A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

EXCELLENT. This is the third consecutive year that I have had A Plus clean my carpets in the fall. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of their work and will have them back next year. I asked for their help during the 2012 Christmas holidays when a glass of red wine was spilled on this carpet. Paul came very quickly and got the stain out completely. Paul and Jim are great people to work with.

Paul was great. He squeezed me in on the day I needed, which resulted in a very early start for him that day. He was very professional and gave me a lot of good ideas for dealing with pet odors beyond the deep carpet clean that his company provided.

Paul and Jim called when they were leaving their previous job so I knew when to expect them. When they arrived, they did some quick room measurements and gave me the final price before they started working. They cleaned the area rug that the dog had some accidents on and they cleaned it several times to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned and deodarized. All carpeted rooms look great, Paul and Jim are very professional and thanked me more than once for being a repeat customer. They truly appreciate their customers and want to make sure that the customer is happy with their work.

Jim, was a really nice guy with honest evaluation before and after the job. We are preparing to sell our home and my wife was insisting that we needed to replace the carpet. Our realtor and I convinced her to try cleaning and in our opinion it turned out really good and saved us a ton of money replacing the carpet. A couple stains and high traffic areas were just beyond what was possible, but we knew that going in, and the rest looked great.I would definitely recommend them.Very professional, prompt and did a great job. We have carpet that is only 5 years old, and I was hesitant to have it cleaned. It seems that once carpet is cleaned it mats down and seems dirty again after just a short while. I explained my concerns to Paul, and he reassured me that the carpet would be thoroughly rinsed and there should be no problem. He was right! The carpet came out beautifully and has held up to lots of traffic since without any problem with matting. Paul was extremely pleasant to work with......great sense of humor and very personable and friendly. We are doing our carpet cleaning in two stages as we wanted to move as much furniture out of the way as possible. We will be having him back to do our upper level and stairs. I look forward to working with Paul again and would highly recommend him to others.

Excellent service! The owners adjusted their schedules to clean our carpets on very late notice as an urgent request. This included re-scheduling our original appointment to fit our hectic work life. When they arrived at our house Paul, one of the owners, explained their company vision, their cleaning process and the price. No attempts to up-sell services or products and no charging for sq.ft. that wouldn't be cleaned. Excellent results! Like most families we had a couple of high traffic areas that needed "special attention". I didn't expect those areas to come clean. In fact, they now look just as clean and new as the carpet where there is little foot traffic. As Paul said, "we take the time to do the job right, we get your carpet clean." The experience was great. The A-1 Carpet crew is accommodating and professional. I am selling my mother's house and it needed to be ready for an open house within several days. Even though their schedule was full, A-1 fit me in very quickly. The carpeting is old and had some stains, but they did a great job of rejuvenating it and making it seem fresh and clean. They worked fast and charged a reasonable price. Steam cleaning is fresh and odor-free so there was no odorous film left behind. I was very pleased with the service and would certainly use A-1 Carpet again.

Very happy with this company. Paul was very professional and polite. They came early (called first) and did a walk through first and we talked about what needed to be done. Then they got right to work and got it done quickly and efficiently. The carpet looked and smelled fresh and new. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Their prices were about the same as most, higher than some, but worth it.

It went very well...the guys simply go the extra mile without asking....unlike "The Guys With The BLACK TRUCK" who in the past have done mediocre work at best and charge extra for everything like pre spotting, Scotch Guard etc.

They cleaned every carpet in our house, including stairs, to pure perfection. I could not believe the work they did - such a great job and the carpets were not soaking wet and soapy like so many other carpet cleaners who I have had have left them. Best of all, Paul is an absolute nice guy & professional, as were his business partners. My husband is a SUPER picky consumer of this type of work - never loves the idea of letting someone else do it because he thinks he can do it better himself.....and even he was VERY impressed! I will never use any other carpet cleaner and I mean that!

Paul and his helper showed up a little early after calling to get my approval. After I showed him the work I desired, he explained in detail what he would do and the results I would most likely get since the carpet on the stairs was very worn and dirty and then gave me the option to change my mind if I wanted to. I stuck to my original request. Paul was very professional, considerate and friendly. He and his partner did a great job on the couches, the family room carpet and the stairs as well.

Paul and Jim are awesome. Not only are they carpet cleaning pros, but they are two of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I just enjoy talking to them while they are cleaning the carpets.

I called on Monday and the owner was here Tuesday morning. Couldn't have been a faster response time! Very pleasant person!

All went great! Paul and jim were a delight to have in the house and did their work while I did mine. They offered suggestions on how to maintain the cleanliness and how often we should have the sectional cleaned. We will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future for our upholstery and/or carpet cleaning needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these guys.

Paul did a great job and we will gladly use his company again for future carpet cleaning needs. He was quick to phone back and was willing to work our job quickly into his schedule. (I wanted it to be done before my parents arrived on July 2). Paul arrived early, walked through the job with me, and gave a concise and accurate estimate for the work. He was very willing to move furniture and to work with me to make sure that everything was done just how I needed it to be. First the carpet was sprayed with a citrus cleaner (smelled amazing). Paul asked whether there were any pet stains (we have two cats), or other concerns I wanted to make sure were addressed. The carpet was very thoroughly cleaned. Paul suggested we avoid as much foot traffic as possible for the first day. It took a couple days for the carpet to completely dry. It looks absolutely beautiful and everything in the basement smells clean and fresh (not like a cover-up scent, just clean). I thought the price was reasonable and well worth the final result.

They did a very good job. They provided advice on carpet care and cleaning. This the second time I have used them and will continue to use them.

Set up the service with Paul, was very easy--he provided an estimated price range; the work was done within that price range. It's not the cheapest deal around (though a 20% discount was given for Angie's List customers), but the quality was incredible. Jim did the service with Blake--they were fantastic. They listened to everything that I wanted done, they listened to me talk about the problem areas, the high-traffic areas; they answered questions. We talked about a few areas where I wanted to have all the furniture moved, even though it would have been easier and appropriate not to move it--they were happy to do what I asked and were always asking if I was satisfied--which I was. They were incredibly professional, they cleaned some area rugs in the home and went out of their way to ensure the rugs were well positioned for drying. They did some areas of high-traffic multiple times to ensure that they got the very best results. When it comes to carpet cleaning, I am picky--I want the job done well...and am happy to pay more than the bottom-offer...these guys are the best I've ever worked with and I will use them again and again and again. As they were leaving, they told me they were going to yet another job (it was 5p) b/c the client had called with water damage and an odor--and Jim said that he knew he had to get there soon to be able to make the best impact possible. Aside from being fantastic cleaners, they are fantastic people--good to the core, completely trustworthy, strong values...hard working...can't say enough good to characterize their great work.

Paul called me back right away and was able to fit me in within the range I wanted. He and Jim came as scheduled. They did a great job and couldn't have been nicer! They were able to get spots off of my stairs that the last person who cleaned my carpet couldn't get out. I was impressed!! I will be using them again soon to do the rest of my house.
