A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

This is our second experience with Paul and Jim, and my wife and I are very happy with their work. Friendly, professional guys that come in, work hard, and do a great job of getting the carpet clean. They cleaned some areas that we thought were beyond hope, and had the carpet looking like new again.

Paul and Jim did a great job. The carpet is old and there were spots on it but they pretreated them and tried to get as much out as they could. They were very friendly, prompt, efficient and hard working. The carpet looks a lot cleaner and would gladly have them back in the future.

Outstanding service. I was a bit hesitant because other carpet cleaners offer more sq footage cleaned for the same price. However once I saw the results I was convinced it was well worth the price. A Plus got stains out of the carpets that noone else has been able to do. Very professional and good to work with. I highly recommend A Plus.

I brought them in for part of the house as our cat had urinated repeatedly on the family room carpeting. Paul and Jim treated the offended areas and repeatedly cleaned them. They also were able to get chocolate coffee stains out of the bedroom carpeting. They left deodorizer for me to use on the carpet. They did a great job-as usual. I've used Paul and Jim for many years and really trust and respect them.

Everything I read on Angie's List review proved to be true with A-Plus Carpet cleaners. He told me up front what to expect plus a few hints for the future. The price was right and service outstanding. You can't go wrong with using this company. Thank you for a great job.

Paul and Jim were outstanding once again. They had performed carpet cleaning for us in the past about 2 years ago and did an excellent job then, too. They are both very personable yet highly professional and got the job done quickly and extremely well. They were punctual and provided the highest level of carpet care I have seen (and I have had experience with several different companies before I found A Plus on Angies List). They were upfront with me about cost and were very careful with our furniture that needed to be moved for carpet cleaning. Great job!

Anybody who says customer service is a thing of the past has obviously not used A-Plus Carpet Cleaning. These guys were awesome! They were highly professional. They arrived and got to work immediately and were extremely pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently, all the while doing an excellent job on my carpet. Our carpet had been in pretty terrible shape, and they made it look great again. Their prices were reasonable. And they didn't try upselling us on stain treatment or whatever. The last time we had our carpets cleaned, we used a deal through Groupon and got charged three times the Groupon amount because the guy told us we needed all these extra services. These guys came in, did a great job, and charged a single, reasonable price. I really appreciated that. In addition, the guys were fun to be around. They had been working together for 18 years, and they obviously had a great rapport and working relationship. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. That was the best service I've had, for anything, ever. Great job guys!!!

They did a great job on the carpets and were nice to work with. Scheduling was fine with them.

It.They worked quickly and promptly. They pretreated the stairs -- the carpet is old -- and were careful to tell me afterwards how long to let everything dry. I was very pleased with the upholstery, which looks great! I found streaks on part of the stair carpet, despite being very careful about not walking on it much for three days -- I called, and they came back on October 2 and redid the stairs (without the pre-treat). I recognize that maybe there is only so much they could do with the carpet, but the streaks were bothersome and a worry -- they seem to be going now, so that may have been resolved. They are energetic, which is good, although I would have liked a bit more advice before they began on the stairs; I should have asked more directly, though. i was advised not to have them clean the dining room carpet, because of the fringe and the material (synthetic). It was part of the original estimate, though. I found them to be responsive, professional, and careful. The price was much more than the last time I had this kind of cleaning done (by about $100), and more rugs were cleaned. However, the quality of the upholstery cleaning was far superior.

Very pleased with this carpet cleaning. I was on a tight schedule to get my mom's house ready to sell and Paul squeezed in this small job the SAME DAY we called. The carpets look like new, and a concerning stain is gone! Thanks so much.

There were two kind of middle-aged guys who were very good. The end results of the job were very good. They were very thorough and it did not take them very long. They came in and surveyed the area that we wanted done and told us how much it would be. We got a discount, but I can't remember how much it was. They gave us instructions to have the fans on and so on for 24 hours and not to put any furniture back until then. It was very dry in the morning. They came kind of in the morning and they were fun, also. We bought a Big Deal for Angie's List for this service and did not do any price comparison. I thought their price was fair. They came a couple of days after we called. They had an opening in their schedule, which is what we liked. They were right on time and called to say they were on their way. Their professionalism was very good.

I was very impressed with the service provided. They called about 1/2 hour before arriving to let us know they were on the way. This gave us time to get our dogs put away. They were very efficient and professional. They did awesome jobs on our carpets. They pre-treated our carpets at no additional charge. There were no hidden cost. They did a through job. I would definitely call them again to do my house and would recommend them to everyone. I like that the owner Jim and Paul do all the work themselves and do not contract out the work.

Paul and Jim came out on time and began working right away. They did a great job, were very friendly and personable. They both are owners of the company and are the ones that come and do the work - no subcontractors,which was a big reason I called them. I will definitely call them again for carpet or upholstery cleaning. Great to know of people who do a super job and stand behind their work. A+ is the perfect name for their company!

Fantastic experience! They arrived EARLY for their job and completed in the time projected. All surfaces were pre-treated and then thoroughly cleaned - twice and three times in the really dirty areas! Paul and Jim have worked together for years and have good rapport with customers. They clearly outlined their price point before doing the job, and explained the follow-up process simply. High recommendation! Do not hesitate to call them. We will definitely call them next time!

Jim and Paul (i've forgotten which is the owner) arrived on time and worked efficiently and carefully. They communicated well and freely. A week later a few spots reappeared. They cheerfully returned and removed the spots which never returned. I heartily recommend them.

I use them all the time and I have been using them for the last five years. They are great and I have recommended them to many of my friends and I just don't even bather with any one else they are good. They are very easy to get a hold of them, they show up and o the work. They make my thirty year old carpet look very new so I appreciate that. His prices are good and he always gives me a discount.

This is the second time we have had A Plus clean our carpets and again we were completely satisfied. Great communication from the first contact. I had to cancel one appt and Paul was extremely understanding and rescheduled for the following week. Work is done efficiently and professionally with great results. We will continue to use A Plus for our carpet cleaning needs!

They arrived on time, were professional and efficient and made my 10 year old carpet look better than I expected. Paul explained what they tried on the few spots they were not able to remove. They moved and replaced furniture where necessary. The carpet was dry within a day. The price was high but they cleaned a lot of carpet. I think it was a good value for the money. I will definitely call them the next time I need carpet cleaning.

Fantastic as usual. Thorough and excellent attention to detail. Have used them in the past and this is why we used them this time. Good tip on laundering pillow covers in between cleaning. Had not considered that until the suggestion was made. Very personable and down to earth folks. Top notch/clean equipment. Very professional.

Paul and Jim came right on time and got right to work. They did a great job cleaning the carpet, moving and re-placing some of the furniture. Very professional, and friendly, would hire again.

Paul and is crew are great. I think this is the 4th time they've cleaned carpets in my home. They are responsive, prompt, professional, *really* nice, and they have always done a great job on our carpets.

Wow, Wow & Wow!!!!! What a fantastic job they did. I needed to employ someone who could come out the very day I called them because there were stains that had just occurred on my mother's sofa and she uses that sofa all the time - and she's 96 years old. As I began calling some companies listed on Angie's List - I needed to talk to someone "LIVE", not leave a voice mail. As soon as I called A Plus - it seemed as if I was going to go into voice mail - so I hung up and called another place. Unfortunately - that company said they couldn't do the cleaning job until a month later. While I was on the phone with that other company A-Plus called me back. Once I was talking to A-Plus, I knew I was in good hands. Paul was so nice on the phone and said that he could come out THAT VERY AFTERNOON TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO. I was thrilled to hear that they would be able respond so quickly. I arranged to be at my mothers house about 1:45 and they were there waiting for me. As soon as they got into the home - Paul and his Partner, Jim, went right to work.....they efficiently and effectively cleaned the stains in the sofa cushions, cleaned stains and spots on the carpet that had been there a long time and I could see them vanish right before my eyes. If they could eliminate my age spots like that they would be billionaires. The carpeting looked and smelled great, as did the sofa cushions, and stairway. The gentlemen were very personable, enthusiastic, and fast, faster, fastest in their effort to do a good job. I couldn't have been more pleased. The quality of their work couldn't have been better. It was an all-round successfully completed job.

Jim was here promptly this morning, and cleaned the carpeting. He was friendly, professional, did a great job. I regularly have the carpet cleaned 2-3 times a year. I've got to say that this cleaning beats all of he big names (Coit, Zerorez, Stanley), that I've had in the past. They will certainly be asked back the next time I need a carpet cleaning.
