It was a fair price and a very good job carpeting looks great. Nice guy and very professional.

It went really well. My husband and I were unable to move all the furniture and we told him to just go around it. The service man voluntarily moved the furniture and put it back in place when done cleaning which we greatly appreciated.

A-Plus has cleaned our carpet and upholstery for 5-10 years. They've always done a superb job! They are prompt, courteous, and do ALL the heavy lifting. (I don't have to lift a finger except to write the check :-) I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.

They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and rugs. We had some tough spots on our carpet they were able to get out. They arrived ahead of schedule and did their work effectively and efficiently. It went VERY well. Paul greeted us as he walked into the door by saying, " Thanks for calling us back again"! We told them the scope of the work and showed them where the carpets were very soiled. They looked over the job, discussed the soiled areas then started by "pre-spraying" the worst locations. Our carpet is the original and is about 16 years old (near end-of-life). Prior to them arriving, we followed their instructions and moved the fragile lamps, etc. so they could move furniture without regard. Paul and Jim worked very well together as a team. They wasted no time, were very efficient, pleasant and professional. They called the day of the job and estimated their time of arrival (VERY nice)! They especially worked h****** the soiled spots and steps and got them VERY clean. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved and when finished, set the furniture on Styrofoam blocks and told us how to dry the carpet. They cleaned the 3 rooms, steps and hall in about 2 hours. We were VERY pleased with the result and will call them back. They are very experienced, knowledgeable in carpet and carpet cleaning.

It went great. They told me how I could machine wash the sofa in the future and showed me how to do it. While they were here they opted at no extra charge to clean an area rug and another upholstered chair and dining room chair. Overall, they were very easy to talk with and did a great job. -

Let me start off by saying that I am pretty OCD, maybe a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. It is upsetting to me whenever I have work done in the house and anything gets damaged, like wall dings and floor scratches. And since we are putting the house on the market every scuff and scratch matters in a competitive market. The house is eight years old and this was the first time I've had the carpet cleaned (we are a shoe-free house). I studied the reviews here carefully, and I also considered other providers, but I decided to go with A Plus because of the sheer number of positive reviews compared to other companies. Paul and Jim were prompt, efficient, professional and pleasant. I warned them good-naturedly that I would be watching them like a hawk, but they didn't seem to mind me following them around. I'm sure they thought I was crazy, but my home is my sanctuary and I take pride in it. They did a very thorough job, and although the carpet wasn't visibly dirty to begin with, it did look better in traffic areas after it was dry. They may seem pricey, but as with everything you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

Great service! I had made a call on a Tuesday morning and they were able to fit me in between 2 jobs that same afternoon. Two gentlemen arrived in a van that was self-contained with its own water and power source and a hose was pulled into the house that carried the stream and provided the vacuum. Carpets were pretreated with a light coat of a citrus solution and carpets were double-rinsed. Areas that were more heavily soiled were retreated as necessary. Price was based on actual square foot of carpet cleaned and Angies Discount applied. The two men were personable, respectful of my home and carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. What more could I want from a carpet cleaning service!

Great experience start to finish. My initial phone call was answered immediately by a very personable and professional Paul, and the appointment was scheduled within a couple of days at my convenience. Paul and Jim came exactly when they said they would, and called ahead to confirm their ETA. Great communication! Our carpet was wool, and had been neglected for several years. The traffic areas were heavily soiled, and there were several spots/stains. Paul and Jim explained the characteristics of wool carpet (compared to synthetics), explained the differences in care, and the challenges of stain removal. That being said, they gave the trouble spots extra attention, and the end result was great. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were a pleasure to deal with in every way. Needless to say, now that I know who to call for great service, the carpet won't be neglected again. I expect to have Paul and Jim back every year.

We were so pleased with the service provided. We closed on the property in the afternoon, and the guys beat us to the house. They did a fantastic jobs with the carpeting. In fact, a couple of the people that helped us move in the next day thought it was new carpet. We will definitely use A-Plus for our future carpet cleaning projects.

Great! Willy called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way (1 hour prior) arrived ahead of schedule and was friendly and professional. Willy also let me know how long it would take him and if i needed anything else done besides what i had requested. Price was what great! I would definately use this service again! :)

They were great. Paul was very responsive and kept me updated on when they would arrive. They were very efficient when they were here. We had some cat smells and Paul gave me product advice to help with that in the future. They are super friendly and professional. It was a great experience.

There was blood on the carpets in multiple room. He came in and did the best job that he could. He was up front and honest about the job.

I called Paul based on his Angie's List reviews. I left a message, which was promptly returned. He had an opening the next day between two other jobs,and he gave me an estimated time of arrival and a price quote based on an Angie's List discount. He called the next day to give me a heads-up that they were done with the first job and could be at the house earlier. Great! Paul asked about pets in the home to assure they were contained. He and Dave did an excellent job on wool carpeting 20+ years old and did not try to sell me Scotchguard or any other additional products. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I would use them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

A team of two came out to our residence right on time (even called as they were early to make sure it was OK). They wore shoe covers while inside and promptly took them off as they went outside for more supplies. Very cordial and professional. We had many areas that were oily from our family dog that needed special attention, which they did a great job to bring out. The whole job was done with 1-1/2 hours. Very happy with the results!

I had to move my appt with the guys once which was no problem. The day of, the called me to let me know they were running on schedule for my afternoon appointment in case I needed to run errands or anything. They also called to let me know they were on the way. I super appreciated that communication. Paul and Jim are professional and genuine. They didn't try to up sell me on any products and the estimate was spot on for the charges. I saw a clear difference in the cleanliness of the carpeting. Super happy with the service head to toe.
