On time, reasonable priced. Nice couple of guys. Did as good job as possible.

They were flexible and easy to schedule. The owner and a young staff showed up on time. The staff performed cleaning while the owner was closely supervising him. The owner was a nice guy to talk to. Carpet felt clean afterward.

Scheduled a time for them to come out in about a week (I was not in any hurry). Both of the owners arrived promptly, gave us an estimate and did the work the same morning. Very professional. We needed our 3-piece sectional sofa cleaned, and Paul recommended that instead of having him clean all of the cushions, we instead try washing the cushion covers in the washing machine, and he'd just clean the fabric on the frame parts, which saved us a couple hundred dollars. He explained the best way to wash the covers. (It took some time to get them all washed and air dried, but it worked well and sofa looks so much better.) Carpets dried quickly and look very good -- there was no weird smell or stiff texture. Appreciated the advice on the sofa and very happy with the work done.

They were right on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job cleaning and and even cleaned some areas that a previous carpet cleaner did not do a very good job on. The owner of the company did the work and was very conscientious and trustworthy. I would certainly have them again.

I called several services and Paul impressed me right off. He was very responsive, engaging and professional throughout the process. I hired A-Plus to come clean the sectional. When Paul and Jim arrived they offered to do the area rug at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again!

We will use them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

There were two fellows, one being Paul an owner. Paul responded quickly to my inquiry on Angie's List and answered all questions. They were able to work the carpet cleaning time so it came soon after air duct cleaning. I appreciated the timing. Both fellows were very personable and quite diligent about cleaning. It had been too long since the carpets had been cleaned so they had to go over a few areas more than once. At the end Paul said I should call if they missed anything. So far we are very happy with the job. I imagine the only reason we will call him back is after more time goes by and it's time to have the carpets cleaned again.

They did a great job. I hadn't been cleaned in several years. They did a great job. It looks like new!

The rug I hava is an expensive true Chinese Aubisson runner. Very heavy, very thick, and with the light colors, I was worried about running of the colors. The rug was beautiful. In fact, I have had it cleaned in the past but this time it came back looking like new. I have over 22 rugs that will need to be cleaned, at some point, and most are expensive Persian rugs and A-Plus will be my service of choice as I trust them explicitly with my rugs.

My experience with A Plus Carpet Cleaners was excellent. The individuals were professional yet very friendly. They did a wonderful job cleaning a leather couch, which had been soiled by an animal. The couch smells a lot better than prior to their expertise. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the product, which I most certainly was. I plan to have them back again to clean my carpet throughout the house. I highly recommend them to all!

They set up an appointment quickly even though it was right before Christmas. They arrived on time and completed the work in the expected time frame. Two men performed the work and were very friendly and upbeat while they did it. The furniture is older and they explained what limitations they faced. I was well satisfied.

They were very professional and did a great job. There were a couple of spots on the carpeting that they were able to remove. They offered to clean the spots if there were still stains after the carpeting dried. This is the best, most professional carpet cleaning service that I have ever used.

We took advantage of a seasonal offer A-plus made in addition to the normal Angie's member discount. My wife and I have used their services on several occasions in our previous homes and I have utilized their services to clean the carpets in my office building. They respond quickly to a call for an appointment and are very punctual. They are very neat, orderly and thorough in their cleaning ... and always go the extra mile without jacking up the cost of their services. A bonus is that they are very personable and build good relationships with their large and loyal client base. It's very easy to have them in our home. My wife has two aging cats in the house, which cause occasional carpet issues. Paul and Jim offer good advice about carpets and pet care as well as providing great cleaning in places where the cats have been a problem.

I originally intended to hire them to clean the sectional in my family room, which has suffered the fate of little kids for the last 5 years. However, when they arrived, there was no longer a tag with cleaning instructions on the couch. Since it was in pretty good shape but for one arm and some spots on the cushions, they had concerns about leaving water marks or other damage that could be worse in the end. They instead recommended I test wash one couch cushion cover on the gentle cycle (cold, with a safety pin holding the zipper shut) and put it back over the couch cushion to dry. It worked great so I washed all covers. They also worked on one really dirty arm of the couch with some cleaning solution and left me with a bottle of it (for free). That area showed marked improvement. And they didn't charge me anything. I then decided to have some carpet cleaned which we scheduled for the next week. They gave me a heads-up call as they promised and were on time. They were careful and thorough, and even did a couple extra front hall rugs for free. They were personable and professional. I would certainly recommend A-Plus.

The did a great job ... very very responsive and easy to work with AND they did a great job. They are a little bit more expensive and that might prevent me from using them again.

The first phone contact was pleasant and Paul followed up with a reminder and then called to ask if they could come early. To clean the rug they had to move a table and chairs off it and then carry it upstairs to the room it was to go in, where there was more space to work. I think that was beyond the job description, but it was done uncomplainingly, accompanied by friendly chatting. Paul declined to clean a sofa as I'd asked, because he said it was wear as much as dirt and I wouldn't be satisfied with the results. That honesty saved us both some trouble.

I have used Paul and Jim many times over the years to clean my carpets. They ALWAYS do an EXCELLENT job!! They are good to communicate about what is needed before they begin the job. They are also careful and efficient as they move about the house. I would not use any one else to clean my carpets!

When I was doing my Angie's List carpet cleaners search I was more quality driven over price as my carpeted stairs were pretty trashed. We have wooden floors on our main level so we sometimes can be a bit lazy with removing our shoes. We err going to replace the carpeting on the stairs even though it is only six years old but decided to wait until next spring. As we are entertaining over the holidays I at least wanted to try to freshen the stairs up a bit. I hired A-Plus solely based on the reviews and I must say they did an excellent job considering what they had to start with. We live in a multi-level town-home so we've got plenty of stairs and then they also did the master bedroom. The total with tax was just shy of $169.00 which included a 20% Angie's List discount. Super nice guys and they're not subcontractors so one of the two owners always comes out on the job. I'd definately recommend them to anybody and would use them again. Another thing that I liked is they didn't try to upswell me on any scotch guard which I always feel is such a scam...just my opinion!! :)

I scheduled the cleaning with Paul (A-Plus Carpet Cleaners) a few weeks ago, and he was courteous and professional. Today they cleaned our carpets. They did an excellent job and were professional in all respects. I would highly recommend them.

Received a very fast call back after requesting a quote. Worked us into his schedule to accomodate our needs and timing. Pricing was excellent and the service was impeccable. Called ahead to confirm they were on time (actually a bit ahead but that worked fine for us). Friendly and responsive. Will definitely use again.

I have used A-Plus Carpet cleaning since I found them on Angies list in 2010. They always go above and beyond but this time warranted an extra review. It's a week before thanksgiving, their schedule is packed but they made room for me after learning that my dog had diarrhea all over my basement carpeting. Paul came out the next morning and took care of it. He did the great job he always does. He's professional and personable. I will continue to use no one else but A-Plus carpet for my carpet cleaning needs.

Paul was prompt and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The carpet was a lower level (basement) gray burber carpet that is 20 years old. He did a good job getting age old stains out and cleaning worn traffic areas. Quick cleanup and no problems.

Bottom line: It was a great experience. Well worth the time & effort involved for us to organize and prepare for the cleaning. Paul initially came to scope out the job and provide an estimate for the work. Answered phone calls and emails promptly. Appreciated his communication the day of the job - alerting me to exactly when he would arrive in relation to start cleaning and when they would be done. Always nice to have upbeat people, like Paul, who enjoy their jobs. The carpet looks great. So pleased with the work that was done. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Lastly, it is SO WONDERFUL to have clean carpet again.

Paul Sievert was very responsive to my request and answered my questions. I appreciated very much his willingness to fit me in his schedule that very day. He was professional, courteous, and personable. He gave me an estimate for the rest of the house and I will definitely use this company in the future.

It all went really well once again. We had had A Plus out to our home this summer to clean the carpet in the lower level of our home and knew we would have them return to do the upper level. They are very careful when bringing their equipment in and doing the cleaning, and inform you of the process all along the way. They are just a team who know what they are doing and are very good at it. Their friendly yet professional manner and the quality of their work makes you want to hire them again in the future.
