpet, and they got them 100% clean! Not only were they clean, they stated if any stains came back up to the surface, they would come back out and redo the stains. It's six weeks later and no stains have returned, and the carpet still looks great. Our carpet is 13 years old, we are not looking to replace it for a few years until our children are a little older, the service provided by this company will help get us through this period. Top notch! I will have them back, not if, but when.

I had a very large rust stain on my white carpet that was caused by my couch. This was a huge problem because I am moving and I was showing the home to potential tenants within a short time frame. I had been unsuccessful in removing the stain on my own and this would cause a decrease in the market value of rent, if not removed. I contacted A-Plus Carpet Cleaning and talked with Paul Sievert who was very pleasant and helpful. Even though my time frame to fix the issue was tight, he was able to work me into the schedule and visit my home. Paul and his assistant arrived on time for the appointment and were very polite to work with. They quickly got to work on my carpet and removed the entire rust stain. I was thrilled at the result as the entire stain was gone! The quality of work I received and the professionalism of their team exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with A-Plus's service. My carpets were spotted with pet "spots" and other stuff. They took extra time to make sure they had removed as many spots as possible and gave me instruction in future carpet care. With cats, it is almost impossible to maintain a spot-free rug but with A'Plus's extra effort, the carpet sure looks good. I will use them again.

I contacted A-Plus Carpet Cleaners based on Angies List ratings. A quote was provided over the phone, I liked the idea that Paul quoted a per square foot charge, and appointment scheduled. Paul and his partner arrive on time. Paul immediately took measurements and the price quoted was $100 below my estimated cost. The work completed earns an A+, got stains out of one carpet that were there for over two years. Could not ask for a more professional team of Paul and Jim, they own the company. Will definitely use this company again.

The carpets and couch look great!

They came out in short notice to clean my carpet right before the holiday. Did a great job- couldn't have been nicer or more professional! Will definitely use them again- and would recommend them to anyone!
