Awesome experience. Paul arrived ahead of schedule, measured the area to be cleaned, provided an estimate and completed the work within a couple of hours. Paul is professional, very friendly, a smile on his face at all times -- I highly recommend him and his company. High quality work.

Paul and team were great! Arrived when promised to clean carpets before we put our house on the market. Upon arrival, Paul actually recommended we reschedule until before the first open house so carpets were fresh. He was flexible in finding another time that worked for us. Team was very professional, including being very conscientious about taking care of our kitty during the cleaning process. Paul even noted a room whose carpet was quite clean. He offered to spot clean a couple of spots in this room and lowered our costs accordingly. We would definitely use A-Plus again!!

Fabulous! They were friendly guys and they did a wonderful job. We had soiled carpet from 3 kids, 2 cats, and an elderly dog. They were able to make our carpet like new and left our basement smelling fresh. We will definitely hire them again!

Everything went great! I'll be using them again. They were on time, personable and efficient. I had an older pet who had accidents that left an odor. They treated the carpets for odor along with cleaning. (no odor left ) I have used them twice before. I got a quote over the phone, we set up a date and time for the cleaning. They arrive on time quickly set up and finished the project. The price was as verbally quoted.

Paul and Jim are professional and friendly guys. It was very easy to schedule the work over the phone. Paul had given me an estimate over the phone and he honored it although there was extra work for him. He gave me a 10-15 minutes heads-up call. Jim joined him later. They did a great job cleaning the sectional, the toughest of the lot. My wife and I are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

This is our third carpet cleaning appointment with Paul and Jim. We are very pleased with their work, they show up on time as promised, and are very easy to get a hold of to schedule an appointment. They explain the process and ensure we as the customer are completely satisfied with their work. The carpet looks great, we will definitely have them back in the future!

Excellent, it was pretty easy to set up an appointment, they said they would be there between 12 and 1 and they were accurate. Jim (i believe that was his name) called before hand to let me know that he was wrapping up another job and his ETA. I was not home at the time but my husband was, Jim was pretty quick, efficient and the carpets looked great. I think they were very reasonably priced, I would definitely use them again. My husband was blown away by how nice they were, my husband was etching our garage to put epoxy down and Jim after he was done cleaning our carpets and was walking out came up to my husband and said "hey let me" and took his industrial machine and washed the garage floor for my husband doing him a huge favor, saving him so much time and effort than to do it manually. I feel that's a great example of going above and beyond and being more than just a company who wants to get paid and get out, these are just plain nice people who understand going above and beyond and provide a great service. They definitely get an A+ from us :)

They showed up 10 minutes early and called and asked it it was OK if they could set up. They were able to be working by the time they said they would start. They cleaned all the carpets as stated and did a wonderful job. The areas smelled fresh and looked great. They were polite and fair with pricing. I would definitely use them again.

Paul and his associate cleaned our living room and stairwell. The living room rug had a stain where we had spilled meat juices. They explained it may come back since fat is difficult to remove so they could not guarantee it would not. Through it all, they were informative, courteous, fun, efficient and professional. They explained everything including aftercare in terms of safety measures. We have had Paul clean our carpet before and will certainly call on him again. We were totally satisfied with the service they provided and highly recommend them.

The two person team arrived on time and carpets were cleaned as promised. The team was very professional, explained the process thoroughly, and left us with drying and furniture replacement instructions. Will be recommending them to others in our townhouse association.

Paul and Jim were wonderful. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They did an excellent cleaning job making sure every edge and corner was as clean as the rest of the carpet. They were careful to keep the house clean as they moved their equipment in and out. I arrived after they had already taken out the cleaning machine and asked about a specific stain that was not easy to see. Although it was very faint by now they brought the machine back in and retreated it so that it was completely gone. I appreciate what a wonderful job they did and their commitment to their customers and their company. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
