A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

The cleaning went well. They worked h****** some stains that I couldn't get out and they did get the stains out. I would use them again. They were very polite and professional. They put stuff back in place. Two people came out and it took about a good couple of hours. I would tell a friend or family member that I would recommend this company.

Didn't hire as for less than 500SQFT of space costing $270+tax...h*** NO.

I called to have the carpets cleaned when we were between renters. They were able to come out within a few days and did a great job. They were coming from another job and showed up at the beginning of the 1 hour time frame they had given. The carpet is over 10 yrs old and had a lot of stains from the previous renters. Only 1 stain did not come out and I'm not sure what the stain was from or how long it had been there. Otherwise the carpeting looked like new and there was not a very chemically smell. I would call them again to clean the carpets in my home or to clean unidentified stains from renters again.

For carpet cleaning I think it was A-Plus. It was fine. They were fine. It was a little better than what I expect. The quality was fine. They cleaned it.

A+ did another excellent job for me! Always on time, professional, and helpful with all issues related to carpet (ie. doggie problems!) I will definitely hire again!

Both Paul and Jim were very professional, friendly and worked together extremely well. I have 2 big Golden Retrievers and dog sit other large dogs so my carpets were in dire need of cleaning. They explained their process for cleaning/sanitizing the carpet and gave me a tip on keeping the carpet smelling nice even though I have dogs. I had dander/oil stains where my dogs sleep next to the soft and also on the loveseat which they got out. They arrived on time and worked hard the whole time they were here and I really liked that they sought out the stains and areas needing extra cleaning. They pride themselves on doing a great job and I will definitely be calling them for my carpet cleaning next year. They also get extra credit for taking a couple minutes to pay attention to my dogs.

Jim was very nice and professional. Came out first to give an estimate and scheduling the cleaning was done in a reasonable amount of time. He was dependable, showed up when he said he would. He came out with his partner to do the job. Liked that they do not have a bunch of people working for them, they do all the work themselves. Also they will move most furniture for you so you don't have to do all the work yourself. Jim started cleaning in the morning and carpets were mostly dry by the afternoon. Would use them again.

We used A+ Carpet Cleaning to clean our very large 3-piece sectional (couch, loveseat & corner wedge). Paul was FANTASTIC to work with and our couch looks AMAZING! Paul was great with communication, arrived on time (also called to let us know he was on his way), was very professional and our couch looks brand new again. We've had the couch for over 5 years (never cleaned) and also a black lab and 2 year old in the house, so Paul had his work cut out for him but we couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely be using them for our carpets and furniture in the future, we are customers for life!

This is the third time I have used A-Plus and have always been pleased with the results of their work. I have two cats that always seem to vomit their hair balls on the carpet rather than the wood floor. Plus I prefer people not to remove their shoes when in my home. So this results in pretty dirty and stained rugs. These guys have been excellent in stain removal and showing me how to minimize future stains. I will definitely use them again.

It went great…pleasant people who were enthusiastic about their work and life. It was pouring rain and never a complaint that they had to deal with that. They moved a few pieces of furniture and worked efficiently. I am glad to have used them.

This is not our first time using A-Plus and will not be our last. They do an amazing job and work especially hard at getting stains out of our carpet. Put all furniture on styrofoam blocks while they cleaned the carpet. Very professional and friendly.

Paul and Jim are the owners and do all of the cleaning themselves. They were very professional, were very thorough and seemed to enjoy and take pride in the job. I found them on Angie's List and hired them based on others reviews and because I liked the fact that the owners did the work themselves and their business success was based the quality of their work and subsequent ratings. They didn't disappoint and I will definitely hire them again!

The two gentlemen showed up on time and were done in a few hours. They were very careful to protect corners and walls from the cleaning hoses. The carpets came out looking very nice and I would certainly consider using their service the next time around.

Paul personally handled the service and was extremely pleasant, personable and professional. Not only did he clean and revitalized the upholstery, but he provided excellent advice regarding interim care and best practices for the furniture. Between the age and the storage factor, we had little hope in being able to utilize the sofa and Lon confidence that a cleaning would restore its appearance - we were wrong, pleasantly so! A-Plus did such a fantastic job we can proudly display and use this sofa! Thanks Paul!

It went like clock work. They knew their jobs well and worked together like a well oiled machine. Very impressive. We were very pleased and plan on calling them again. We highly recommend them.

Two professionals showed up on time to clean the carpet. They moved furniture to clean, placing plastic pieces under each leg when they moved the furniture back into the exact same spot. They even did a quick cleaning of our area rugs free of charge as they worked their way out of the laundry room on the way to the truck! Wonderful job and friendly service every time they come!

They were on time and got right to work. it was a mess. My son lived up there for several years and I guess I forgot to teach him to clean. Jim and Paul came in and got right to work and to my surprise they managed to clean most of the spots and lighten up the one that won't come out. These guys are friendly and professional, what a joy to work with. They even went out of their way to help me remove the mattress that was still up there, thanks for all the hard work guys, I appreceiated it.

These guys are great. Not only did they clean carpet and upholstery superbly, Paul showed me how I could save money by cleaning my own couch cushions. Once I did that, the areas looks fresh and clean and it couldn't have been done without A Plus Carpet Cleaning.

From making the appointment and getting the price quote to them arriving on time and performing the services, it went very well. They did a wonderful job on cleaning my furniture and area rug. They also did all the work with smiles and fun stories. Paul and Jim, you guys are very fun! Paul gave me a discount on the price and did not charge me for one of the chairs since it just needed spot cleaning. Thanks guys! Will use again in the future and recommend them to my friends!

A-Plus does a great job. We had a great experience prior and so called them again. This time was only carpet and area rugs (prior included spot clean of couch). Jim and Paul are very professional. They worked around my schedule and provided updates on timing of arrivals. Reminded me to secure pet due to open doors. Stains were removed and carpet looks great!
