A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

As always, Paul and Jim (Steve) to the rescue! This is my 3rd or 4th time working with these fellas and I'll never call another carpet cleaning company in the Twin Cities. They do an incredible job, offer great prices, and are a pleasure to work with. Thank you again gentlemen!

We have used A-Plus Carpet Cleaning in the past and have never been disappointed. Paul came out and cleaned our carpet and stairs and did an amazing job of getting some tough stains out of the carpet. The carpets were spotless and had a lovely citrus smell to them when he left. They not only left us with clean carpets, but left me with a free bottle of a stain remover for the next time my cat decides to chuck up a hair ball. Definitely the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. I will never again fall for a cheap coupon from a chain carpet cleaner again. They are committed to excellent service and enjoy a steady stream of repeat customers.

Jim and Paul arrived on time. Love the fact that they own their company and do the work themselves! Our carpets are 13 years old but are in good condition. Now they look brand new after A-Plus Carpet cleaning. Best cleaning we have ever had. I would definitely use them again and I'm giving their name to our neighbors and family. These gentlemen are exactly that, gentlemen!! So nice to see that chivalry is not dead!! Price was right on and a great bargain for the work and end product.

I had all the carpet cleaned in my house. This included 3 levels, a hallway, and 2 sets of stairs. They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and the 2 of them worked together very well. They did a great job. Paul even offered to stop at my house on his way home from another job to remove the styrofoam from under the furniture as I am not able to lift it. That is first class service.

This must be about the 10th time that I've had A-Plus cleaners clean my carpeting and occasionally furniture as well. They do a super job. They move furniture when necessary or requested. They are friendly and professional Then they clean all the carpets and furniture you've requested. They may not be the cheapest cleaner out there, but they must be the best. They've kept my 15-year old carpeting and furniture clean for all that time. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else. With three cats as well as messy people in this house, I wish I could call them even more often, like once every six months!

A-Plus did a great job! The owners do the work themselves, so they are heavily vested in the outcome. I've had other companies out to clean this carpet before, and no one has been as thorough or careful. Spots that I did not think could possibly be removed came out! I had pet stains from getting a puppy and "missing" a few spots that needed to be cleaned up, stains from muddy feet and paws, coffee stains and red wine stains. The only one they couldn't quite get out was a very old red wine stain that had soaked through a wool area rug and dragged some of the color from the rug with it. Even that was cleaner than it has ever been; I was able to very carefully cut the stained threads and you can't see it at all anymore! The carpet was wet/damp in places for several days afterward (not the 24 hours he estimated it would take), which is a "worth it" annoyance given the results. I was very careful not to remove any plastic from underneath furniture legs until it was bone dry. Carpet feels good to the touch (well, as good as old carpet can feel) and looks better than it has in years. I will definitely use A-Plus again.

Jim and Paul are great. They work efficiently and do great work. From the initial call to discuss the process through scheduling and completing the work, they were on their game. For customized care and attentive focus to your carpets, I highly recommend A-Plus carpet cleaners.

Both Jim and Paul were very polite and professional. They were prompt and efficient. It took only an hour or so for the job and they placed the furniture back where it belonged when they were finished. I plan on having them back to clean my carpet once my projects in progress are complete. Both of them were very personable and clean-cut. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They worked well as a team and I would consider them to be a great find!

I bought a condo and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. They were easy to work with, fit me in to their schedule, and gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. They did a great job on my carpets and were friendly and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Easy scheduling, on time, explained process up front during scheduling, had their own tank (didn't use our water), treated stains without extra cost, put furniture on either foam core (hard) or thin plastic sheeting after the cleaning so they didn't get wet. Did a fansastic job, very personable, very professional.

The improvement in our carpet is 100% ! We have had previous vendors try to clean the carpet and were unable to remove the stains and told us the carpet was in need of replacement.. Wonderful. I was diagnosed with cancer and needed to get my house as sanitized as possible. I had contacted a couple of other carpet cleaning companies but found that they did not go under furniture and beds. They would clean around it but not go under them. Well, having dogs and cats I really needed for all of my carpet to be cleaned. I had two individuals come out and do an extraordinary job. They really spoiled me and they were very conscientious on doing a thorough cleaning of my carpets and furniture. Truthfully, I have never seen my carpet look so wonderful and this is saying a lot since some of these were put in our house 1994. Thank you A-1 for giving me such a wonderful service and having such nice people to work with. It was such a comfort to know that I could now work on my health and know I had done everything to have a clean environment in my own home.

Everything went well. We recently finished a remodeling project, so we really needed to get everything cleaned and A-Plus came through for us. We've used them in the past and we will continue to use them in the future.

I bought the house approx. 1-1/2 yrs ago and had not had cream-colored carpeting cleaned during that time. I had been thinking of getting new, but thought I'd get it cleaned first and see how it looked. Wow! Paul and Jim did a magnificent job. They got all the stains out and made it look almost new. They communicated well throughout the process, walked through the house and immediately gave me the price minus 25% discount (20% from Angie's List and 5% because I hired them during my birthday month), and worked without stopping til it was done (only about 1-1/2 hours). They were professional, pleasant, delivered on their promise. I would use them again without hesitation and will recommend to my friends.

It was their second visit to clean our carpet in the last year. Easy to schedule, great communication, fine work: true professionals. They could not have done a nicer job. They were efficient and very cost friendly. We could not recommend them more highly! Plus, the 20% Angie's List discount was awesome! If you want a topnotch job done, these are your guys!

These guys are always prompt, courteous, responsive, professional and just plain nice. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and they are the only guys I'll call.

The guys at A-Plus truly did an A-Plus job. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time and got right to it. Our carpets had stains on it that are completely gone. They look brand new! Left the house smelling great and looking amazing. Would highly recommend this company, price was great and the work was way better than other services I have used for carpet cleaning. A+

They delivered everything we desire in a contractor.....they are personable and punctual, they thoroughly communicate up to and through the entire process, they work with speed, efficiency and attention to detail, and most importantly they treat the home as though it is their own.

Paul and his employee Jim were fantastic. They called to let me know they were on their way; they arrived on time; they explained what they would be doing; they did the job and put protectors under the legs of the furniture. I had several spots on the carpet due to pet accidents and they were able to remove them. They were fast and efficient. I will recommend them to anyone who asks about a reputable carpet cleaner and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Paul and Steve are amazing. They're punctual, professional, and do a great job cleaning. In fact, these guys go above and beyond in every facet imaginable. They protect every corner of your walls and furniture from their hoses even touching them. I even pointed out certain areas where they could 'half-a**' a run over to save us all time, as I hardly ever touch these areas. Paul and Steve didn't even understand that. 'Half-assed' just isn't in their vocabulary. I even told them they can skip moving certain pieces of furniture. Again, they wouldn't have it. Moved them, cleaned under them, and put them back. Who on earth would move furniture without absolutely having to do so?!?!?? THOSE GUYS!! They're just that good. People who complain that their carpets took too long to dry and give C ratings for that, get serious please. This is Angie's List. As excellent as these guys are, they simply can't be responsible for your home's temperature/humidity, or the outside temperature/humidity. Get to Yelp'n.

Paul was quick to respond when I called for the appt. I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning in about a week. Paul and Jim were great to work with. Paul walked through the house with me first so I could point out the spots that needed to be pre-treated. He and Jim did a great job with the carpet and I was pleased that they were able to get out some spots that other carpet cleaners could not. Paul also cleaned some area rugs for me with no charge. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks Paul and Jim!

Paul and Jim were great! Easy to schedule, arrived on time, with a call ahead. They're both very friendly, personable guys and do a great job, very thorough. This is the first time I've used them for carpet cleaning and I won't hesitate to call them back!

I phoned A-Plus and they scheduled a time in less than 24 hours. Paul arrived early and got right to work after a few questions about what I wanted moved and left alone. They do the heavy moving or clean around larger pieces. He is very professional and thorough but does amazing efficient work. Gave a little advice along the way, but nothing too critical. I enjoy working with Paul very much and will definitely call them in the future as well as highly recommending their services.
