A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

We have used this provider regularly, almost annually since 2008 and will continue to call on them as long as we remain in our home. Paul and his partner are friendly, personable and are a pleasure to have in our home. Their work is thorough, thoughtful and careful. Trouble spots and heavy traffic areas are pretreated. We try to help by moving lighter furnishings to no carpeted flooring. We do not ask for cleaning under a heavy entertainment center or a heavy non-movable buffet and dinner ware cabinet. They put foam blocks under sofa and dining table legs to allow proper drying of the carpet. The result when they left was just as we hoped and expected as they have in the past. They are highly recommended.

This is the second time I've had Paul back. He cleaned our carpets a few years ago and I was happy to ask him back. He responded to my texts/emails promptly. Scheduling went without a hitch. He was able to come within the time frame I had hoped. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and hardworking. Grateful for the job they did. Couch and love seat look especially nice (since they are a solid fabric). We have a lab/retriever who sometimes rests her chin on this furniture. All traces gone! I would (and have) recommended A-Plus Carpeting Cleaning to others and will have them back again in the future.

This is the second time we've had Paul clean carpets at our house. I don't plan to use any other company in the future. He is extremely responsive, pleasant and does a great job!

This is the second time we've had Paul out to clean, as we've had a number of pet accidents. Paul is very easy to work with, and very prompt in responding to communications. Paul even noticed a spot on the rug that our one-year-old plays on, and cleaned that rug for free. We would definitely recommend A Plus.

The owners of the company both came to do the job. They were punctual, friendly, provided great service. Made sure I was aware of what happens with wet carpet and kids coming down the stairs (they can slip, so I put a rug at the bottom of the stairs). Carpets look nice again. Glad I had them cleaned as it had been awhile. They were timely in getting back to me when I sent them an email to set up the appointment. Easy to work with.

Not only did he do that but he said since that was easy he cleaned the rest of the carpet in the bedroom and the hallway. It was wonderful. He was very good and very professional. He got this horrible spot out. He took his shoes off. He told me what he was going to do and how to do it. He was kind enough to feel like he hadn't done enough. He did a great job. I really thought that was a hopeless spot. The price was very competitive. I suppose I could have gotten somebody cheaper but I went to Angie's List.

They responded to my questions. They showed up on time. They were professional. They did a good job. That puts them about a mile ahead of 98% of the companies out there. I was satisfied and will use them again.

They were excellent at being responsive, coming out to give a good estimate, showing up on time and cleaning the carpets. The carpets look AMAZING! They moved furniture and did a thorough job. What the estimated was the cost ... no trying to upsell at the time, etc. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past by companies that say they are giving you a good "deal" but you always end up paying more than the deal and the end result wasn't as good. These guys were friendly, thorough and GREAT!

Paul and Jim have been cleaning our carpets, rugs, and furniture for over 10 years. They are prompt, courteous, and do a fantastic job. They get pretty much all stains out of anything. I highly recommend them.

They were very thorough and made sure all the spots were cleaned. Very efficient.Would move any furniture that was necessary.

I wanted them to clean my carpets in specified areas, I also request that they clean my recliner which was on my list. The carpets were still dirty. I asked them to come out again and fix the mistake. When they came out and charhged me another 300$ for the job that they didnt even do.

Paul and James arrived within minutes of the time we had arranged despite driving in serious congestion due to one of the commuting-time snowfalls we get now and then. They were both professional and personable the whole time they worked on our carpets. Paul walked me through the job and explained what he and his brother would be doing, and why. I was very satisfied with their preparations and with the care they took as they proceeded to clean the carpets. The work was done in a very efficient manner and the carpets, after being allowed to dry overnight, were clean and stain-free. The carpeted stairs, which has seen an extreme amount of traffic over the years, was slightly less successful than the rest of the carpet. We found a small amount of dark streaking along the outer edge of several stairs. This was not apparent until the carpet had dried, however, so I doubt that there would be any way for Paul and James to observe it right after they finished cleaning. We found that we were able to lift off much of this with a few rounds of light hand scrubbing followed by letting the wetness "wick" into towels. The fact that the rest of the carpeting on the stairs was really clean made it easy to accomplish this small bit of "touching up." We are happy with the service provided and would certainly call on this service company again. We appreciated both the 20% discount offered through the Angie's List booking plus the additional 10% senior discount. We think we got a very good deal from A-Plus Carpet Cleaning.
