Paul came out and cleaned my carpets today he was very friendly and thoughtful . He told me when he left that he wants his customers to be happy and that if I for any reason feel that the carpets aren’t as clean as I expected to give him a call and he will come out and see what he can do . No hidden pricing was great to work with

It went great. Paul was wonderful about explaining the process, answering questions and just doing a great job. He also came on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend which we greatly appreciated since we were moving. Would most definitely recommend and hire again.

It went really well. Paul (and his son Paul) were friendly, prompt, and pleasant to have in the house. He set expectations clearly on the front end when he bid the job, and lived up to all of them. I would definitely use him again.

Everything was perfect. Paul called ahead to confirm arrival. At arrival there was an efficient walk through of the area to be cleaned and and explanation of the process. The invoice was explained. The work was excellent. We have used them twice now, and the 2nd time was just as good as the first.

A-Plus has provided great carpet cleaning for us for years (we have enlisted their services at least 4 times). They are conscientious, careful, polite and willing to answer any carpet/rug questions. They were fairly priced when we hired them originally - we have since rehired based on prior service quality. I would hightly recommend their services.

Paul and Jim arrived exactly on time (love it!), were careful to understand what needed to be done, cleaned the carpets - including removal of some unsightly spots, and even sang a few tunes while working. Without question, I'd have them back again.

We've had Paul and his team over several times in the past few years and every time they do an amazing job. We have 4 kids and 2 dogs and they leave our carpets like new. On top of that, they are the nicest people and reasonably priced. Wouldn't go with anyone else!

Excellent experience! Paul and Jim stayed in contact with me as needed between the time I scheduled the appointment and the time they arrived. Once at my home, they really did an excellent job - moving the big furniture, going over the carpet multiple times, entertaining me with their back and forth banter. This is the second time that we have used A-Plus Carpet Cleaning and they have been great both times! They showed up right on time and got to work. We had stairs, 4 bedrooms, and a loft cleaned and it took about 2 hours. They were very realistic about some spots that may not come up (could be paint or marker from previous owners), and everything looked great.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the work Paul did today in our home. We have a crazy house full with kids and pets, all stuck inside during these difficult times. He was very efficient and did a tremendous job cleaning our carpets which I had thought we would have to replace, now they look like new, and I walk upstairs and only smell freshness. He was incredibly kind and gave us a lot of good pointers to keep our carpets clean and smelling fresh as I was not at all going about it the right way and only making things worse the more I scrubbed. We will definitely be calling him again as larger than life messes are a regular thing in our larger than life family.

Our carpet is clean! We had a few stains and then I spilled red wine in the middle of the living room - ughhhhhh! That stain is long gone - I can't even tell where it was! They were quick to set up an appointment and they were available within a week!
