A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

EXCELLENT JOB, very thorough, as usual. These guys have been cleaning my carpets for close to 15 years and although I have occasionally strayed to that <ahem> "zero residue company", I am always bombarded with upcharge suggestions and the quality of the work varies widely. I should know better, and I think I finally do. A-Plus probably costs me a little more, but they are well worth it. These guys will not leave until the carpet looks great, and in my case that sometimes takes some doing. They are friendly, professional, and they work really hard to make sure the customer is pleased.

I've used this carpet cleaners many times before. He arrived on time, went over the job and price, and went to work. He and an assistant were thorough, got out some spots, and gave me follow-up instructions. Job well done.

It was stormy day but Paul arrived as told to determine the rooms dimension. The cleaning process could start a little later due the the storm but the work could be done nicely with no problem. Paul communicated with me throuout the process. The old carpet downstairs now look as new as it can be. Thanks!

Paul was able to come right away to clean some wall-to-wall carpet for us. He was very friendly, arrived on time, did a great job on the carpet, and we were super happy with the results. Excellent customer service, really great to work with. Other carpet cleaners wanted to schedule out 2 weeks or more, but Paul came on the same day. Paul and his assistant were on time and they did a great job! They moved all the large furniture and cleaned underneath. The put stuff back on foam blocks and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were very professional and courteous.

Paul and his employee did a great job. They were very friendly, quick and efficient. My carpets looked awful and had lots of stains from kids, spilled drinks, and lots of traffic over 3 years. The carpets looked brand new when they finished! After allowing them to dry for 2 days, you can still see SOME of the worse stains are still there but it looks a thousand times better than it did before! I waited too long to have the carpets cleaned so many of those stains were left untreated for 3+ years. I will not make that mistake again...I will have Paul clean the carpets every year from now on!!

The work was done professionally and efficiently by two personable men who do excellent work and redo it in part when they are not satisfied with the first effort in an area. This is the third time we have had them clean our carpet and have no desire to look anywhere else for that service. The price has always been fair and reasonable. Their equipment includes hoses that run from their truck in the driveway to all areas of the house where the carpet is being cleaned and where the waste water is then picked up and removed back to the truck.

They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my carpets. Very polite, excellent service and professional attitudes. The areas took about 8 hours to dry and my carpet looked like new.

They were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. The ottoman and chair I wanted cleaned turned out to be a material that cannot e cleaned with water. Since the ottoman was the main piece I needed cleaned they offered to try to spot clean it at my own risk. I decided to have them spot clean it and it turned out very good. I had them estimate for additional work I will have done in the fall. I would recommend them to others and will definitely use them again!

I was so impressed with the quality of work that was provided in cleaning my carpet and furniture! The professionalism, attention to detail, and the thoroughness was beyond my expectations. I felt comfortable having them in my home, and was so amazed at the precision in assuring everything was back in it's place, nothing was missed, broken or un-acceptable. They went way above and beyond in assuring I was satisfied with the work they completed. I knew immediately that they were not my service provider going forward....

They showed on time, cleaned what was scheduled and kept me informed about problem areas. Charges were as agreed upon and they finished as expected. It was a very good job.

Our carpet was overdue for cleaning and had definite traffic areas. Paul was able to get those clean. He took the time to go over the worst areas well, but even so he was efficient and the whole process was pretty quick. He noticed some indication of poor installation of the carpet, and gave me some tips for getting better installers when we buy carpet next time. Paul is very personable and prompt. We will call them back for next time we need carpet cleaned.

Emailed to schedule a date, Paul got back to me the same day with options. He's friendly and they do good work. Our carpet is old, and it always looks amazing after they're done. I'll happily continue to use them.

I called A-Plus to get an estimate for cleaning the carpet in my parents' rental apartment, primarily because of two specific stains which I was afraid the management company would deduct money from the deposit for. I figured that if we could get rid of or reduce the stains now while they were fresh, we might save ourselves being penalized at the end of the lease. I explained the situation to Paul over the phone, and he very straightforwardly said that he did not think it would be possible to get rid of the worst stain, which was black hair dye. I decided to go ahead with the cleaning anyway, and he was able to shuffle around his schedule to accommodate my preferred time within two days. Then I found out the day before that the water would be shut off on that day, and so the carpet cleaning would of course be impossible. However, he suggested stopping by anyway just to take a look at the carpet and have a more accurate idea of the set-up. He arrived punctually and proceeded to study the carpet closely in the various areas I showed him. Ultimately, his frank and professional recommendation was that it simply would not be worth the money to have him clean the carpet, as the big stains I was concerned about were unfortunately permanent by this time, and the rest of the dirt was normal wear and tear, which would be cleaned for free by the management company at the end of the lease anyway. As I studied the carpet with him and thought more about it, I realized that he was right. I really appreciated Paul's efforts on several counts: quick responsiveness to my voicemails, frank evaluation of feasibility right off the bat in our first phone call without fear of losing a job, rearranging his schedule to accommodate mine, taking the time to come out and look at the potential job, and then, of course, explaining to me his professional opinion of the job and ultimately being very honest and saying that it wasn't worth my parents spending the money to have him do the cleaning. Next time that we actually DO have to have a carpet cleaned, I will not hesitate to call A-Plus again, as I feel from this experience that he is not just running a business to make money, but treats his potential clients the way anyone would want to be treated: with honesty and consideration.

We have been very happy with their service. The owner comes out and does the service. He is very concerned that you are satisfied with the job which I appreciated. We will continue to use them.

They were polite, moved furniture around and did a very good job on the carpet.

We were scheduled for Noon. One of their morning jobs was rescheduled and Paul called at 9:15 asking if they could come between 10:30 and 11. They arrived about 10:30 and finished before noon. We used the 20 percent Angies List discount. Paul said it would be a waste of money to Scotchguard our 15 year old berber carpet. Paul and Jim are the owners, and they do all the work. Angies List and word of mouth are the way they get new customers. They get the excellent reviews because the do an excellent job. The next time our carpet needs cleaning we will hire them again.

We are selling our townhouse and have 2 cats and wanted the carpets cleaned before putting it on the market. They came out and measured ahead of time so I knew the cost, which was nice to know ahead of time. They were very nice, on time and the carpet looked great. They were able to get out a big stain in one of the bedrooms, and did an overall great job!

Paul and Jim arrived right on time, were very upbeat and fun to talk with. They got to work and within less than an hour they left and my carpets were clean! I have to admit I was pretty surprised and really pleased. They gave me advice regarding the rest of the carpeting on the stairs and second floor, suggesting I have it all cleaned after the remodeling on the first floor. I will absolutely follow their recommendation. Thanks, guys, you get an A plus grade.
