It went great. They arrived when they said they would. They explained what they would do and the process. He also showed me the cost and I agreed to it and signed off on the work to be done. We will have them come out again to shampoo other areas in the house soon.

Very friendly, explained what was happening, suggestions on drying time. Carpet looks beautiful!

They did a great job - I have three large dogs and hadn't had the furniture cleaning in several years. Everything looked great. Even so, I appreciated that they stressed that if anything did not turn out how I would have liked, that they would happily return and try again. I did not have to take them up on their conscientious offer, as I could not have asked for better results

The two gentlemen were on time and very professional. They cleaned areas beyond our initial conversation and the price remained the same. We were so happy with their service, we had them clean the carpet of an additional room and intend on having them clean the classrooms of the church on a regular basis. These guys are the real deal and I give them my very highest recommendation.

Great. They got all big spots out; I have a great big dog. They were real friendly and really nice. They were two guys and they worked really great, fast and were in and out. So I really appreciated that.

A-Plus was great to work with. Called and they were able to provide service on short notice with great results. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, basement, stairs and a hallway along with a 6 piece sectional, sofa and 2 love seats. I was very impressed with how efficient and detailed they were to make sure each area was cleaned the best possible. They also removed several stains as well as deodorized the carpeting due to having several pets in the house. Overall fantastic work and will definitely use again.

I had two very well-used loveseats which we discussed ahead of time regarding the risk to the fabric and my expectations. They were able to apply their experience to get the results I needed from cleaning the furniture and I was very satisfied with the results. I would use them again when the need arises.

They arrived on time, and the cost was what they had quoted. The previous homeowner had a dog, and they took extra care to spray, deodorize and disinfect pet stains on the carpet. They were very efficient and thorough, and took time to explain what they were doing and to make sure we were pleased with the results when they were done.

The price was sticker shock, but the quality of carpet cleaning was excellent. The carpets were dry within 24 hours which is better than the less expensive cleaners. The men were both exceptionally nice and professional.

Paul was very courteous and took extra time to ensure the job was done thoroughly. He also explained the possible results of stains and whether they would be removed/improved. We had just bought a condo in Lake Calhoun area. I was on a time line to get the condo ready for the move-in. I called A-Plus Carpet Cleaning and spoke with Paul. A very nice man. He said he just had a cancellation and would be able to get me on the schedule for the following week. It was a day earlier then I wanted but it worked out great. Paul and his partner came a little earlier then me since I live further away and hit traffic. He was very understanding and said to take my time. They got all their equipment and started to work right away. I still lhad to finish cleaning up in the living room, and asked if they could start elsewhere. No Problem. Both men were veryu accomendating, professionals, easy going and had a sense of humor. They were done in approximately two and half hours. There were a couple of deep grounded spots left by the previous owners. They worked hard to get them out. They couldn't quite get all of the spots out but cleaned it so they were barelyu noticeable. When they finished, the carpets looked great and felt fresh. I would definately hire them again. Thank you for a job well done and being such great guys.

Had A-Plus Carpet Cleaning come out to clean and deodorize a sofa that had been left in storage for few years. There was cat and dog hair from prior to storage and that musty scent that always seems to occur to furniture left too long in storage. Paul was able to get the sofa clean and most of the animal hair/fur out (more than I actually thought would be possible.) Paul also gave us great tips on how to more easily keep the sofa clean going forward.

I contacted Paul last week and got a price estimate for carpet cleaning. He gave me great information on their services and my husband and I were comfortable with the price. When I called Paul again, he coordinated with me to find a day and time that worked well. I really appreciated that he took the time to find something that worked for us. When he and Jim came this morning, they were prompt, efficient, and professional. I also appreciated their friendly and personable style. I had a couple of special requests concerning moving furniture and they were great to work with. The carpet looks great and my husband and I are pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Paul and Jim.

Our experience with A-Plus was exceptional from the initial phone call to the finished job. I called Paul and asked for an appointment to get an estimate for cleaning our carpets which included several steps and small area rugs. Paul came the next day and gave us a price and scheduled a time for the following week. We had not had our carpets cleaned previously so we were looking for someone who was professional and made us feel comfortable that they would do a good job. We had specific high traffic areas we wanted cleaned and Paul was very accommodating to our needs. He also explained thoroughly what he would be doing. The day of our scheduled appointment they were right on time and did a very professional job. They were conscientious of our home. My husband and I will definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them. Paul and Jim were great guys and we enjoyed having them come to our home.

The process went very well. Most important besides the quality of their cleaning is that they arranged their schedule to meet ours. This was very important to us. They arrived on time, reviewed the project with us and started right into cleaning. We had moved small furniture, end tables and dinning chairs and breakable items. They moved all the major furniture couches, dinning table etc, and put them on foam blocks to keep them off the carpet while it dried. They gave us instructions on caring for the carpet and how long to wait before putting the furniture back in place. The carpet turned out great; we are very pleased with the results. Good job Guys.

He treats our home with respect: he places plastic devices on all door jams so his hose doesn't mar the wood work. The hugh vacume/washer is located in the back of his truck. He has all the professional tools needed to tackle the job.
